Summon some sunshine with bright notes of citrus and black tea. Sun Drift is brewed with lemon zest for a slightly tart profile. It’s fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and blended with hot-steeped black tea from Little Red Cup. The result evokes the refreshing combination of lemonade and tea, all cruising on a layer of fruit-filled aromatics. Goodbye schedule. Hello Sun Drift. ABV: 6.7%

 

KENTUCKY ALE

OLD FASHIONED BARREL ALE: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

It’s a copper-colored brew that plays off the beloved taste of a bourbon Old Fashioned – the most iconic of Southern cocktails. This seasonal is brewed with tart cherries and orange peel, then aged in fresh bourbon barrels as well as bourbon barrels used to age bitters.  Kindly donated Cherry Bitters barrels, originally used by Kentucky’s finest distillers, impart their wonderful character on this beer. Subtly sweet, it’s balanced by bitter hints of hops and bitters, as well citrusy notes of orange. ABV: 10.0%

 

AVERY BREWING

ELLIE’S BROWN ALE: 4/6C cases

This beautiful, deep russet brew is dominated by a chocolate and brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts, producing a very smooth, well-balanced, and quaffable brown ale. ABV: 5.5%

 

FORDHAM & DOMINION

CHERRY BLOSSOM LAGER: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs

Our Spring seasonal, Cheery Blossom Lager is conditioned on red sour cherry puree and dark sweet cherry puree for 48 hours. It is delightfully effervescent, blushing, tart, and resembles cherry champagne. ABV: 5.0%

 

DOWNEAST CIDER

DOUBLE BLEND: 1/2 kegs

we decided to push the envelope on our original blend to see how far it could go. turns out, pretty far. keep your head on a swivel, she bites. ABV: 7.3%

 

D’ACHOUFFE

CHERRY CHOUFFE: 6/4 cases

The gnomes love Achouffe beers. But they also appreciate the juicy cherries that grow in their land of fairies. This year, the CHOUFFE gnomes gathered the cherries and stored them in the brewery loft. The old ceiling collapsed under the weight of the fruit. The cherries fell into a vat of Mc CHOUFFE that was being prepared. The mischievous gnomes said nothing about it. Surprised to discover a glowing red beer with a fruity taste, the Master Brewer finally decided to transfer it to barrels. ABV: 8.0%

 

LIC BEER PROJECT

PARTY CRASHER: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Party Crasher is an easy drinking IPA loaded with late addition Citra and Mosaic hops. The aroma is fruit citrus with an earthy pine resin. A subtle hop bitterness leads to a soft malt backbone. The beer finishes long and dry. ABV: 5.5%

CANNONS: 1/6 kegs

Imperial IPA double dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Strong notes of pineapple, guava and mango. Lush, creamy mouthfeel balances out the intense hops. Smooth finish. ABV: 8.5%

DREAM SHOVEL: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Low ABV IPA for the drinkers out there. This beer is DDH with Citra and Belma for an added ripe grapefruit and green strawberry notes. On top of a light wheat and oat malt base, Dream Shovel retains a gorgeous drinkability with a clean finish. ABV: 5.5%

 

MAINE BEER COMPANY

LUNCH: 1/6 kegs

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

 

NEW HOLLAND

DRAGON’S MILK ORANGE CHOCOLATE: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

The original Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout blended with the richness of real cocoa and natural orange peel. A stout with roasty malt character intermingled with deep vanilla tones, all dancing in an oak bath. ABV: 11.0%

 

OSKAR BLUES

WILD BASIN HARD SELTZER VARIETY: 2/12C cases

G’KNIGHT: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs

Our ‘Velvet M-80’ is a hefty, dry hopped double-red ipa with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. G’Knight sports a surprisingly sensuous finish for a beer of its size (8.7% ABV, 60 IBUs). It’s brewed in tribute to a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of our Lyons hometown. ABV: 8.7%

BAMBURANA: 6/4C cases

Collaboration with Cigar City. Imperial Stout aged in Whiskey & Brandy barrels with figs, dates, & Amburana wood spirals. ABV: 12.2%

 

PORT BREWING/HOP CONCEPT

TROPICAL & JUICY: 6/4C cases

Aromas of floral citrus and mango dominate this release. While the flavor leads with a burst of bright papaya, pineapple and tangerine, and finishes with hints of spice from the hops and a clean, sweet malt undertone. ABV: 8.5%

