Worker’s Comp Saison

A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. Lil’ Heaven Session IPA

A session IPA in a can. Made with four exotic hops – Azacca, Calypso, Mosaic and Equinox. Taste is of tropical fruits, specifically passion fruit, grapefruit and apricots. Finishes with just enough toasted malt character to balance.
Honeyspot Road White IPA

The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, our employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.
Road 2 Ruin Double IPA

Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a “bahn” less traveled to create our version of the classic Bavarian wheat brew –perfect for the warming temperatures. Beautifully cloudy with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit aroma and a dry finish, our Hefeweizen is a refreshing version of the original; with just a little bit more of everything.
Unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout

Two Roads own brewing czar, Phil Markowski, has taken a traditional Russian Imperial Stout and added a touch of “Amerika” to create a version that’s sure to please!This most unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout is brewed with malted rye and aggressively hopped with four different Pacific Northwest varieties to create a depth of character that’s unmistakable. Full-bodied with notes of rye, treacle, chocolate and espresso that join together to create a crescendo of flavor. You’ll want to do an unabashed Kalinka after just one taste!

Catholic monasteries were historically major centers of brewing and learning, and their educational model eveolved into the modern university. Two Roads brewers and some beer-loving professors in Sacred Heart University’s biology department collaborated to brew this beer in celebration of that history. It is fermented with a yeast strain from a centuries-old monastic brewery currently operating in Belgium. This Abbey Single is brewed to be distinctive in flavor, yet approachable and refreshing.

Made in honor of our CEO’s great-grandfather Henry, who made a doppelbock every year on his South Dakota farm to warrant the coming of spring. A classic strong German lager with a robust body and a deep ruby red color.
