EINBECKER

PILSNER: 4/6C  cases

The oldest still existing document to prove sale of Einbecker beer dates back to April 23, 1378. During the 14th and 15th centuries every citizen in the town of Einbeck had the right to brew beer and by 1616 there were 742 citizens that owned brew houses (aka. brauherren), and the first bock-style beer in the world was brewed in the town of Einbeck. ABV: 4.9%

NON-ALCOHOLIC: 4/6C cases

Brewed in the pilsner style, the alcohol is carefully extracted after maturation. ABV: 0.3%

MAI-UR-BOCK: 4/6C cases

Einbecker Mai-Ur-Bock is released in March and the last cases leave the brewery towards the end of May of each year. It is designed to have a more refreshing, bubbly, and soft character than its fall sibling, perfectly suited for a new spring day. Maturation time: three to five weeks. Available in bottles & kegs. ABV: 6.5%

BALADIN

NORA: 6/4/11 cases

This very original beer has a golden deep color (or, more technically speaking, amber with copper hues) and a slight hazy appearance, while the head is fine and persistent. It release a kaleidoscope of scents that blend into one, pleasant bouquet of fruity, resinous and woody notes, with a subtle touch of incense: a surprise each time the glass is brought to the nose. ABV: 6.8%

PROFESSOR FRITZ BRIEM

1809 BERLINER WEISSE STYLE: 16.9 oz. cases

“1809” is a very traditional interpretation of the “Berliner Style” Weisse with an intense blend of lactic tartness and complex fruitiness. This calls back to a time before the tradition of adding sweet syrups to Berliner Weisse beers pushed them towards being simpler and more sour. 1809 is champagne like with it’s acidity, complexity, and carbonation. ABV: 5.0%

BELL’S BREWERY

HOPSOLUTION: 1/2 kegs

A remarkably drinkable Double IPA that pays tribute to one of Mother Nature’s finest creations, as several hop varietals combine for massive aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and pine. A mild caramel malt character and dry finish provide balance. ABV: 8.0%

LAGER OF THE LAKES: 2/12C cases

Following in the tradition of Czech Pilsners by offering a combination of firm malt and herbal hop bitterness, Bell’s Lager of the Lakes is as refreshing and crisp as a swim in the Great Lakes. ABV: 5.0%

GLUTENBERG

GOSE: 6/4C cases

OSKAR BLUES

GUNE & ROSE: 4/6C cases

Guns ‘N’ Rosé (6% ABV) is a crisp rosé-style ale brewed with prickly pear and hibiscus. Beer drinkers and wine drinkers – folks who’ve historically drawn territorial lines down the middle of liquor stores – will find common ground with Guns ‘N’ Rosé, shake hands, bump fists, and share a toast. Tart, sticky prickly pear and floral hibiscus band together with a subtle hop profile in this refreshing, spritz-y rosé beer. Skip the fancy stemware. ABV: 6.0%

DOGFISH HEAD

WORLD WIDE STOUT: 6/4 cases, 1/6 kegs

Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, roasty and complex. This Ageable Ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer. ABV: 15-20%

EDEN ICE CIDER

HERITAGE:6/4C cases

At Eden Specialty Ciders, we use heirloom and tannic cider variety apples—grown locally, sustainably, and for the express purpose of producing cider. We harvest our apples at peak ripeness because that is when the aroma and flavor of the apple also peaks.

EPIC BREWING

MAXIMUM COWBELL: 4/6C cases

SON OF A BAPTIST: 4/6C cases

Son of a Baptist is an 8% ABV imperial stout. It is not barrel aged like its father, Big Bad Baptist; instead its flavor profile was designed to highlight the complex and often unique flavors of small batch coffees. Instead of sourcing a coffee that would play well in a beer we sought out creative and innovative roasters, then asked them which beans they’re passionate about. Each resulting release of Son of a Baptist is widely different depending on the coffee selected. Some are fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, others are rich and earthy with a big roasted finish. Each limited release will return to the Roaster’s home market where the beer and the coffee can be sampled side by side.

