SUPERVISOR:    ASM – Southern New Jersey

OBJECTIVE: To develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become a sales representative.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop rapport with assigned customer base
  • Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed
  • Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS
  • Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window neons and banners at all accounts
  • Execute monthly goals as related to business activities
  • Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
  • Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Ability and willingness to work independently
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends

  • Two wheel hand truck
  • Company issued van

 MEASUREMENTS:

  • Case of 24 cans                  15 3/4 ” X 10 1/2 ” X 5″                          10 – 30 lb.
  • Case of 24 bottles               16 1/2 ” X 10 1/2 ” X 10″                        25 – 48 lb.
  • Quarter Barrel                      15 1/2 ” in diameter, 14″ long                 87 lb.
  • Half Barrel                           15 1/2 ” in diameter, 23″ long                 165 lb.

CRITICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Use of hand and foot controls for driving
  • Walking and climbing stairs
  • Two handed lifting, handling and carrying of cases from floor to overhead levels on a frequent basis
  • Two handed lifting, handling, carrying quarter barrels from floor to 36″ on an occasional basis
  • Two handed lifting, handling, carrying half barrels from floor to 48″ on an occasional basis
  • Pushing and pulling a hand truck with cases on level and inclined surfaces on a frequent basis
  • Sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to operate business equipment including, but not limited to, computer, telephone, etc

 


 

 


Staff Accountant

SUPERVISOR: Office Manager

OBJECTIVE: The Staff Accountant will be responsible for providing support for the Office Manager with daily accounting issues, preparation and analysis of financial statements, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and government reporting for Hunterdon Brewing Company in New Jersey.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate-wide accounting procedures and policies
  • Assist with the timely and accurate reporting of all monthly, quarterly and year-end financial information/reporting
  • Partner with other departments to resolve accounting issues as needed
  • Coding accounts payable invoices for office department
  • Support local managers and staff at remote branches to ensure proper intercompany billing
  • Back up and provide support for Office Manager, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable as needed
  • Work with internal and external accountants on year-end close
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with accounting emphasis
  • 3-5 years proven accounting experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills

SUPERVISOR: Sales Manager

OBJECTIVE: To ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of draught systems and associated equipment for all appropriate accounts within the territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain effective customer relations and promote the goodwill of the company throughout the trade
• Clean customer draft lines and draft equipment as needed
• Respond to customer problems regarding draught equipment and products
• Identify leads and work with Sales Rep to gain additional lines in exisiting accounts
• Provide accounts with draught Point of Sale
• Track usage and ensure regular cleaning of cold plates
• Ensure the proper working condition of all Company-owned draught equipment
• Assist in ordering products as related to special draught accounts
• Other assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School or Vocational diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of draught system operation
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Ability and willingness to work weekends as necessary
• Must live in territory