 

PORT BREWING/LOST ABBEY

DEVOTION: 4/6 cases

It’s an unassuming road leading to the priory. Here, off the corner of two intersecting roads, dedicated monks have been making beer for over 150 years. It’s always been a simple life — the kind that requires they brew only enough to sustain the activities of their monastery. In the silence of passing seasons, they pray, they brew and retire in solitary existence behind the sheltering walls. They live a most interesting life. Most likely one we couldn’t sustain. ABV: 6.0%

FARMHOUSE LAGER: 4/6 cases

Farmhouse Lager is a lighter version of our long-time brew, Avant Garde. It is our first foray into the 12oz bottle/six-pack world, as we have been mostly known for large format (750ml bottles). Still beginning with an initial malt sweetness and a subtle hop presence, this lager finishes smooth and crisp. Perfect for an evening out on your porch or with some fresh baked bread pulled straight from the oven. ABV: 5.8%

SERPENT STOUT: 12/25 cases

Pours dark and thick, with a creamy mocha-colored head and aromas of roasted malts, dark chocolate and french roast coffee. The mouthfeel is full, smooth and round on the tongue. The taste is rich with deep roasted malts, cocoa, coffee and a touch of vanilla balanced perfectly against the alcohol to create an excellent winter warmer. ABV: 11.0%

 

PORT BREWING

WIPEOUT: 12/22 cases

Our version of a West Coast India Pale Ale brewed in the San Diego style, Wipeout gets its attitude and flavor from Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, and CTZ hop varietals. ABV: 7.0%

MONGO: 6/4C cases

Our flagship Double IPA, Mongo harnesses the flavor of Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. Massive resinous aroma leads to citrus notes with a piney bitterness on the finish. ABV: 8.0%

NELSON THE GREETER: 1/6 kegs

Paying homage to a rather (in)famous surf spot/clothing-optional beach in San Diego, Nelson the Greeter is the newest hoppy offering from Port Brewing. Using the brash flavors of Nelson hops to lead the charge, the Greeter has a strong hop supporting cast using Denali, Lemon Drop, and Mosaic varietals to round out this India Pale Ale. ABV: 6.0%

 

RIVER HORSE

RASPBERRY TRIPEL: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Year after year, the fan favorite at our cask festival is always our Tripel Horse Belgian Style Ale with raspberries. So we figured why not run with it! We’ve added 14 pounds of raspberries per barrel to our original Tripel Horse recipe and bottled it for you to enjoy at home. The label may be loud – but the raspberry is perfectly balanced in this smooth Belgian style beer. ABV: 10.0%

HIPPO’S HAND: 6/4C cases

New England style IPA brewed with Buddha’s Hand fruit and dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Lemondrop hops. Left unfiltered, it has a hazy golden appearance and a delicate citrus nose. The Buddha’s Hand fruit lends big citrus notes complimented by the Citra and Lemondrop hops. Not overly sweet and not overly bitter, this is an extremely balanced, smooth and refreshing double IPA. ABV: 9.0%

 

ROGUE

HONEY KOLSCH: 4/6C cases

Situated just across from 40 acres of Rogue hops, 119 colonies of bees are carefully kept and fed. The honey is uncapped, extracted, filtered and finally infused into a refreshing Honey Kolsch Ale. ABV: 5.2%

 

SAUGATUCK

A creamy Milk Stout with all the brilliant flavors of Neapolitan Ice Cream in one glass. Taste the rich flavors of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry in this unique beer. ABV: 6.0%

BLUEBERRY MAPLE STOUT: 4/6 cases

A rich, sweet stout with classic malt characteristics with a bold, unique twist. This beer tastes like you crammed a fat stack of blueberry pancakes into a pint glass and smothered it with maple syrup. Channel your inner lumberjack, because it’s in for a real treat. ABV: 6.0%

BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL BLUEBERRY MAPLE STOUT: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

We took our Blueberry Maple Stout and kicked it up a few notches for this release by amping up the ABV to 9.5% and aging it in bourbon barrels for 10 months. This aging process perfectly adds in a hint of vanilla and bourbony good-ness to this already unique and incredible brew. ABV: 9.5%

NITRO MAGGIE’S IRISH ALE: 1/2 kegs

A beautiful mahogany color and well rounded flavors of caramel and tea with subtle hints of malt and a dry finish. ABV: 5.4%

