WEEK OF JULY 22nd

AVERY

GRAPEFRUIT SHANDY: 4/6C

A refreshing blend of lager and grapefruit juice. ABV: 4.7%

RASPBERRY SOUR: 16C

Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale. ABV: 6.5%

HAZYISH IPA: 4/6C

A juicy and hazy India Pale Ale with low bitterness, an expressive aroma of four different hop varieties, and a creamy mouthfeel. We wouldn’t be Avery Brewing if we didn’t put our own stamp on the juicy and hazy IPA style. We took all that is great in a hazy IPA; low bitterness paired with the powerful and juicy aroma of hops, and the silky sensation of the liquid, but brewed for excellent shelf stability and consistency from batch to batch. ABV: 7.0%

CUCUMBER HIBISCUS SOUR:  16C

A barrel-aged sour with cucumber and hibiscus. Part of the Barrel-Aged 16ers series! ABV: 7.0%

 

UERIGE

CLASSIC: 24/11

Of all German beers, UERIGE ALT has the highest content of bitter constituents. In spite of or maybe because of this, our legendary Altbier from Düsseldorf is full-bodied, aromatic, and agreeable. This top-fermented specialty has been brewed since 1862, and is made of barley malt, caramel malt, roasted malt, umbel hops and water – plus of course our special UERIGE yeast. ABV: 4.7%

DOPPELSTICKE: 24/11

Uerige DoppelSticke might just be “Germany’s interpretation of the classic barley-wine style “, ie a third definition next to England’s “malt-driven” concoction {such as JW Lees Vintage Harvest Ale} and America’s “hop-heavy” version {such as Sierra Nevada’s BigFoot}. ABV: 8.5%

 

LEIPZIGER

GOSE: 24/11.2

Leipziger Gose is a top-fermenting wheat beer {60% wheat, 40% barley malt} with coriander and salt added in the boil. Lactic acid bacteria is added later. It is a 4.5% ABV eclectic beer whose name evokes a close relationship to the renowned Lambic/Geuze breweries in the Valley Senne nearby Brussels, Belgium. ABV: 4.5%

 

BELL’S

FLAMINGO FRUIT FLIGHT: 1/4

The name “Larry’s Latest” is a nod to the spirit of innovation and experimentation that Larry started in 1985 and continues within the brewery to this day. Our latest Tart Fruit Ale is brewed with passionfruit and lime zest, resulting in a tart blend of tropical, citrus flavors and aromas. ABV: 5.0%

AMBER: 1/4

The beer that helped build our brewery; Bell’s Amber Ale features both toasted and sweet caramel notes from carefully selected malts, balanced with herbal and citrus hop aromas. Capped by a clean bitterness, it’s incredibly versatile with food, but very tasty on its own. ABV: 5.8%

PORTER:  1/4, 1/2

Our award-winning Porter bridges the gap between malty brown ales and heavily roasted stouts. Notes of chocolate, coffee and roasted barley are offset with just a slight hop bitterness. Enjoy any time of the year. ABV: 5.6%^

OFFICIAL: 1/4

Two of our favorite ingredients come together in the brewhouse; pungent American hops and delicious wheat malt. This Hazy IPA is double dry-hopped (a combination of Mosaic, Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and El Dorado hops) resulting in complex peach, stone fruit and tropical notes with a dry finish and balanced bitterness. A refined beer for those who love hops and for those who prefer wheat beers. Go ahead and make it Official. ABV: 6.4%

 

CIGAR CITY

AFTER SESH: 1/2

Skatepark of Tampa and Cigar City Brewing, two Florida originals, have collaborated on this crisp beer with notes of lime, orange and salt that can be enjoyed after a skate session or anytime you’re with friends. ABV: 4.5%

TAMPA STYLE LAGER: 1/2

Inspired by traditional German lagers, our Tampa-style Lager is brewed with German malted barley, Hallertauer hops and an authentic Bavarian lager yeast. We combine these ingredients to create a style that’s quite unique to our hometown of Tampa, Florida, but will find admirers wherever a crisp, dry and flavorful lager is called for. Familiar to generations, it’s truly a beer that’s made for drinkin’. ABV: 4.5%

MARGARITA GOSE: 1/6

Throw on your Hawaiian shirt and your lederhosen and meet Cigar City Brewing at the intersection of traditional German brewing and tropical relaxation. We’ve taken our German-style Gose, an ancient style of low alcohol beer brewed with salt, and given it the Jimmy Buffett treatment by adding orange peel and lime essence to create the perfect warm weather ale. ABV: 4.2%

 

OSKAR BLUES

STEEP COAST STRATA: 6/4C, 1/6

At the first sip, Steep Coast Strata DIPA (8% ABV) blasts off into a dank citrus stratosphere, through a far-out peach and stonefruit sky, then drifts via a passionfruit parachute back down to earth on sweet breezes. Strata, a sought-after varietal from Oregon State University’s lauded hop breeding program, is characterized by pronounced green cannabis notes. ABV: 8.0%