FOUNDERS

RUBAEUS: 4/6C cases

Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries, Rubaeus is Founders’ way of celebrating the joys of summer year-round. This stunning berry-red masterpiece is the perfect blend of sweet, tart and refreshing. No question about it, this beer is 100% Founders. ABV: 5.7%

SOLID GOLD: 2/12C cases, 19 oz. cases

Our brewery was built on an attitude of no regrets. An attitude of taking risks to bring the best beer possible to our fellow renegades and rebels. Never brewing to style, but always brewing what we want to drink. Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a drinkable premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients. Challenging what a lager can be? That’s something we won’t regret. ABV: 4.4%

GRAFT

EMERALD CITY: 6/4C cases

Hop strawberry dreamsicle cider. Named for its lush, overflowing gardens, Emerald City provides produce of all shapes, sizes, and colors for the empire. Farming in microgravity has allowed crops to develop higher levels of nutrients in shorter time periods. Being part of this team is a coveted position, as all team members live in harmony with the animals and insects that first inhabited it centuries ago. ABV: 6.9%

MAINE BEER COMPANY

LUNCH: 12/16 cases, 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

PEEPER: 1/6  kegs

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

WOODS & WATERS: 12/16 cases

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! ABV: 5.2%

POST RIDE SNACK: 1/6 kegs

If Dave’s not in the office, he’s out on a cycling adventure. And he’s almost certainly drinking a beer afterwards. We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. We brewed this session IPA as a refreshing post ride snack with notes and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, mixed berries, and grassy pine. Cheers to every ride! ABV: 4.9%

NESHAMINY CREEK

LEON STOUT: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

Leon is a big beer. So big, it has twice as much malt as any other beer we brew.. On top of the copious amounts of two row barley, Munich, Victory, Chocolate, Black Patent, and Caramel 80 malt in this beer each 15 barrel brew has 50 pounds of freshly in-house handmade marshmallow fluff as well as 16 pounds of bittersweet bakers chocolate, and 30 pounds of crumbled graham crackers. Leon clocks in at just over 80 IBUs and 11.6% ABV. Does it taste like a Smore’s? That’s for you to decide, but either way this is one fun beer to make, not to mention drink. ABV: 11.6%

COCONUT MUDBANK MILK STOUT: 1/2 kegs

A limited release version of our Winter stout offering brewed with two row barley, Munich, and Caramel malts, as well as coconut cream and milk added to the kettle; all ran through a hop back filled with 60 pounds of toasted shredded coconut before it hits the fermenter. The combination of bready malt, chocolate, coffee, and sweetness from the coconut and lactose give this beer a complexity beyond the ordinary. 7.2% ABV and only available in odd numbered years. ABV: 7.2%

MISADVENTURES & MISSTEPS: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

Brewed with lemongrass and pink peppercorns. Fermented with a devilish yeast that imparts notes of clove, bubblegum, and peppery spice. ABV: 10.0%

AWESOME, BUT IMPRACTICAL: 1/6 kegs

Sometimes you brew a beer that you love, yet you know deep down inside everyone else won’t be as excited as you are to drink it. Awesome, But Impractical Black Lager is one of those beers. Dark and alluring with enough intrigue, but not enough practicality. ABV: 4.5%

ROGUE

CHOCOLATE STOUT: 50L kegs

Ebony in color with a rich creamy head. An earthy flavor of oats and hops that gives way to a rich chocolate truffle finish. ABV: 5.8%

10 HOP: 1/6 kegs

Dedicated to Farmers & Fermenters. In a bold collaboration with Mother Nature, we grow our own varieties of aroma hops at Rogue Farms in Independence, OR. We also string, stake, train, test, trim, separate, sort, kiln and cool them. Brewmaster John Maier meticulously selected and blended 10 varieties of our aroma hops to create this behemoth of an IPA, the pinnacle of the Rogue Hop experience. ABV: 10.10%