BELL’S BREWERY

TRUMPETER’S STOUT: 1/4 kegs

Originally debuting as one of Bell’s “10 stouts of November” in 2001, this beer has seen a couple of tweaks to the recipe over the years. This latest version adds a small amount of lactobacillus. The end result is a low-alcohol, incredibly drinkable and flavorful session stout. ABV: 4.0%

BARREL AGED 3RD COAST: 1/4 kegs | 1/4 kegs

Named after our favorite coastline and a tribute to the Great Lakes region, Third Coast Beer is a crisply dry-hopped American Pale Ale. Floral and herbal hop aromas combine with a refreshing bitterness, resulting in a truly quaffable beer. ABV: 4.8%

This silky, ink-black Imperial Stout was brewed with a heavy dose of Lactose and finished romantically with Mosaic hops. It then fermented atop 150lbs of local NJ bleuberries and aromatic Madagascar vanilla beans. Deep notes of fruit, dark chocolate, earthy berry-fruit, and finishes with a present but soft bitterness. ABV: 9.6%

NOW IT’S DARK: 1/6 kegs

A stout so rich and deep you’ll think you’re gazing into your true-love’s eyes in the night! This silky, ink-black Imperial Stout was brewed with a heavy dose of Lactose and finished lustily with Mosaic hops. It then fermented atop 200lbs of tart Montmorency and Balaton cherries from Michigan and aromatic Madagascar vanilla beans. Rich chocolate, tart red fruits and red-berry notes, and a freshly cut grass aroma in the background. Soft and velvety carbonation with a rounded and balanced bitterness. ABV: 9.6%

Layers of candied dark fruit notes and caramelized sugars are cut with a touch of hops and roasted malt in this malty beauty. Finishes with a puff of smoke and a lingering delicate sweetness. ABV: 8.2%

Titus was a wonderful, bold silverback gorilla who led with his heart. The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund studies and protects these magnificent animals on the Virunga volcano mountain range in Rwanda. Maine Beer Company proudly supports their efforts. ABV: 7.5%

ANOTHER ONE: 12/16 cases

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. ABV: 7.0%

WOODS & WATERS: 1/6 kegs

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! ABV: 6.2%

 

NESHAMINY CREEK

COCONUT MUDBANK MILK STOUT: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

A limited release version of our Winter stout offering brewed with two row barley, Munich, and Caramel malts, as well as coconut cream and milk added to the kettle; all ran through a hop back filled with 60 pounds of toasted shredded coconut before it hits the fermenter. The combination of bready malt, chocolate, coffee, and sweetness from the coconut and lactose give this beer a complexity beyond the ordinary. 7.2% ABV and only available in odd numbered years. ABV: 7.2%

BAMBURANA: 6/4C cases

Oskar Blues Brewery and Cigar City Brewing are stoked to announce the release of their innovative new collaboration beer, Bamburana. The imperial stout, brewed with figs and dates, is double barrel-aged – in both whiskey and brandy barrels – and aged once more in tanks with Amburana wood spirals. Bamburana is the first nationally distributed collaboration between the two breweries – a big, sticky, complex 12.2% ABV beer that will be released in 12oz cans in mid-January. ABV: 12.2%

Pinelands 08087 Ale is made with a single American malt & Mosaic hops. This light, easy drinking Pale Ale lets citrus notes from the hops shine through. ABV: 6.0%

GREAT BAY: 1/6 kegs

Malt forward amber ale with the hop bite of an India Pale Ale. The deep red color is derived from a blend of caramel and dark malts. Malt flavor is balanced with three heavy hop additions. ABV: 6.0%

RASPERRY JAM: 1/6 kegs

Raspberry cream ale. ABV: 4.5%

THUNDER CHICKEN: 1/6 kegs

A balance of Wheat, Rye and Pale malts. Warrior, Belma, Amarillo and Ekuanot Cryo hops added during boil and whirlpool provide both bitterness and floral characteristics to shine. The lower ABV of this Session IPA allows the drinker to enjoy all day.  ABV: 4.5