 

LEFT HAND

OKTOBERFEST MARZEN: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

This is no festivus for the restuvus – on the contrary – we start brewing in the Spring and it takes a full two months to reach lagered perfection. Biscuity, malty goodness dominates upfront while the noble pedigree hops lend a properly spicy, dry finish. Zicke zacke, zicke zacke, hoi, hoi, hoi. Time to roast your chicken and upend your stein before the air gets crisp, the leaves flame and fall and the skies fade to black. Auf geht’s! ABV: 6.6%

 

NEW HOLLAND

DRAGON’S MILK WHITE: 4/6C

Dragon’s Milk White brings our brewer’s barrel aging expertise and commitment to innovation to the table. Classic stout flavors of vanilla, cocoa, coffee roast, and oak are present in this full flavored, velvety stout, but in a completely unexpected way. ABV: 6.0%

 

NESHAMINY CREEK

CHERRY BERLINERWEISSE: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Refreshing and tart with a balanced Cherry and cracker-like malt backbone, simple yet well defined, we’ve never brewed a beer this perfect for the Summer before, and we hope you agree. ABV: 3.5%

 

JEVER

PILSENER: 50L

For 150 year’s, in the Friesland region of northern Germany, the Jever Brewery has used only pure Friesian spring water and fresh Hallertau hops in a beer that has become prized around the world for its distinctive palate and crisp, dry finish. ABV: 4.9%

 

RIVER HORSE

CITRUS MAXIMUS: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Staying true to the name, we double dosed this IPA with Citra hops by adding them in the boil and again during the dry hop, where we combined them with Mosaic hops for their complex fruity aroma. We also used huge amounts of passion fruit and white grapefruit to create this super citrusy and refreshing IPA. ABV: 6.2%

DA NILE: 1/6

A deep amber ale brewed with vanilla, lactose, blackstrap molasses, and caramel malts. A delicious and drinkable malty option with depth and balanced sweetness. ABV: 5.9%

 

SOMERSBY

CIDER: 25L

Pleasant, sparkling sweetness. Floral, green and blooming notes. Your daily dose of optimism. ABV: 4.5%

 

BRONX

STREETWISE: 4/6C

After almost a decade of grinding it out in The Concrete Jungle, our brewers have taken to heart what it means to be Streetwise as we present this Imperial IPA. For a 9.5% beer it is big, balanced and — thanks to a bold 10 hop bill — delivers a wide range of herbal and stone fruit flavors. ABV: 9.5%

 

TWO ROADS

ROSE GOSE: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Inspired by the great Rosé wines filled with floral aroma and refined notes of strawberries and raspberries. ABV: 4.8%

NITRO ORANGE CREAMSICLE: 1/2

One sip of this Orange Creamsicle ale will transport you back to your childhood on a hot summer day. Bright notes of orange and citrus comes from the addition of fresh orange puree, balanced by hops and malts. Milk sugar and nitrogenization add a lush creaminess to the body and mouthfeel. ABV: 5.5%

 

WEYERBACHER

INSANITY: 1/6

Insanity, 13.3% ABV, is made by aging our Blithering Idiot on oak. Aging imparts an additional level of complexity to an already intense malt profile by adding a combination of vanilla and oak notes. ABV: 13.3%

IMPERIAL PUMPKIN: 6/4

This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is the mother of all pumpkin ales. It is heartier, spicier and more caramelly and pumpkiny than its faint brethren! We have added lots of pumpkin along with cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of cardamom and clove, giving this beer a spicy, full-bodied flavor. ABV: 8.0%

 

 


 

WEEK OF JULY 15th

ABITA

ANDYGATOR: 4/6

Abita Andygator®, a creature of the swamp, is a unique, high-gravity brew made with pilsner malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Unlike other high-gravity brews, Andygator® is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. Reaching an alcohol strength of 8% by volume, it is a Helles Doppelbock. You might find it goes well with fried foods. It pairs well with just about anything made with crawfish. Some like it with a robust sandwich. Andygator® is also a good aperitif and easily pairs with Gorgonzola and creamy blue cheeses. Because of the high alcohol content, be cautious — sip it for the most enjoyment. ABV: 8.0%

 

ALLAGASH

TWO LIGHTS: 6/4C, 1/6

Two Lights is an ode to two of the more refreshing drinks of summer: cold beer and sparkling wine. While brewing this beer, we add sauvignon blanc must—the freshly pressed juice of the grapes. Then we ferment it with both lager and champagne yeast to create a tart, crisp, and dry profile. The finished beer’s aromas of pear, grape, and light hops pair with a flavor profile that’s a mix of tropical fruit and the snappy spritz of a freshly picked grape. We suggest sipping Two Lights by a water source too large to see across. ABV: 6.7%