SCHALFLY

RASPBERRY HEFEWEIZEN: 4/6 cases

Our Raspberry Hefeweizen distinguishes itself among others in that it’s a true fruit beer—not a fruit-flavored beer—that uses real raspberry in the brewing process. Once the fruit’s sugar ferments out, the aroma and flavor of raspberries remains, making this a delightfully drinkable beer that’s not too sweet or tart, but refreshing and balanced with a naturally hazy pink coloring. Because it’s low in alcohol and brings a smooth dose of wheatiness, it’s perfect for summer. Or for any time. ABV: 4.1%

STONE

SCORPION BOWL: 4/6C cases

To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire. ABV: 7.5%

TROEGS

FIELD STUDY: 4/6 cases, 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

In the hop fields we daydream and study, and at the brewery we tinker and test. For Field Study, dry-hopping delivers notes of ripe grapefruit, mango, pear and melon. Add a backbone of local rustic pale malt, and Field Study is just what we were after: a slightly hazy yet bright summer daydream come true. ABV: 6.2%

FIRST CUT MANGO: 2/12C cases

Each spring, hop growers dust off their pruning shears and trim the first shoots, bolstering the bines for a rich growing season. First Cut – a mouthful of silky Simcoe and a touch of mango – is a nod to this ritual, without which the world would be a less hoppy place. ABV: 6.2%

TWO ROADS

PASSION FRUIT GOSE: 6/4C cases, 1/6 kegs

Two Roads is driving a tanker truck down a road less traveled with this Passion Fruit Gose (pronounced GO-sah). This series of unique ales are kettle soured in our very own tanker truck trailer – a former milk tanker like the one on the front label – that’s parked right on the grounds of our brewery! Featuring a nose of BIG tropical fruit, the taste is of light wheat and a perfect harmony of tartness and sweet fruit that’s mingled with salinity to really bring the flavors to life – this refreshing gose is the perfect accompaniment to any occasion. ABV: 5.2%

HONEYSPOT ROAD: 4/6 cases

The Two Roads version of this traditional beer style takes a road less traveled. It’s unfiltered and uses wheat as the dominant malt backbone. The result is a slightly cloudy, pale IPA with a softer mouthfeel that accentuates the citrusy Pacific Northwest hop character. ABV:  6.0%

ESPRESSWAY STOUT: 4/6 cases, 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

In a process unique to Two Roads, we mixed a locally-roasted Ethiopian/Sumatra blend of beans with a rich oatmeal stout under pressure (like espresso but without the steam) using our German-built “Brewnik” device. The mixture is steeped for several days resulting in a true, cold-brewed coffee stout. Hop on the Two Roads Espressway! ABV: 6.5%

TWO JUICY: 1/6 kegs

Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop. ABV: 8.2%

ROAD 2 RUIN: 4/6C cases

A big, hoppy IPA with plenty of bite! Our assertive, hop-centric Double IPA has a lean malt backdrop and is brewed with four American hop varieties – Summit, Palisade, Cascade and Magnum. Piney, citrus, floral, not-for-the-timid! ABV: 8.0%

WEEK OF APRIL 22nd

ALLAGASH

STRICTIVUS: 1/6

Strictivus is a wheat beer that we age on a blend of locally sourced fruits. Right after we pulled a batch of Pick Your Own (a tart, wild ale) of off these fruits—cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries—we filled the tank back up with Strictivus. With only around a month of aging, the beer is transformed. To its already spicy and citrusy notes, the fruit adds a variety of tart berry flavors. In the end, Strictivus finds a delicate, and drinkable, balance between sour and sweet. ABV: 5.3%

COPAIN: 1/6

A foudre-aged session-strength sour ale brewed with local spelt and oats. Soft, balanced, and eminently drinkable tart ale. ABV: 3.8%

COOLSHIP RESURGAM: 6/4

Coolship Resurgam is brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and aged hops. The beer is cooled overnight using outside air temperature in a traditional, large shallow pan known as a coolship. During the cooling process, naturally occurring microflora from the air inoculates the beer, and in the morning, it is transferred into French oak wine barrels where the entire fermentation and aging takes place. Coolship Resurgam is a blend of this one-, two-, and three-year old spontaneously fermented beer. The finished beer has aromas of apricot, lemon zest, and candied fruit. Notes of tropical fruit and flavors of funk lead to a clean, tart, and dry finish. ABV: 6.3%