Behind every great beer are amazing stories of all the people, places and ingredients that culminate in what you have in your hand. The Stone Farm to Can Series is our heartfelt tribute to the dedicated farmers who cultivate the hops that help bring our beers to life. Each beer in this series features hops grown at a single specific farm as our way of paying homage to their harvest. Many of these growers breed and develop their own varieties, like CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington did with El Dorado hops, named for the mythical hidden City of Gold. Moxee lies nestled in Yakima Valley, the very real paradise of hop production in the American Pacific Northwest. Stone Moxee Gold IPA is loaded with Centennial and of course El Dorado hops, all sourced from the fruitful bines of CLS Farms. The valley itself may be mostly green, but its bounty of hops are as good as gold. ABV: 7.0%

 

THE BRONX

THREE 3’S

ESCAPE FROM REALITY: 1/6 kegs

An all American DIPA featuring Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Aromas of ripe orange peel and citrus lead to a light pillowy mouthfeel with bright flavors of ripe orange, mango and hints of grapefruit. ABV: 8.0%

SAFE SPACE: 1/6 kegs

Heavily oated for a lush mouthfeel, Safe Space features a large whirlpool of Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe and is heavily dry hopped with Galaxy, Denali and Simcoe. Notes of peach orchard, passionfruit, pineapple and dank citrus. ABV: 7.1%

THREE FLIRPIN YEARS: 1/6 kegs

Our third anniversary Triple Dry Hopped, Triple IPA. We took Flirp’s pillowy body and cranked it up to 10. Then we triple dry hopped this one with over 6lbs/barrel of African Queen, Citra, and Mosaic. Flavors and aromas of sweet fruits, citra, mango, and chilis blend with subtle heat from the alcohol to make TFY go down dangerously smooth. ABV: 10.0%

SONOFAPEACH: 1/6 kegs

DIPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Amarilla and Centennial and conditioned on peaches. Ripe peach flesh takes center stage, balanced subtly by hoppy goodness. ABV: 8.1%

 

VON TRAPP

WEISSBIER: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Our Vermont take on a Bavarian classic, this “white beer” exudes a spicy, citrusy aroma with a lush, tropical pallet. The malt imparts a fruity, peppery character.Rich mouthfeel that yields to a lovely, brightly carbonated finish. ABV: 5.2%

DUNKEL LAGER: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs

Creamy, toffee aromas balance the bitterness of Munich malts in our roasted dark lager. Although dark in color, Dunkel is medium in body and finishes dry and clean, resulting in a rich lager that can be enjoyed throughout the year. abv: 5.7%

VIENNA LAGER: 4/6 cases

Named for the city that created the style, our amber lager is malt forward with a grassy, crackery hop aroma. A classic blend of German malts and hops develop lingering flavors of biscuit and caramel on the finish. ABV: 5.2%

GOLDEN HELLES LAGER: 4/6C cases

From the German word for “Bright”, our golden lager displays a floral hop aroma with a bready malt balance. Traditional in style, Helles is brewed with pilsner malt to produce a dry, snappy finish while perle and tettnanger hops create a spicy, herbal hop aroma. The result is an incredibly clean yet complex lager. ABV: 4.9%

WEYERBACHER

BLASPHEMY: 12/25 cases

Blasphemy, 11.8% ABV, is our QUAD aged in bourbon barrels which gives it gentle vanilla notes that complement rather than supersede the complex qualities that already make QUAD such an incredible beer. ABV: 11.8%

SUNDAY MOLE STOUT: 6/4 cases

As the name suggests, this 11.9% ABV American Imperial Stout is the foundation of everyone’s favorite, Sunday Morning Stout, with a twist (and without the barrel aging)… This brew captures everything you’d expect from a traditional molé – coffee, chocolate, heat and smokiness. Foremost is coffee, which is followed by layers of chocolate courtesy of the chocolate malt, cocoa powder and cacao nibs. Finally, a subtle lingering heat and smokiness from our blend of ancho, pasilla, mulato and chipotle peppers, as well as cinnamon, which is gone by the time you’re ready for your next sip. ABV: 11.9%

FINALLY LEGAL: 6/4 cases

Originally released in June 2016 as our 21st Anniversary, this big stout is brewed with Munich malts, smoked malts, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder and vanilla. Rolling in at 13.5% ABV, Finally Legal has rich chocolate flavor with hints of vanilla and a touch of smoky bacon. As if that’s not enough, we blended this tasty brew with its bourbon barrel aged counterpart before packaging it for your enjoyment. ABV: 13.5%

 