 

AUSTIN EASTCIDER

LEMON GINGER: 4/6C

The first of the Maker’s Stash series, our Lemon Ginger Cider is crafted with bittersweet apples blended with bright, acidic lemons and finished with a beautiful bite of ginger. ABV: 6.5%

 

BARRIER

BELL’S

SMITTEN: 2/12, 1/4, 1/2

Drawn from one of our oldest recipes, Smitten began as Golden Rye Pale Ale, part of a series of beers that explored the use of rye malt at our pub, the Eccentric Café. With wonderfully bitter citrus notes, resinous hop aromas and earthy overtones, this dry-hopped Pale Ale doesn’t leave a lot of room for you to wonder if you’ll love it. ABV: 6.0%

POOLTIME: 1/4, 1/2

Pooltime Ale is a refreshing Belgian-inspired Wheat Ale with light clove notes. The truly distinguishing feature is the use of 100% Montmorency tart cherries grown in the Traverse City region of Michigan. These cherries add a subtle tartness and bright counterpoint to the other flavors, enhancing Pooltime’s fruity character and making it the perfect beer for all summer activities. ABV: 5.2%

 

BREWDOG

PUNK: 1/6

Punk IPA is the beer that kick-started it. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish. This is the beer that started it all – and it’s not done yet… ABV: 5.6%

CREAMSICLE IPA: 1/6

Orange, hazy, vanilla. ABV: 7.5%

 

DOGFISH HEAD

WORLD WIDE STOUT: 6/4, 1/6

Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, roasty and complex. This Ageable Ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer. ABV: 15-20%

MIDAS TOUCH: 1/6

This sweet yet dry beer is made with ingredients found in 2,700-year-old drinking vessels from the tomb of King Midas. Somewhere between beer, wine and mead, Midas will please the chardonnay and beer drinker alike. For years, Dogfish Head has worked with biomolecular archaeologist Dr. Patrick McGovern to bring Ancient Ales to life. ABV: 9.0%

LIQUID TRUTH SERUM: 1/2

An unfiltered IPA that’s bursting with ALL the hops, Liquid Truth Serum is brewed using a unique process that incorporates four different states of hops: whole leaf, liquefied, pelletized and powdered. The result is a blissfully inefficient IPA full of citrusy and tropical notes, that’s truthfully hoppy without being deceptively bitter … honest. ABV: 7.0%

ALTERNATE TAKES #7: 1/6

Alternative takes number #7 Bourbon barrel aged Palo Santo Marron barrel aged brown ale. Aged in palo santo barrels for a month then Bourbon barrels for 4 months, this combo give additional vanilla and coconut tasting notes. ABV: 13.0%

 

DOMINION

11th SOUR: 4/6

Beautiful pink color w/ subtle grape notes. Limited tartness. ABV: 3.8%

 

FOUNDERS

PORTER: 1/4

Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops gives Founders’ robust porter the full flavor you deserve and expect. Cozy like velvet. It’s a lover, not a fighter. ABV: 6.5%

 

HALF ACRE

DEEP SPACE: 6/4C, 1/6

Space, an IPA named for an old friend of Half Acre, rarely leaves the walls of our brewery. There’s a stiff group of Space enthusiasts that frequently visit Half Acre. Whether it’s by spending time in the shop or along the bar in the tap room, they’ve become pieces of our brewery. It’s fitting that a beer named for one of our first regulars has encouraged the proliferation of those that spend time with us. ABV: 10.0%

PONY: 2/12C

Bright lager aromatics, noble spiciness, botanicals, juniper, sweet pilsner malt chewiness, light bodied, really dry finish.  ABV: 5.5%

 

LAGUNITAS

LITTLE SUMPIN’ HAZY: 4/6, 1/4, 1/2

We’re going au naturel for the summer with the classic wheatley-esque-ish-ness brew you know and love. With a special dry-hopping of Cashere, Citra & Mosaic on a bed of Centennial and Chinook. Juicy, catty, and leaves you with a hop scratch that you can’t help but tickle with another taste. Does that clear things up? ABV: 7.2%

NOVEL PULP (Chapter 3): 1/2

A wheaty-esque-ish double dry-hopped, unfiltered double IPA. ABV: 8.2%

PHASE CHANGE: 1/2

Phase Change is one juicy game changer… it’s an unfiltered, wet-hop ale packed full of lupulin-drenched Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops. But wait… wet hops in Spring? Indeed! The brewers of Lagunitas have discovered a way to keep wet hops fresh, in any season. Science! ABV: 7.4%

WILCO TANGO FOXTROT: 1/2

Rich, smooth, dangerous, and chocolatey. It’s a big ol’ hoppy Imperial Brown Ale to help you with your slippery slide on into the heat of the night. ABV: 7.9%

 