WHITE: 6/4C, 1/6

Our interpretation of a Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and unmalted raw wheat for a hazy, “white” appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, Allagash White is both complex and refreshing. Though it’s brewed in Maine, the recipe sticks to its Belgian roots. We’ve worked hard to make sure that the Allagash White in your hand tastes the same as it did back in 1995, when Rob Tod brewed the first batch. ABV: 5.2%

RIVER TRIP: 6/4C, 1/6

A companion to backyards, backwoods, and balconies alike. River Trip is a Belgian-style session ale with hop-forward grapefruit and stone fruit notes. It’s brewed in the table beer style with local grains and spiced with coriander for an extra hint of citrus. Dry hopping with Comet and Azacca contributes to the mix of melon and grapefruit notes in the beer’s aroma. Low-ABV and available in 16 oz. cans: so it’s good for any adventure. ABV: 4.8%

A stout so rich and deep you’ll think you’re gazing into your true-love’s eyes in the night! MEAN OLD TOM: 12/16

I think it was the summer of ’76, I was 5 years old, and my Uncle Tom came to paint our house. It was in the tiny town of Louisiana, Missouri, on the mighty Mississippi River, where he would take me to troll the roadside ditches to gather one man’s junk (beer cans). SHACKSBURY

ARLO: 6/4C

Arlo is our take on Basque cider — tart and complex but delightfully drinkable, and a longtime industry favorite. We partner with our longtime friends at Petritegi Sagardoa, located just outside of San Sebastian in Spain, to source European apple varieties unavailable in commercial quantities in the United States. Petritegi presses and ferments their apples in enormous, decades-old chestnut barrels; we then ship this fermented cider to Vermont where we blend it with fruit we source from New England. This unusual blend of European and New England fruit creates a one-of-a-kind dry, complex cider without any additional flavorings or sweeteners. ABV: 6.0%

DRY: 6/4C

Dry is a shape-shifter — equally at home at an upscale meal as it is over drinks with friends. The secret to its success is all about the apples: Cider-specific varieties make for dry, complex cider, and there’s no better apple for cider than the tannic and bittersweet Dabinett. Dabinetts aren’t grown in large commercial quantities in the United States — though we’re working to change that. Dry begins with juicy New England dessert fruit and then blends in fermented juice — never concentrate — pressed, fermented, and shipped by our friend Simon Day at Dragon Orchard in Herefordshire, England. The result bridges cider traditions from both sides of the pond for a cider that’s tannic and tremendously tasty. ABV: 5.5%

DEER SNACK: 6/4C

Bone dry (0 sugar) with notes of Vermont forest floor, leather and dried herbs. ABV: 5.5%

DRY ROSE: 6/4C, 20L

When we set out to make a rose cider, we knew we wanted to pay homage to our friends in the winemaking world. Unlike many commercial ciders that rely on food coloring or additives to achieve a “rose pink” blush, our rose gets its color and flavor from grape skins — just, as we believe, like a rose should. We start with fresh New England apples, pressed and fermented at cellar temperature; then age our cider on Syrah and Zinfandel grape skins to impart tannin, structure, and berry notes. We source grape skins from California because we cannot find a high enough quantity here in the Northeast. Together, these add up to a fun-loving but refined marriage of New England apples with traditional wine grapes, as tasty as it is beautiful. ABV: 5.5%

SMUTTYNOSE

A WHOLE LOTTA LUPULIN: 6/4C

Whole Lotta Lupulin Double IPA is a balanced, full-bodied double IPA with a glowing amber color and an aroma of citrus with a hint of pine. The first sip offers citrus and light caramel sweetness, followed by a notably hoppy finish with a touch of malt. Nothing in Whole Lotta Lupulin’s flavor or appearance belies its 9.5% ABV.

