ALESMITH

JUICE STAND: 4/6C, 1/6

This hazy IPA will satisfy your hoppy cravings with its intense notes of tangerine, blueberry, bubblegum, and tropical fruits. Its full body, smooth malt character, and soft bitterness will keep you coming back for more. ABV: 6.7%

HAZY .394: 4/6C

Similar to the fan-favorite San Diego Pale Ale .394, this beer pays tribute to Hall-of-Famer Tony Gwynn and the career-high batting average that he achieved with the Padres in ’94.  Hazy .394 showcases an intense hop aroma of tropical fruit and citrus, but delivers a fuller-bodied pour than its predecessor, along with a smooth and creamy finish.  It’s a guaranteed hit! ABV: 6.0%

MUY SABROSO: 4/6C, 1/6

The second release in our Hopwright series draws its bright, tropical flavors from Sabro, a new hop varietal bred in part from wild grown hops in the American Southwest. Notes of coconut, lime, tangerine, and citrus will have you reaching for more of this smooth cerveza. ABV: 6.5%

HAWAIIAN SPEEDWAY: 1/6

One of our most popular Speedway Stout variations is back in limited supply! This variation features coconut added multiple times during the brewing process, Madagascar vanilla beans, and a rare, locally roasted Kona coffee. This beer balances the intense rich, fruity flavors of the vanilla and coconut with the roast of the coffee and the chocolate and caramel flavors of our Imperial Stout. ABV: 12.0%

 

ARCHER ROOSE

SPRITZ RED: 6/4C

What’s a red wine drinker to do in the Summer? Spritz Red was produced to answer this question. This dry, sparkling red wine, best served chilled, pairs wonderfully with charcuterie and your backyard BBQ. ABV: 6.0%

SPRITZ WHITE: 6/4C

We don’t want to brag but our new Spritz White Sparkling Wine is nothing short of a delight. Made from Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia grapes, this is the perfect pairing for all Summer session activities. ABV: 6.0%

 

BRONX

CITY ISLAND SOUR: 1/6

A slightly sour, crisp and refreshing Northeast IPA with a juicy punch. ABV: 6.0%

 

CARRIBBEAN SPIRITS

HAMILTON NAVY STRENGTH: 750 mL

When it came time to bottle this product we tested blends of 60/40, 50/50 and 40/60 rums from Jamaica and Guyana and found the 60/40 Guyana/Jamaican blend to be the best. But we couldn’t stop there. After blending and tasting blends of 65/35, 60/40 and 55/45 Guyana/Jamaican it was time to get to work. 60% Guyana rum at 154 proof and 40% Jamaican rum at 170 proof are blended together and slowly stirred for 48 hours before dilution to 114 proof with filtered well water at the Five & 20 Distillery in Westfield, NY.

HAMILTON NEW YORK BLEND: 750 mL

After diluting my Navy Strength Blend down to 84 proof I found that 60/40 was a bit heavy with the Jamaican rum on the palate. After more tests at varying proportions and at 80 , 82 and 84 proof the blend was finalized. High proof Jamaican and Guyana aged rums are blended together and slowly stirred for 48 hours before dilution to 84 proof with filtered well water at the Five & 20 Distillery in Westfield, NY. The lower proof lets the aromas in the rum come through. Look for honeyed stone fruit in the nose followed by smoky hints of caramelized fruit. The first taste reveals smoky cedar, dark fruit, spice and more smoky fruit flavors leading into a long finish with a brine note underlying the smoky wood finish.

 

COLLECTIVE ARTS

LIFE IN THE CLOUDS: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

New to our core lineup, Life in the Clouds is our flagship New England style IPA. After experimenting with the Collective Seasonal HAZY IPA we dialed in the Simcoe and Mosaic hops and malt balance to optimize this juicy IPA’s pleasantly fruit forward (think citrus and melon) taste and aroma. In keeping with the nouveau NEIPA tradition, Life in the Clouds is an unfiltered beer, neither overly-sweet nor bitter, with a pillowy mouth feel. Crack one, pour it in a glass, take a whiff, hold it up the the light and take a sip! Don’t you agree? ABV: 6.1%

SURROUND SOUND: 1/6

This version of our Surround Sound DIPA has brilliant notes of mandarin citrus, with pleasant undertones of tropical fruit and pine thanks to a huge 20 g/L dry hop dosing of Simcoe and Amarillo hops. ABV: 8.2%

 

FLYING DOG

TRUTH: 1/2

Full disclosure: This beer came to fruition because we saw a gap in our portfolio and we wanted to increase our market share. ABV: 8.7%

 

HALF ACRE

BODEM: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

 Our newest bedrock IPA, Bodem represents how we’re feeling about go-to IPA in today’s spectrum of plants and brewing perspective. ABV: 6.7%

GALACTIC DOUBLE DAISY CUTTER: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Double Pale Ale. Brewed just once a year, this beer takes everything we love about Double Daisy Cutter and skins it with the tropical impact of Galaxy hops. Typically available in May. ABV: 8.0%

 