LIC BEER PROJECT

HOLLOWS: 1/6

Imperial IPA double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, and El Dorado. ABV: 8.5%

SAMO IPA: 6/4C

SAMO (pronounced SAY-MO) features the remarkable complexities of American hops: Cascade, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe. Hazy and pale orange in appearance, SAMO erupts with citrus, mango, and dank pine aromatics. Bold, juicy flavors of tropical fruit, peach and cantaloupe. Finishes bone dry yet soft and creamy. ABV: 6.5%

HIGHER BURNIN’: 6/4C, 1/2

Brewed with late additions of Belma, El Dorado, and Mosaic resulting in a medium bodied IPA with juicy fruit, strawberry, earthy and piney notes finishing resinous and dry. ABV: 7.0%

 

LORD HOBO

PINEAPPLE GLORIOUS: 6/4C

Take a sip and experience a liquid vacation. This tropical, fruit soaked beer was born from the daydreams of basking in the sun on porches, patios and beaches. Each sip transports you to the sweetness of summer, with refreshing hints of pineapple and the familiar taste of New England’s IPA, GLORIOUS. ABV: 6.5%

ANGELICA ORANGE: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

This is a one of a kind hazy IPA that combines a carefully crafted base with a juicy burst of orange flavors. Angelica was designed to be a unique showcase for the incredible Mosaic hop. The malt bill creates a clean and perfectly balanced backbone to highlight the mixed berry and stone fruit qualities common to mosaic. After experiencing that beer we knew it would blend perfectly oranges to create a special limited beer. The orange flavor combines with a berry melody to pop an incredible, fruity aroma that is matched by its easy drinking flavor. The haze craze goes great with orange! ABV: 5.5%

HAZY BOOMSAUCE: 1/6, 1/2

When we set out to design Boomsauce years ago we knew we wanted a fruit forward, unfiltered and incredible IPA. However, this was a time before hazy, New England IPAs had even entered the lexicon. As the sub category evolved so did expectations of what it meant to be a hazy, juicy IPA. So we decided to evolve Boomsauce along with the style. We kicked the ABV up a notch, adjusted the malt balances and hit it hard with our favorite hops. The results are an incredibly juicy and hazy derivative of Boomsauce that continues to define the category. ABV: 8.8%

 

MAINE BEER COMPANY

WOODS & WATERS: 1/6

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! ABV: 6.2%

PEEPER: 1/2

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

LUNCH: 12/16, 1/6

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

“Most people are on the world, not in it –  have no conscious sympathy or relationship to anything about them – undiffused, separate, and rigidly alone like marbles of polished stone, touching but separate.” ABV: 5.5%

 

NEW HOLLAND

DRAGON’S MILK MAPLE OAK: 6/4

Dragon’s Milk Reserve: Maple Oak is the first of the Reserve series to receive the double barrel treatment, aging in both Kentucky bourbon barrels and bourbon barrels that previously held Vermont maple syrup. Our signature stout was also brewed with pure maple syrup for the first time ever, providing a delectably sweet complement to notes of roasted malt, vanilla, and oak. ABV: 11.0%

DRAGON’S MILK: 1/6

A stout with roasty malt character intermingled with deep vanilla tones, all dancing in an oak bath. ABV: 11.0%

DRAGON’S MILK RASPBERRY HIBISCUS: 1/6

Our signature bourbon barrel-aged stout paired with a refreshing blend of raspberry and hibiscus, lending fruity tartness that enhances the underlying flavors of bourbon, vanilla, and roasted malt character. ABV: 11.0%

 

PINELANDS

GREAT BAY IRA: 1/6

Malt forward Amber Ale with the hop bite of an India Pale Ale. The deep red color is derived from a blend of caramel and dark malts. Malt flavor is balanced three heavy hop additions. ABV: 6.0%

 

PLAN BEE

BARN BEER: 12/12, 20L

Barn Beer – Coolship Cooled 100% NY ingredient wild Farmhouse Ale. The aroma dances between fruity funky yeast & lemon/pine hop notes with little to no hop presence in the taste. Slightly tart, soft & lemony. The Beer of the Barn. ABV: 5.5%

ROSE HILL: 12/12

Wild Ale w / Plums and Peaches from Rose Hill Farm, fruity and tart. ABV: 6.0%

NY Wild Ale brewed with homegrown hot peppers, aged in oak.