WYNDRIDGE FARM

PINEAPPLE ORANGE IPA: 4/6C cases

This juicy IPA was double dry hopped with a blend of citrus forward hops along with real orange and pineapple puree.  Oats and wheat join the hops and fruit to create a soft and delicate mouthfeel reminiscent of a refreshing glass of juice. ABV: 6.6%

PLOW PUSHIN’ PILS: 4/6C cases

Nothing worth doing is easy.  This Pilsner was crafted with a blend of German hops and premium pilsner malt.  The perfect reward after a long day of working the land. ABV: 4.3%

Golden Hop roars with tropical notes of tangerine, mango, and grapefruit from Mosaic, Cascade and Amarillo hops. Columbus in the hopback adds a bright floral and citrus undertone, complementing this light-bodied IPA’s vibrant hop bouquet. Curious minds are a beautiful thing and who better to take a cue from than Benjamin Franklin? Much like he discovered electricity by boldly flying a kite in a thunderstorm, we were struck with a great idea of our own – let’s take one of our favorite home-brew recipes and turn it into a standout, gold colored American IPA that we call Tasty IPA. Crack open a can and enjoy bright fresh flavors and aromas of hops, tropical stone fruits, pine and a hint of spiciness. Mr. Franklin once said, “well done is better than well said,” and this beer is sure to prove that theory. ABV: 6.8%

 

ALESMITH

DOUBLE RED DEAD: 1/2 kegs

AleSmith’s Double Red IPA, previously known as Winter YuleSmith, offers up an intense hop aroma combined with a well-balanced, full bodied, caramel-malt sweetness. A variety of American hops burst with flavors of pine and citrus complimenting the substantial malt backbone to deliver a full-flavored ale with layers of complexity. ABV: 8.5%

GREGARIOUS NATURE: 4/6C cases | 1/2 kegs

For this beer, we teamed up with our friends at Stone Brewing Company. The name Gregarious Nature is a nod to the friendship between AleSmith Owner, Peter Zien and Stone Co-Owner, Greg Koch. We decided to join forces in salute to the classic San Diego-style IPA, which helped put both of our breweries on the map.  This easy-drinking brew will put you in a friendly mood with its assertive notes of citrus, pine, and grapefruit.  You can’t argue with the timeless hop character in this clean, flavorful IPA.  Get gregarious and share one with a worthy pal today! ABV: 7.0%

 

ALLAGASH

FV 13:

FV13 originates as a Belgian-style golden ale. After fermentation in stainless steel with our house yeast, it is transferred to a 2,700 gallon French oak foudre where it is aged for four years on a blend of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria. Many of our wild beers are finished with a pure culture of a specific organism. However, with FV13 a portion of the previous batch is used to inoculate the beer, so each time we create FV13 it will display unique characteristics. This year’s beer features an aroma with notes of graham cracker, lime zest, and vanilla. The flavor blends sweet and tart with notes of grapefruit and raspberry, and finishes with a cleansing bitterness. ABV: 8.8%

METROPOLE:

A golden sour ale aged for 18 months in oak barrels that previously held port wine. Balanced malt and tartness play off oak and aromas of port. ABV: 10.7%

 

ST. GEORGENBRAEU

KELLERBIER: 30L kegs

Nothing has changed since 1624. Around 1624 brewmasters boiled the original wort with an especially large amount of hops over an open fire. After cooling down, the wort flowed into the wooden fermentation vessels where bottom-fermenting yeast was added. After primary fermentation, Keller Bier was then taken to cellars carved deeply into the Bavarian rocks outside the village of Buttenheim using their natural coldness to mature Keller Bier. It then lagered in solid oak barrels “ungespundet” (unbunged) to let the carbon dioxide that develops during this maturation process escape.

Super Baladin Floreale is made by dry hopping the beer with Amarillo hops, along with adding an extremely late addition of hops to the boil. Super Baladin Floreale has sure plenty of hoppy scents – given by the generous use of a particular type of American hops called “Amarillo” – but it remains true to its Baladin identity and strikes a perfect balance with notes of caramel, dried fruit (just a hint) and the bitterness of the hops. ABV: 8.0%

BELL’S BREWERY

SPECIAL DOUBLE CREAM STOUT: 1/4 kegs

Named for its velvety smooth, creamy texture, this incredibly rich stout is brewed with 10 different specialty roasted malts chosen that impart notes of rich mocha and espresso. Dark and sweet tones intermingle with a soft, roasty finish. ABV: 6.1%

