It’s been a busy year at Hunterdon Brewing Co. and we’ve welcomed many new brands to our ever-growing fantastic portfolio!



Let’s take a look at all these great brands now available to all you craft beer, spirits, cider, and mead lovers in the Garden State!



MERLET – Saint Sauvant, France
The best fruits are selected and then immediately after the harvest put into small vats for maceration, in order to capture their full aroma. After pressing and filtration a rick infusion is collected, acid and very fruity to which some sugar is added. A careful bottling process ends this natural production chain. The quality of Merlet fruits liquors is built on this profile of true farmers and liquor markets. For other liquors than Cassis the Merlet family work close to their fruits producers and apply the same quality requirement as they do to their own blackcurrant production.

Based in Highland, NY, in the historic and gorgeous Hudson River Valley, we craft dry, hard cider from 100% fresh pressed, NY state grown apples. Bad Seed will forever change how you perceive hard cider.

For years we have been mixing up a summertime favorite, the FIL – it’s the bee’s knees. We set out to share our refreshingly classic yet effective giggle water for all to enjoy responsibly, wherever you go… the beach, the ferry, the 7th green, sailing, or at your favorite watering hole. MAHOU – Madrid, Spain

BEAR REPUBLIC – Healdsburg, CA
After an extended absense in NJ, Bear Republic is now back and better than ever in the Garden State! The story of Bear Republic, like most other craft brewers, begins with homebrewing. It was the spark for our passion to create quality, hand-crafted beers. We are a family-owned brewery, located in the heart of Sonoma County, California. Why did we decide to craft beers among the grapevines of California’s world-famous Wine Country? Simple. This is where we are from. Founded by 3rd and 4th generation Sonoma County residents, we are family-owned and team-oriented. From brewer to bottler, everyone that works (and plays) together at Bear Republic is dedicated to bringing you fresh, never-filtered craft beer.

Urban Chestnut Brewing Company is an unconventional-minded yet tradition-oriented brewer of craft beer located in St. Louis, MO. We like to call our unique brewing philosophy Beer Divergency—a ‘new world meets old world’ brewing approach wherein UCBC provides the beer drinker a divergent path of exploration into the worlds of; modern, American craft beers (our Revolution Series), the traditions of classic European brewing (our Reverence Series), and small batches of Bavarian brewed/imported biers (our Hallertauer Serie).

Founded in 1995, AleSmith Brewing Company is a San Diego based artisanal craft brewery that specializes in handcrafted ales inspired by the European classics. Deeply rooted in the amateur and craft brewing communities, AleSmith ales have continued to garner both national and international awards. In 2015, AleSmith celebrated its 20th year in production by opening a new state-of-the-art brewery in Miramar at 9990 AleSmith Court (formerly Empire Street). “AleSmith 2.0” features an entirely new tasting room and brew system with the capability to pump out more than 100,000 barrels/year only two blocks west of the original location. Descendant Cider Company is New York City’s first and only cider company making real cider by hand right here in the city. At Descendant Cider Company we press, ferment and bottle our cider using fresh New York State apples in our blends and why wouldn’t we? New York is the second largest apple growing region in the country producing a wide range of excellent apple varieties that we love in our ciders.

Located in Saten Island, NY, this outerboro NYC brewery is making waves in its community with their core brews, like Flagship American Pale Ale and Flagship Metropolitan Lager. Unforgettable beer, brewed in the Forgotten Borough

Ironbound Hard Cider is the inaugural cider from Jersey Cider Works, a company committed to restoring cider to its rightful place as New Jersey’s beverage of choice. New Jersey has a long history of cidermaking, especially in Newark where cider was the city’s first industry. Celebrated throughout the 18th and 19th centuries, Newark Cider was considered by many, including George Washington, to be among the finest ciders in early America – often referred to as the “champagne of ciders.” Cameron Stark, Jersey Cider Works master cidermaker, took on the challenge of creating a cider that filled the gap between small-production artisanal ciders and the mass-produced, overly sweet, juice-from-concentrate guys. Cameron did just that, Ironbound is made from 100% American apples from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England. These apples are fresh-pressed and not from concentrate. Melovino Craft Meadery is New Jersey’s first official meadery producing delicious handcrafted mead.