SIXPOINT

HOOTIE HAZY: 6/4C, 1/6, 50L

It’s a hazy, bright pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Centennial. That blend of strains creates a potent, but light and fresh, hop aroma. Satisfying, and really easy to gulp. ABV: 5.4%

CITRUS JAMMER: 4/6C

Squeeze it. Salt that rim. We’re talking about that Sixpoint Salty Tango with a twist—the tangy waves of JAMMER with just the right amount of lemon and lime juice. Time for some Vitamin J. ABV: 4.0%

 

SMUTTYNOSE

BLUEBERRY THRILL SOUR: 1/6

Tart and fruity, sessionable yet full of flavor, our celebrated Blueberry Thrill Sour returns this May to transport your taste buds straight to a bursting mountainside blueberry patch. With its striking purple hue, clean tart bite and smooth fruity finish, you’ll want to bring a bunch along whether you’re headed out hiking or boating, or just lounging in the sun with friends. Whatever the occasion, gather an armful and get ready to crack a taste of pure New England paradise. ABV: 4.5%

 

STONE

NOTORIOUS P.O.G.: 4/6C, 12/19C

We’ve had plenty of fan-favorite beers over the years, but few have garnered the cult-like adoration of this one. Stone Notorious P.O.G. was originally brewed at our 10bbl Liberty Station brewhouse in San Diego, as a collaboration with comedian / actor Jonah Ray. It’s a tribute to the passion fruit, orange and guava juice (aka POG) he grew up drinking in Hawaii. This Berliner Weisse-style ale is loaded with the aforementioned trifecta of fresh, tropical fruits, making for a unique flavor that’s tart and refreshing yet deeply rich and complex. It’s as ridiculously tasty as it is deliciously unique. ABV: 4.7%

 

BRONX

NO RESOLUTIONS: 1/2

If you like to listen to your music loud, this is the beer for you. This indulgent IPA delivers big citrus aromas and a dank, juicy flavor. With a 7.6% ABV and a mix of 5 different hops, this is the perfect beer for those who live life with No Resolutions. ABV: 7.6%

CITY ISLAND SOUR: 1/6

A slightly sour, crisp and refreshing Northeast IPA with a juicy punch. ABV: 6.0%

WELL EARNED PILS: 1/6

Doesn’t a beer taste best after a hard day’s work? We sure think so. And that’s why nothing makes us happier than seeing guests fill our taproom after the whistle blows. This crisp, refreshing pilsner brings a little extra with hops that add subtle spicy and citrus flavors we think you deserve. Crack this one open. You’ve earned it. ABV: 5.4%

SUMMER PALE ALE: 1/6

The intense summer heat in the concrete jungle is like no other. And finding the perfect cold beverage is a rite of passage for New Yorkers when the city starts to simmer. With Bronx Summer, we hope to make it that much easier. We brew it with citrus hops and lemon peel making it a refreshing remedy for keeping cool when the city starts to sweat. ABV: 5.2%

 

THE BRUERY/BRUERY TERREUX

FRUCHT CUCUMBER: 6/4C, 1/6

Frucht gets its complexity from a blend of Brettanomyces yeasts and Lactobacillus bacteria. We add Cucumber to give it a refreshing coolness, and age it in Oak foeders, making it as complex as it is light. ABV: 4.3%

MISCHIEF: 1/6, 1/2

Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out. Gold Medal – 2016 Great American Beer Festival, American-Belgo-Style Ale. ABV: 8.5%

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it’s much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it. ABV: 7.1%

WIT THE FUNK: 1/6

Wit The Funk is crafted with tradition in mind. First we brewed a classic Wit with orange peel and coriander that’s fermented with a combination of yeasts, Brettanomyces and our own house mixed culture. Next the beer is aged to final maturation in Terreux’s Foeder Forest in a combination of American and French oak. The result is a winning combination that’s fresh with subtle complexity, balancing the classic, spiced and fruity characteristics of a Belgian-style Wit with the soft – and wild – touch from its time in the oak. No kettle sours here. Sure, it takes longer, but it’s worth it. ABV: 5.7%

An English Style Porter brewed with UK malts and hops and conditioned on local “La Columbe” coffee. Velvety smooth with distinct coffee and chocolate notes. ABV: 6.0%

Oatmeal stout brewed with chocolate malt and chocolate in the kettle. Subtle notes of coffee and chocolate blend into this silky smooth, medium bodied stout. ABV: 6.0%

A classic light bodied Saison flavored with a generous whirlpool of Mosaic hops and conditioned on 10lbs/barrel of Blackberries, creating a bright, hazy, farmhouse ale. Smooth and easy to drink, perfect for a hot summer day! ABV: 5.5%

The uproar of east coast versus west coast IPA’s can be deafening. This aptly named IPA combines classic West Coast bittering featuring Columbus and Simcoe with East Coast focus on hop flavor. Featuring a large whirlpool of Simcoe, El Dorado and Cascade, and dry hopped with over 15lbs of Simcoe, Citra, El Dorado and Cascade, Hullabaloo features a nose of floral and citrus with flavors of peach, berry and earthiness on the finish. ABV: 7.0%

A refreshing summer crusher conditioned on just the right amount of Mango and Strawberry for those subtle tropical vibes. ABV: 5.6%