PLUM CINNAMON SOUR: 6/4C

With colder weather, our thoughts turn to gathering around tables full of delicious food, great drinks, and desserts that make our eyes go wide. Plum Cinnamon brings us that very feeling with every sip. Lactic fermentation gives this beer a wonderful tart acidity, while the plum adds a ripe, juicy flavor. A healthy touch of cinnamon balances the sweet notes, giving you just the right amount of kick. All Smuttynose Sour beers are kettle-soured, meaning these beers are safe for your draft lines without sacrificing any of the flavor! In addition, Smuttynose proudly uses 100% real ingredients – the cinnamon and plum flavors here come from real, honest-to-goodness plums and cinnamon. Now that’s something you can bring to any holiday party and brag about. ABV: 5.2%

SCHLAFLY

TASMANIAN IPA: 1/6

Our IPAs further the tradition of fortified ale recipes with malted barley and more hops for a higher alcohol content. So under the guidance of our younger generation of brewers, we took our distinctly American IPA and used that as a model for a bigger beer—one that’s powerfully hoppy and dangerously drinkable. This aromatic ale is heavy on Australian Galaxy hops and balanced in bitterness, with recognizable tropical notes. ABV: 7.2%

NORTHEAST IPA: 1/6, 1/2

The Northeast IPA is a fresh, unfiltered beer that uses a revolutionary way to coax flavor from its hops. Schlafly uses both a kettle boil for subtle bitterness, and employs the exciting process of fermented dry-hopping, creating a brilliant, heady beer that’s sure to arrest the senses of any IPA drinker. As hazy as a squall off the coast, this beer captivates the tongue with a fruity and malty profile. ABV: 8.0%

DOUBLE BEAN BLONDE: 4/6

Darkness and romance lurk beneath the golden exterior of this ale that combines the prominent flavors and aromas of coffee and the smooth richness of chocolate. We use simple, straightforward malts and hops to keep the focus on the notable characteristics of the featured ingredients. After the beer is fermented, we let it rest on cocoa nibs sourced from Ghana—one of the world’s largest chocolate exporters. In the final stage of production we add a cold coffee toddy made from filtered water and finely ground beans roasted by St. Louis’ own Kaldi’s Coffee and sourced directly from the Shiwanda Estate in Africa’s southeastern Tanzania. ABV: 6.3%

RYE IPA: 6/4C

Rye is known to be used mostly in baked goods, but has also historically been used in distilling gins and whiskey, and now, brewing beer. The addition of this nutritious flaked grain is most noticeable at the finish, providing an overall complexity to the beer that’s refreshing, spicy, and crisp. We use the Simcoe and Galaxy hops at the beginning of the boil, and add them Galaxy and Simcoe a second time at the dry-hopping stage to draw out their distinct aromas. ABV: 7.2%

WHITE LAGER: 4/6

Lagers are usually bright and clear with a clean maltiness and slight hoppiness, yet our White Lager takes the focus away from those qualities by retaining its yeast and emphasizing the hazy hue, hint of orange zest, and even, silky finish. This rare style dates back to the Middle Ages, when beer was matured in deep vaults (“lagered”) for months before emerging smooth and rich in vitamins. It remained unfiltered from keg to cup, and so does ours, bringing to life a German tradition with a twist. ABV: 5.5%

LUNAR: 2/12

COCONUT CREME ALE: 4/6

Many recipes for fruit beers call for the use of an extract just before bottling, but we have a strong aversion to this and prefer using real fruits, beans, nibs, or flakes. In 2016 we began incorporating more processes like these, adding ingredients to the mash where possible or aging beers in the tank after fermentation. This American-style wheat ale is brewed with both coconut and pineapple then aged on lightly toasted coconut flakes for a light-colored beer that’s sweet, smooth, malty and tropical. ABV: 5.5%