HOPSLAM: 2/5L mini kegs

Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell’s Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell’s repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style. ABV: 10.0%

BEAR HUG: 1/4 kegs

Brewed with a careful selection of caramel and roasted malts, the end result is a moderate, smooth roasted maltiness that is warming and gentle, but still firm. Bear Hug showcases hop aromas in an Imperial Stout without being overly bitter. ABV: 9.5%

 

BROTHERTON

JERSEY BLUE GOSE: 1/6 kegs

A tart German- style wheat ale brewed with local blueberries and Himalayan pink sea salt. Crisp, dry and refreshing with a salty and sour finish. ABV: 4.0%

MOONLESS NIGHT: 1/6 kegs

Moonless Night was brewed with Midnight Wheat and Rye, and cold-steeped for several days on Columbian coffee beans from our friends at How You Brewin on Long Beach Island NJ. This imparted a tremendous character of citrus and soft acidity to the beer. We then dry-hopped Moonless Night at 150% our normal rate with Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Amarillo hops. It pours black-as-midnight-on-a-moonless-night, so call it what you will— Black IPA, Cascadian Dark Ale, India Black Ale—it doesn’t matter: the explosive, layered flavors and aromas of deep tropical citrus and resinous hop character do not judge! ABV: 7.2%

 

CIGAR CITY

SPACE POPE: 1/6 kegs

Is the Space Pope reptilian?  That question remains to be answered but in the meantime we have his eponymous IPA to consider.  Brewed with an astronomical amount of Mosaic, Citra, Hallertauer Blanc and (what else?) Galaxy hops that lend notes of passionfruit and melon to the clean flavors of base malt and a touch of crystal malt for depth of character.  When your ecclesiastical jurisdiction encompasses the entire universe, only Cigar City Brewing’s Space Pope IPA will do! ABV: 7.3%

 

DOGFISH HEAD

SEAQUENCH: 2/12C cases

SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kolsch, a salty Gose, and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt to make this the most thirst-quenching beer Dogfish Head has ever brewed. ABV: 4.9%

FRUIT-FULL FORT: 1/6 kegs

A twist on our beloved Fort, Fruit-Full Fort is brewed with four types of berries – Raspberry, Blackberry, Boysenberry and Elderberry! This juicy blend of dark berries creates depth and complexity reminiscent of a jammy red wine. Along with adding a boatload of more berries this time around, we also punched up the malt bill with Munich malt to provide a firm backbone. The result provides balance to the tart flavors of a very berry blend. Dark maroon in color, Fruit-Full Fort is swirling with notes of velvety cherry and berry sweetness for a full-bodied – and full-flavor – experience! ABV: 15-18%

If you find yourself traveling through the Cloud Empire and hear a faint, constant droning sound, it is likely coming from Opal City. Investors marveled at the thought of an energy system running entirely through diffraction, especially in a renewable form. Whereas centuries ago, each city had it’s own unique form of supplying energy, Opal’s  groundbreaking design allows it to power all 11 regions of the Empire. ABV: 6.9%

 

GREAT DIVIDE

YETI STOUT: 1/6 kegs

YETI IMPERIAL STOUT is an onslaught of the senses. It starts with big, roasty malt flavor that gives way to rich caramel and toffee notes. YETI gets its bold hop character from an enormous quantity of American hops. It weighs in at a hefty 75 IBUs. ABV: 9.5%

CHOCOLATE CHERRY YETI VINTAGE: 1/6 kegs

CHOCOLATE CHERRY YETI is the newest version in our revered Yeti Series. We’ve tweaked the hop bitterness for this special release and then added sweet and sour cherries and cacao. The roasty malt backbone of Yeti melds perfectly with the cherries and cacao to make this one smooth sipper. A Yeti in a cherry orchard can be a great thing. ABV: 9.5%

VELVET YETI: 1/2 kegs

Introducing the smoothest member of the Yeti family, VELVET YETI. The surprisingly velvety and rich mouthfeel of the nitro pour rounds out the unmistakeable roasty, caramel & toffee notes that make Yeti such a beast. Despite its minimal 5.0% ABV, this smooth operator is sure to provide maximum joy. ABV: 5.0%