Each quarter we stretch our creative muscles and brew a variation of our year-round Imperial Stout. This quarter we’ve paired up with our good friends at Modern Times Coffee to create a special pairing of coffee and beer. Their Celestial Dawn coffee has robust notes of chocolate, berries, stone fruit, wood, and spice. When combined with our Speedway Stout, the blend is full of chocolate, fruit, and caramel notes. ABV: 12.0%

MUY SABROSO!: 4/6c, 1/6

The second release in our Hopwright series draws its bright, tropical flavors from Sabro, a new hop varietal bred in part from wild grown hops in the American Southwest. Notes of coconut, lime, tangerine, and citrus will have you reaching for more of this smooth cerveza. ABV: 6.5%

HAZY .394: 4/6C

Similar to the fan-favorite San Diego Pale Ale .394, this beer pays tribute to Hall-of-Famer Tony Gwynn and the career-high batting average that he achieved with the Padres in ’94.  Hazy .394 showcases an intense hop aroma of tropical fruit and citrus, but delivers a fuller-bodied pour than its predecessor, along with a smooth and creamy finish.  It’s a guaranteed hit! Pick Your Own begins as a sour red ale that’s aged in an oak foudre with Lactobacillus and Pediococcus for two years. After adding fresh, local raspberries, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, we age it for an additional three months. The finished beer is a vibrant, ruby red with an aroma of ripe berries and vanilla. As you might expect, berries fill the flavor. Cybernaut is a New England-style IPA brewed at session strength (4.5% ABV) and coming in at 20 IBUs for the perfect soft rewarding bitterness associated with the style. Kettle hopped with Chinook and then again in the whirlpool – where it was joined by Simcoe and Amarillo – we then dry-hopped Cybernaut with all three plus a judicious dose of Mosaic. ABV: 4.5%

KING OF EIGHTS: 4/6C

A New England IPA, with truck loads of aroma. Stone-fruit and ripe tropical fruit mix it up, closely tail-gated by a smooth, juicy, full-bodied palate and a soft bitter finish. King of Eights – cue ’em up. ABV: 6.9%

COCOA PSYCHO: 6/4C

Welcome to the world of Cocoa Psycho, a liquid dimension where pure indulgence reigns. 18th Century Imperialism meets 21st century optimism. And decadence meets detante in this bitter-sweet psychosis of a stout. Silky smooth coffee beans, chocolately cocao nibs and dark malts combine to excess with infusions of vanilla pods, all resting on a toasted oak chip backbone. Eventually, you’ll come face-to-face with the madness required to make this beer; a kind of insanity that would have made Rasputin himself proud. ABV: 10.0%

CIGAR CITY

HUMIDOR SERIES IPA: 6/4C

This unique IPA shares all the tropical and citrus flavors of our Jai Alai IPA but with an added dimension imparted by Spanish cedar, the same wood used to make cigar humidors. Wood from the cedrela odorata tree is added post-fermentation to impart notes of sandalwood and cracked black pepper, adding depth of flavor and accentuating the IPA’s moderate bitterness. ABV: 7.5%

G’KNIGHT: 4/6C

Our “Velvet M-80” is a hefty, dry-hopped double red IPA with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. G’Knight sports a surprisingly sensuous finish for a beer of its size (8.7% ABV, 60 IBUs). It’s brewed in tribute to a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietman vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of our hometown of Lyons. ABV: 8.7%

I think it was the summer of ’76, I was 5 years old, and my Uncle Tom came to paint our house. It was in the tiny town of Louisiana, Missouri, on the mighty Mississippi River, where he would take me to troll the roadside ditches to gather one man’s junk (beer cans). In honor of his magnificent treasure (his beer can collection) and his spirit for fast cars, tough motorcycles and mean smiles, we bring you Mean Old Tom.

POST RIDE SNACK: 12/16, 1/6

If Dave’s not in the office, he’s out on a cycling adventure. And he’s almost certainly drinking a beer afterwards. We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. We brewed this session IPA as a refreshing post ride snack with notes and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, mixed berries, and grassy pine. Cheers to every ride! ABV: 4.9%

ANOTHER ONE: 12/16, 1/6

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. ABV: 7.0%

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. We wanted to capture the essence of the iconic Summertime treat: a salt water taffy. A kettle soured ale brewed with lemon peel and sea salt, and lactose to give it a slightly creamier mouth-feel. Tart and refreshing this beer is the perfect companion for goin’ down the shore! ABV: 4.4%

 

ROGUE

BRUT IPA: 6/4C

A crisp and semi-dry brut IPA blended with Oregon pinot noir juice producing pleasantly complex and unique aromas and flavors, finishing hoppy and delicious. ABV: 7.5%

