BrewDog Brings Epic Craft Beer to the Garden State with Latest Expansion

BrewDog now available in retailers and bars across New Jersey

 

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Garden State has a new dog in town as BrewDog makes its debut on shelves and taps across the state this week. Starting Monday, BrewDog’s flagship brew, Punk IPA, a full-flavored India Pale Ale; and headliners Elvis Juice, a grapefruit infused American IPA; Hazy Jane, a cloudy New England IPA; and Jet Black Heart, a rich Oatmeal Milk Stout; will be available at several bars and retailers across New Jersey. New Jerseyans can locate the nearest retailers, bars and restaurants with BrewDog beer by downloading the BrewDog app.

 

The global brewery, which brews stateside in Ohio, is partnering with distributor, Hunterdon Brewing Company, to bring its epic line-up of craft beers to New Jersey. To celebrate BrewDog’s entrance into the state, the brewery and Hunterdon Brewing Company will be hosting launch parties this week at several locations. Attendees can take their new BrewDog fandom to the next level at each event, going home with BrewDog swag and getting the inside scoop from Mark Frame, Olivia Siniff and Emily Yax from BrewDog USA.

 

According to BrewDog USA CEO, Tanisha Robinson:

“At BrewDog, we answer to the people. We heard from fans that they wanted us to bring our epic craft beers to New Jersey and we’re thrilled to make it happen. Now New Jerseyans can get their hands on Punk IPA, Elvis Juice, Hazy Jane and Jet Black Heart at nearby retailers and bars.”

 

BrewDog is known for its quick growth in Scotland and the U.K., but that growth isn’t limited to one continent. BrewDog first expanded in the U.S. in 2017 with a state-of-the-art 100,000-square-foot brewery near Columbus, Ohio and has since announced distribution in six additional states. New Jersey joins Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, New York and Pennsylvania as the eighth state to offer BrewDog craft beers.

 

Added Robinson:

“We made a promise to bring BrewDog craft beers to every corner of the U.S. and that’s what we are doing. We rolled out distribution in New York last month, Pennsylvania last week and are excited to add New Jersey as the newest state in our expansion into Northeast U.S.”

 

In addition to expanding USA distribution in 2018, BrewDog will also be opening several bars in Ohio, and the world’s first crowdfunded craft beer hotel, The DogHouse, and its sour beer facility.