Mead is a special type of wine made from honey, and also one of the most delicious drinks you’ll ever have. At Melvino Craft Meadery we make mead out of all natural ingredients including 100% raw unprocessed honey and reverse osmosis water. Our meads have been making quite the impact since we began as a small home-brewing club. If you’re a fan of wine or craft beer, there is a good chance you will enjoy mead.

PAMPELONNE – St. Tropaz, France
Entering it’s third season in the market, Pampelonne makes Rosé Lime and Red Sangria sparking wine cocktails in slim cans. By using excellent wines from France, natural ingredients and crisp sparkling water, Pampelonne cocktails appeal both palate and thirst any time of year.

THREE 3’S BREWING CO – Hammonton, NJ
Small Craft Brewery Downtown Hammonton NJ. Our focus is brewing IPA’s and Saison Style Beers available in our tasting room and distributed all over NJ. Featuring Azecca IPA, Kaos IPA, and Blueberry Saison.

BITBURGER – Bitburg, Germany
At Bitburger, the pure pleasure of Pilsner-style beer has a long family tradition. Since the founding of our brewery in 1817, we have dedicated ourselves fully to the quality and taste of our products. Today, seven generations and almost 200 years later, Bitburger is still in family hands – but the small business of two centuries ago has become one of the biggest breweries in Germany, and the number one player in the draught beer market.

EIGHT OAKS – New Tripoli, PA
At Eight Oaks Craft Distillers we handcraft super premium spirits using select grains sustainably grown on our farm and the farms of our friends and neighbors in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania.

Melick’s Town Farm is proud to continue their tradition of apple growing and production of fine apple products with the natural extension of hard cider. We are happy to have such a quality hard cider brand that lives up to our high standards. Since 1728 we have been farming the lands of New Jersey, although we have taken a few generations off of hard cider production we are happy to be continuing the tradition of fermenting apple juice to produce a quality product that our Forefathers consumed on a daily basis.

BLACK BULL WHISKEY – Huntly, Scotland
George Willsher’s concept was for a high strength, high malt content blend that was bold and different. The formula that he created was for 50 percent (%) of the blend to be made up of single malt whisky, for 50 percent (%) of the blend to be made up of single grain whisky and for the bottling strength to be 100 (US) proof (50% abv). Whilst all the others were trying to conform to a certain style, George Willsher did things his own way, and today we stick by that philosophy. We are proud to say we are still independently owned and run which gives us the freedom to keep a fresh approach and to offer something different.

Brotherton’s 15 barrel brew house was established in 2015, but the idea of opening a craft brewery started many years ago between 5 lifelong friends. Tony Valenzano, Mark Valenzano, Keith Oriente, Dan Oriente, and Dan VanHorn spent the better part of the last decade planning their venture before they opened the doors to the brewery. Now offering a rotating selection of their IPAs, Belgian Farmhouse Ales, and English and German style beers throughout the state.

ACE CIDER – Sebastopol, CA
Ace ciders are a refreshing alternative to beer and wine. No sugar is added to our beverages, the only sugar occurs naturally from fresh fruit, making our ciders crisp in taste and flavor. Our award winning ACE ciders are pure, clean and refreshing because we use only the best eating apples for our juice and the best ingredients we can buy. We use champagne yeast in all of our cider and ferment them 10 -14 days. We then cold – filter 4 times and add the perfect amount of spritz to quench your thirst.

Tart, barrel-aged beers are the emerging beer style and Cascade Brewing is a pioneer of the NW
style sour beer movement. We are, by nature, the definition of artisanal brewing: we’re not bound
by stylistic guidelines, just our own imagination and the ingredients we can access.

Founded in 1996, this brewhouse believes in sustainable production and giving back to its community while brewing well-crafted brews in Amherst, Wisconsin.

Located in the heart of Lebanon County PA, we continue the long history of distilling spirits which can be dated back to 1753. The name “Hidden Still” itself is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times throughout history.

We combine natural flavors and pure cane sugar to produce a spicy sweet bite. We craft our gourmet beverages with great care in small batches using the finest ingredients and triple-filtered water to create the purest sodas with exceptional old world flavor.

Saugatuck Brewing Company is a family style brew pub that features quality beer, wine, food, and service. We have sixteen unique brews made by our Brew Team that are served in the Pub and bottled and distributed throughout Michigan, Chicago, and New Jersey.

This Winery and Distillery creates Black Dirt Distillery and Warick Gin, now available in New Jersey.