ROLLING THUNDER STOUTED WHISKEY: 750mL

Rolling Thunder Stouted Whiskey is a first of its kind. It’s made with barley grown on Rogue Farms and distilled from a wash that began as Dead Guy Ale, brewed right next to the distillery in Newport, Ore. It was first aged one year in new Oregon Oak (Quercus garryana) barrels crafted at our Rolling Thunder Barrel Works before aging two more years in barrels that had previously aged Rolling Thunder Imperial Stout. Rogue grains, beer, whiskey, barrels and the magic of Newport’s marine climate make this American Single Malt as unique as the hands that crafted it. ABV: 48.5%

 

STONE

ENTER NIGHT: 4/6C

In collaboration with Metallica, this beer represents the cataclysmic collision of two uncompromising supernatural forces. It’ s a crisp and refreshing Pilsner that, much like the band, transcends genres, shatters preconceptions and challenges convention. ABV: 5.7%

NOTORIOUS P.O.G.: 1/6, 1/2

We’ve had plenty of fan-favorite beers over the years, but few have garnered the cult-like adoration of this one. Stone Notorious P.O.G. was originally brewed at our 10bbl Liberty Station brewhouse in San Diego, as a collaboration with comedian / actor Jonah Ray. It’s a tribute to the passion fruit, orange and guava juice (aka POG) he grew up drinking in Hawaii. This Berliner Weisse-style ale is loaded with the aforementioned trifecta of fresh, tropical fruits, making for a unique flavor that’s tart and refreshing yet deeply rich and complex. It’s as ridiculously tasty as it is deliciously unique. ABV: 4.7%

 

TWO ROADS

GEYSER GOSE: 6/4C

Two Roads and Evil Twin sourced local ingredients during a trip to Iceland for this collaboration including: Icelandic moss, rye, herbs, sea kelp, skyr (Icelandic yogurt) and birch-smoked sea salt to create a Two + Evil twist on a gose beer; a sour wheat-style ale with a hint of smoke, light lemon color, dry finish and thirst quenching appeal. ABV: 5.5%

 

VON TRAPP

NATUR HELLES: 6/4C, 1/6

This is Helles in its most natural form. We use colder fermentation and longer lagering times to give this unfiltered lager bready aromatics, a crisp and peppery finish, while maintaining the complexity of our traditional Helles style. ABV: 4.9%

BLACK CHERRY CIDER: 4/6C

Dark sweet cherry juice blended at the tail end of fermentation comprised of 100% PA pressed apples, this off dry cider retains the rich flavor of the cherries. A natural orchard’s compliment to the apple, our black cherry cider is a full bodied stone fruit cider with sweet and tart in balance. ABV: 5.5%

PINEAPPLE ORANGE IPA: 4/6C

This juicy IPA was double dry hoped with a blend of citrus forward hops along with real pineapple and orange puree. Oats and wheat join the hops and fruit to create a soft and delicate mouthfeel reminiscent of a refreshing glass of juice. ABV: 7.0%

Sons of Ben Rowdy Ale is characterized by subtle, yet distinct Belgian yeast, 100% pale malt and floral, American hops. Cascade in the hopback and dry hopped Amarillo and Cascade lends spirited notes of orange and grapefruit. Approachable and easy to drink, this beer is brewed with a whole lot of hometown pride. FADE 2 BLACK: 1/6

That time of year when the day seems to fade away. Drifting further into the darkness with each passing day. Volume 1 – Foreign Stout – Pours black with licorice, espresso bean, molasses, and black cardamom notes that give way to a feeling of self loathing, burnt opportunities and smoked relationships. ABV: 8.5%

MAINE BEER COMPANY

WOODS & WATERS: 1/6

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! ABV: 6.2%

 

NESHAMINY CREEK

HIGHWATER HEFEWEIZEN: 6/4C

Our version of an authentic Bavarian wheat beer. Brewed with nearly 60% white wheat, Pilsen malt, and a touch of Munich for color and flavor, we ferment this beer with an authentic German Hefeweizen yeast that gives it a distinctive fruity banana flavor and aroma matched with a light spicy clove finish. German Hallertau and Tettnanger hops are used exclusively in this brew making this beer as truly German and authentic as possible for a beer brewed outside of Munich. ABV: 5.2%

PASSIVE THOUGHT: 6/4C, 1/6

Our take on a Cologne area German-style Pale Ale hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. Passive Thought boasts a fruity aroma, sweet stone fruit character, and clean, crisp bitterness. ABV: 5.0%

 

ORIGINAL SIN

PORT BREWING

SUMMER PALE ALE: 1/6

Life’s better at the water’s edge. Be it a beach, a lake, or a sweltering day by the pool. Each of these situations is improved by friends, conversations, and a crisp pale ale. Our SPA is brewed with a juicy and boisterous blend of hops including Chinook, Amarillo, and Cascade. SPA begins with a bouquet of citrus and peach aromas, then leads to a refreshing orange and grapefruit-like dryness, with just a kiss of sweetness on the finish. ABV: 6.0%

 