This beer has classic IPA heft. Many hop forward beers of the modern are defined by omission.  GoneAway shines from raw material impact on both sides of the equatorial flavor hemispheres. Big grapefruit, green strawberry, resin, pine, dank, light honey, cracker, tropical mango/guava, assertive bitterness, pine sap, clean, dry finish. ABV: 7.0%

DAISY CUTTER: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many.  Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry. ABV: 5.2%

Dungeons IPA focuses on the heavy use of Mosaic, Waimea and Galaxy. All tangerine and strawberry with very little bitterness,

For centuries, technically driven utility liquids have made people happy.  Its time consuming life cycle touches a special place in our quest as brewers. Bright lager aromatics, noble spiciness, botanicals, juniper, sweet pilsner malt chewiness, light bodied, really dry finish. ABV: 5.5%

The antipode to Navaja, Tuna is rife with attributes that make for ongoing pleasure without the heft.  Too much weight while exploring the ocean is dangerous. Watermelon, peach, guava. A denser body to hold up to the sweeter finish. Lemon lime citrus zest, tropical fruit juices. ABV: 4.7%

DEEP SPACE: 1/6 kegs

Space, an IPA named for an old friend of Half Acre, rarely leaves the walls of our brewery. There’s a stiff group of Space enthusiasts that frequently visit Half Acre. Whether it’s by spending time in the shop or along the bar in the tap room, they’ve become pieces of our brewery. It’s fitting that a beer named for one of our first regulars has encouraged the proliferation of those that spend time with us. ABV: 10.0%

DEN kölsch, the beer of our elders. Crisp and clean, with Saaz hops for an herbed earth glaze.

 Brewed to hum, targeting resin and blazing forest fruits, we used our house 2-row, Vienna, malted oats and malted wheat alongside Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops for expressive mango, citrus and peach qualities with a stabilizing dankness.

Born Yesterday is a newborn version of our re-born Pale, a Newer New Dogtown Pale with a fresh addition … We added some wet, lupulin-drenched, un-kilned, whole-cone, fresh-picked-and-rushed-straight-from-Yakima hops for your immaculate reception. This Un-Freakin-Filtered, wetter-than-wet beer has 11lbs-per-barrel of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Indigenous Catawampus. Whoa. ABV: 7.2%

SPARKLING SWAN: 2/12 cases

This sparkling beer-wine hybrid is something to toast to… brewed with red wine grapes and super bubbly like champagne, but with a gentle kiss of hops and a light malt backbone like a beer. It’s a purple people pleaser, perfect for any celebration. Share it with ‘buds this holiday season! ABV: 6.5%

Titus was a wonderful, bold silverback gorilla who led with his heart. The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund studies and protects these magnificent animals on the Virunga volcano mountain range in Rwanda. Maine Beer Company proudly supports their efforts. ABV: 7.5%

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. ABV: 7.0%

I think it was the summer of ’76, I was 5 years old, and my Uncle Tom came to paint our house. It was in the tiny town of Louisiana, Missouri, on the mighty Mississippi River, where he would take me to troll the roadside ditches to gather one man’s junk (beer cans). In honor of his magnificent treasure (his beer can collection) and his spirit for fast cars, tough motorcycles and mean smiles, we bring you Mean Old Tom. ABV: 6.5%

Paying homage to a rather (in)famous surf spot/clothing-optional beach in San Diego, Nelson the Greeter is the newest hoppy offering from Port Brewing. For years, rumors have circled that deep in the woods on Mount St. Helens lives the fabled Batsquatch. While there are many tales of Batsquatch, they are all a bit hazy on the details, which makes the truth such a juicy mystery. So what better way to honor the elusive legend than with a hazy IPA? Perfect for camping and potentially making a new friend. This juicy, cloudy IPA features intense tropical flavors and aromas. ABV: 6.7%

 

SIXPOINT

MIMOSA SPARKLER: 1/6 kegs

This is our extra-dry and effervescent Brut IPA, Sparkler, refermented with Blood Orange puree for a mimosa effect. The ultimate hair of the dog brunch beer. ABV: 6.0%

 

THREE 3’S

SINFULLY CITRA: 1/6 kegs

We hopped this American IPA tenaciously with Citra and Denali in the whirlpool and dry hop creating lush citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose. Heavy additions of oats and wheat balance the mild bitterness, leaving the beer with a medium body and crisp, slightly piney finish. ABV: 5.8%