STONE

REVENGEFUL SPIRIT: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

In the late summer of 2017 we debuted Stone Vengeful Spirit IPA, a tropical IPA brewed with pineapple & mandarin orange. Its purpose was to demonstrate the gloriousness whole fruit can add to our IPAs. It did so, with a vengeance. So we tasked ourselves with creating an even bigger and more aggressive version of the beer, packing it with extra hops alongside real citrus & tropical fruit. The result is Stone Revengeful Spirit Imperial IPA: a beer, like revenge itself, best served cold. ABV: 8.2%

FIAT BRUX: 1/6

Inspired by a visit to a Belgian Trappist brewery, this Sonoma County version of a traditional Belgian pale ale was brewed, fermented and dry hopped in stainless steel before aging in an oak foeder for 103 days. We dosed a small amount of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for bottle conditioning, with the knowledge that this ale would evolve during cellaring. This ale can be enjoyed fresh for a cleaner, hoppier flavor or aged to allow the hops to mellow and give the B. Brux. time to work its earthy magic. Let there be Brux. ABV: 6.4%

VOLO MIDWESTERN WHEAT: 6/4C

TROPIC OF THUNDER: 12/19C

Imagine you set sail for a three hour tour. Let’s say from the Port of Escondido (work with us here). The weather started getting rough. Your tiny ship (but not lunch, thankfully) was tossed. Long story short: You’re marooned on a remote island somewhere near the Tropic of Thunder. The good news is that the Capt. of the S.S. Stone and her brewing kit were among the small cast of colorful characters that survived the rough voyage with you. Mainstays Citra & Mosaic along with newcomer Cashmere hops are joined by their juicy tropical aromas of citrus, pineapple and coconut (try stringing all that together in a catchy tune). The rescue ship will find you all soon enough. For now, set aside the non-working cell phone and lack of social media (again, work with us here), kick back and revel in your moment of tropical island lagoon serenity. ABV: 5.8%

MOXEE: 4/6C

Behind every great beer are amazing stories of all the people, places and ingredients that culminate in what you have in your hand. The Stone Farm to Can Series is our heartfelt tribute to the dedicated farmers who cultivate the hops that help bring our beers to life. Each beer in this series features hops grown at a single specific farm as our way of paying homage to their harvest. Many of these growers breed and develop their own varieties, like CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington did with El Dorado hops, named for the mythical hidden City of Gold. Moxee lies nestled in Yakima Valley, the very real paradise of hop production in the American Pacific Northwest. Stone Moxee Gold IPA is loaded with Centennial and of course El Dorado hops, all sourced from the fruitful bines of CLS Farms. The valley itself may be mostly green, but its bounty of hops are as good as gold. ABV: 7.0%

ESPRESSO TOTALITARIAN: 4/6C

DOGFISH HEAD

RAISON D’EXTRA: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

Our Raison D’Etre, with a little extra. This immodest brew, made with an obscene amount of malt, brown sugar and raisins, takes Belgian-style browns to new heights. Raison D’Extra’s little brother Raison D’Etre was brewed to be the ultimate beer partner for steak. Plump raisins and beet sugars give the beer a similar DNA and color to red wine. D’Extra takes this concept to the next level. What 120 Minute IPA is to 60 Minute IPA, D’Extra is the D’Etre. We’re pushing the limits of what a Belgian yeast can do (and we’ve discovered that’s somewhere in the ballpark of 15% to 18% ABV!) D’Extra is extremely complex and a great candidate for aging. Sip on one with a loved one now, and stash a few in your beer cellar! As Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione says, “This puppy’s only getting better with age.” ABV: 15-18%

SUPEREIGHT: 4/6C | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Insert SuperEIGHT (the beer). This sessionable super gose is brewed with eight heroic ingredients: prickly pear, mango, boysenberry, blackberry, raspberry, elderberry, kiwi juices, toasted quinoa and an ample addition of red Hawaiian sea salt! Okay, so technically that’s nine, but it ‘gose’ without say that there’s going to be salt. These unique ingredients give this beer a vibrant red color, with delicious flavors of berries and watermelon, along with a tart – yet refreshing – finish. ABV: 5.3%