JEVER: 50L

The Pils in the surf. Hardly any other premium beer has remained as faithful to itself as Jever. For more than 160 years, Jever cultivates its very own Frisian-bitter taste. And that has a reason: the brewing water. At the same time it is especially pure and soft, and allows us to admit more hops. That makes Jever so Frisian-tart and refreshing at the same time. ABV: 4.9%

 

RIVER HORSE

A light, refreshing ale that is easy to drink, yet complex. Perfect for the warmer months. ABV: 4.5%

We wanted to capture the essence of the iconic Summertime treat: a salt water taffy. A kettle soured ale brewed with lemon peel and sea salt, and lactose to give it a slightly creamier mouth-feel. Tart and refreshing this beer is the perfect companion for goin’ down the shore! ABV: 4.4%

SLOOP

JUICE BOMB: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Our juicy, hazy, flagship IPA. The low bitterness and late hopping showcase the citrusy, juicy notes of American hops. A blast of tropical aroma is followed by a resiny and balanced flavor. Juice bomb features all the aspects and nuances of full hop flavor — not just bitterness. ABV: 6.5%

DOUBLEPLUSGOOD: 1/6, 1/2

These double dry hopped, double IPAs pack a punch at 8% ABV. BIG FLAVOR IS WATCHING YOU. ABV: 

 

SMUTTYNOSE

VUNDERBAR: 4/6C

Take a break from the Sturm und Drang of modern life, with this elegant, refreshing pilsner. Our brewers created Vunderbar! with both feet grounded in tradition, focusing on authentic German pilsner malt and spicy Czech Saaz hops. The result just might get you to shimmy into your favorite lederhosen, bust into a quick schuhplattler and loudly proclaim, “Das ist Vunderbar!”  ABV: 4.9%

 

STONE

REVENGEFUL SPIRIT: 1/6, 1/2

In the late summer of 2017 we debuted Stone Vengeful Spirit IPA, a tropical IPA brewed with pineapple & mandarin orange. Its purpose was to demonstrate the gloriousness whole fruit can add to our IPAs. It did so, with a vengeance. So we tasked ourselves with creating an even bigger and more aggressive version of the beer, packing it with extra hops alongside real citrus & tropical fruit. The result is Stone Revengeful Spirit Imperial IPA: a beer, like revenge itself, best served cold. ABV: 8.1%

DELICIOUS IPA: 1/2

While our beers are many and diverse, yet unified by overarching boldness, India pale ales are our undeniable bread and butter. The result is an intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to present to hopheads everywhere. ABV: 7.7%

 

OKOCIM

OKOCIM O.K. BEER: 2/12/11C

Carlsberg Polska have been brewing and exporting O.K. Beer around the world for more than 50 years! This is their cult beer with many different faces and one unique taste. It is by many regarded as the best brew in Poland, resulting it to disappear from the shelves so quickly that is becomes difficult to hunt one of these brews down. ABV: 5.6%

Sick and tired of all the negativity and complaining? Call 1-800-Boo-Hooo and send The Wambulance! This summer crusher is hopped and dry hopped with an abundance of Citra and Mosaic. Notes of peach pit, mango custard, and citrus. ABV: 5.0%

BLUEBERRY SAISON: 1/6

This classic light bodied Saison is flavored with mosaic hops and then conditioned on a truckload of local Hammonton Blueberries, creating a beautifully colored farmhouse ale! Bright colored, crisp, and juicy… With just a little bit of bite! The perfect summer beer! ABV: 60%

DRENCHED: 1/6, 1/2

Straw colored India Pale Ale bursting with juicy American (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic) hops is filled with flavors and aroma of Peach, Mango, and Citrus juices. Smooth and balanced with a soft bitterness. Insanely drinkable! ABV: 6.3%

We’re excited to bring you this rare beer, created using time-honored Belgian brewing techniques combined with American hops and craft brewing innovation, resulting in a unique beer that highlights the best of both breweries. ABV: 6.1%

 

TWO ROADS

GEYSER GOSE: 1/6

Two Roads and Evil Twin sourced local ingredients during a trip to Iceland for this collaboration including: Icelandic moss, rye, herbs, sea kelp, skyr (Icelandic yogurt) and birch-smoked sea salt to create a Two + Evil twist on a gose beer; a sour wheat-style ale with a hint of smoke, light lemon color, dry finish and thirst quenching appeal. ABV: 5.5%

 

YARDS

SONS OF BEN: 1/6, 1/2

Sons of Ben Rowdy Ale is characterized by subtle, yet distinct Belgian yeast, 100% pale malt and floral, American hops. Cascade in the hopback and dry hopped Amarillo and Cascade lends spirited notes of orange and grapefruit. Approachable and easy to drink, this beer is brewed with a whole lot of hometown pride. Yards is an official sponsor of the Philadelphia Union, so enjoy a cold one in the stadium’s beer garden. #DOOP. ABV: 5.0%