SLIGHTLY MIGHTY: 2/12C cases | 1/2 kegs

MAINE BEER

PEEPER: 12/16 cases | 1/2 kegs

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

LUNCH: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

POST RIDE SNACK: 1/6 kegs

If Dave’s not in the office, he’s out on a cycling adventure. And he’s almost certainly drinking a beer afterwards. We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. DRY ROSE: 20L kegs

ABV: 5.5%

ABV: 6.0%

CIGAR CITY

FLORIDA CRACKER: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these “cow hunters” used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quaqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White Ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a Belgian yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie. ABV: 5.5%

GUAYABERA: 1/2

Traditional throughout Latin America, the guayabera shirt combines style, functionality, form and tradition in its four-pocketed design.  We at Cigar City feel the same reverence and appreciation for the guayabera that we do for the Citra hop varietal, an ingredient that imparts notes of tangerine, lime and berries to this traditional American Pale Ale.  The exclusive use of Citra hops in this beer creates a flavor that’s at once unique and recognizable, while it’s dry, crisp character and moderate alcohol make it as refreshing and functional as a crisp linen guayabera. SCHLAFLY

ABV: 6.3%

ABV: 7.2%

STONE

FEAR. MOVIE. LIONS: 1/2

New England-Style IPAs are all the rage. Fans of Stone repeatedly ask for our take on the style, which can be met with some criticism. Rooted in West-Coast style IPAs for decades, how would we do it? Fear no more. Our brewers took the approach to deliver incredibly hoppy and aromatic flavor while keeping it very balanced, and upping the alcohol unnoticeably – nailing this astounding one-of-a-kind creation. ABV: 8.5%

MOXEE GOLD: 4/6C

ABV: 7.0%

BRONX BREWERY

CITRUS STAND: 4/6C

One of our favorite parts of Spring in New York City is when fruit stands start popping up on the street corners, allowing us to fill our fridges (and tanks) with fresh Citrus. As a team, we cleared our schedules one day to sample the best Citrus available in the city. We came back to the brewhouse with a few varieties that we thought added just the right amount of sweet juiciness to this classic Belgian-style Witbier.  ABV: 5.6%

BRASSERIE DUPONT

SAISON DUPONT: 1/6

Season Dupont is a blond beer of high fermentation, refermented in bottle. Already in 1844, this beer was brewed in winter in our brewery farm. It then closed for several months in wooden barrels and was used to quench the thirst of agricultural workers. Today considered as “the classic of the Belgian Seasons”, this beer represents an important part of our exports and gradually acquires a deserved reputation on the Belgian market. Beer of a coppery blond, with aromas of fine hops, with a pronounced bitterness, dry and very thirst-quenching as it was originally. ABV: 6.5%

SAISON DUPONT DRY HOPPING: 18: 12/25

Saison Dry Hopping was first brewed in 2010. In line with the Dupont tradition, this is a top-fermented blond beer, refermented in the bottle. The special feature of this beer, which is produced in limited quantities, is that the hops used for the “dry hopping”1 are different every year. This year, three distinctive hop varieties were selected. For the dry hopping, brews were made from the “Styrian Wolf” variety, grown in Slovenia. The result is a coppery, blond beer, dry, refreshing with strong bitterness and sustained post-bitterness. The use of Styrian Wolf in Dry Hopping intensifies the fruity notes (mainly passion fruit) and the pine resine. Our selection of yeasts gives the beer very specific aromas and flavours. The genuine bottle refermentation, which may be extended by a long period in your cellar, produces a complex and highly aromatic beer. ABV: 6.5%

SAIGON SCOOTER SELFIE: 6/4C

For our latest Two Evil collaborative brew, Two Roads’ Phil and Evil Twin’s Jeppe sampled and became enamored with a popular Vietnamese coffee drink called “Ca Phe Sua Da” (cah-fe sah dah). Thick & decadent, like a coffee milkshake, it was the inspiration for this Vietnamese-style Coffee Stout. They then traveled to the chaotic, scooter packed streets of Saigon to meet up with good friends at Heart Of Darkness Brewery. It was there that the brewers created the first batch of this collaborative beer. ABV: 9.5%