LAGUNITAS

HOP REFRESHER: 6/4

Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher is a fresh take on an old tradition … An IPA-inspired refreshment that’s zero-alcohol, zero-carbohydrate, and zero-calorie, made using everything we know about hops. It’s chock-full of Citra, Equinox, and Centennial hops, as well as some natural flavors and a pinch brewer’s yeast to biotransform-ate the hops to just the right flavor. ABV: 0.0%

 

LIC BEER PROJECT

UNICORN APOCALYPSE: 1/6, 1/2

Brewed with a blend of two malted oat varieties along with flaked oats. This time we also experimented with a new base malt and a Vermont yeast. DDH with Citra and El Dorado touch of Mandarina Bavaria. ABV: 8.5%

SAMO IPA: 6/4C

SAMO (pronounced SAY-MO) features the remarkable complexities of American hops: Cascade, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe. Hazy and pale orange in appearance, SAMO erupts with citrus, mango, and dank pine aromatics. Bold, juicy flavors of tropical fruit, peach and cantaloupe. Finishes bone dry yet soft and creamy. ABV: 6.5%

 

MAINE BEER COMPANY

POST RIDE SNACK: 1/6

If Dave’s not in the office, he’s out on a cycling adventure. And he’s almost certainly drinking a beer afterwards. We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. We brewed this session IPA as a refreshing post ride snack with notes and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, mixed berries, and grassy pine. Cheers to every ride! ABV: 4.9%

 

MELOVINO

MURDER OF CROWS: 500mL

Blackberry mead with an added touch of suspense, in true Hitchcock fashion, by the addition of freshly cracked black pepper. There is no terror in the bang, only in the anticipation of it! ABV: 13.0%

MIDNIGHT JACK: 500mL

This well-dressed beast forages through the midnight hour in search of only the darkest & sweetest of berries to devour. Some call it being picky. We call it, good taste. ABV: 14.0%

GARRIDO: 500mL

Our dry Portuguese vinho verde style mead
Vinho verde can be relied upon to be light, crisp and aromatic, sometimes with a touch of perceptual sweetness, and Garrido is no exception. It is honey fermented with enough juice from a popular white grape varietal to make this mead actually 1/3rd white wine. We put a lot of care into this mead as it is dedicated to our beloved Grandfather who we grew up making wine with. That is why we couldn’t be happier for it to have become one of our most popular meads to date. ABV: 12.0%

BOKU: 750mL

A berry sophisticated blend of amazing honey, jam packed with a hefty amount of raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry & black currant juices. ABV: 14.0%

NICE AS PIE: 750mL

Apples that were ripe for the picking, fresh plump  vanilla beans, true ceylon cinnamon and of course, the sweet nectar of honey. ABV: 14.0%

 

MODERN TIMES

FORTUNATE ISLANDS: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Fortunate Islands combines the bangin’ hop aroma of an über-tropical IPA with the crisp, deeply quenching drinkability of a killer pale ale. We achieve this magical result by starting with a mild, nutty malt backbone, then dry-hopping the bejesus out of it with Citra and Amarillo hops. Restrained bitterness and vibrant notes of mango, tangerine, and passionfruit combine to form a sessionable crusher of mind-bending proportions. It tastes like wizards. ABV: 5.0%

ORDERVILLE: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Orderville is an aggressive, fragrant IPA that blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with resinous stickiness from a mélange of dank hops. The resulting beer is immensely rad, with an unmistakable bangin’ aroma and a fully saturated hop flavor and finish. The cracker-dry body keeps the focus squarely on the massive, incredibly delicious hop character, inviting your taste buds to join a drum circle of flavor in a magical forest of hops. ABV: 7.2%

FRUITLANDS: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It’s a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party. ABV: 4.8%

ICE: 6/4C, 1/2

The flavor: cold. The crushability: maximum. Ice was our very first pils, and it brings the noise. Hopped with Czech Saaz hops before, like, so many weeks of lagering, Ice packs the flavor of the mighty San Diego mountains into a compact, low-ABV package. ABV: 4.8%

BLAZING WORLD: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

This beer is the stickiest of the icky. It’s a luxuriously hoppy amber loaded up with intemperate quantities of Nelson, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, which are some of the fruitiest, dankest hops sweet, sweet money can buy. Despite its amber hue, Blazing World is pleasingly dry, sporting a lightly bready malt backbone that serves as platform for the huge & complex hop profile. ABV: 6.8%

Wheat ale conditioned on Hibiscus & tart cherry juice. ABV: 5.2%

GREAT BAY: 1/6

Malt forward Amber Ale with the hop bite of an India Pale Ale. The deep red color is derived from a blend of caramel and dark malts. Malt flavor is balanced three heavy hop additions. ABV: 6.0%

SUMMER PALE ALE: 6/4C, 1/6

Life’s better at the water’s edge. Be it a beach, a lake, or a sweltering day by the pool. Each of these situations is improved by friends, conversations, and a crisp pale ale. Our SPA is brewed with a juicy and boisterous blend of hops including Chinook, Amarillo, and Cascade. SPA begins with a bouquet of citrus and peach aromas, then leads to a refreshing orange and grapefruit-like dryness, with just a kiss of sweetness on the finish. ABV: 6.0%

HIGH TIDE: 6/4C

A citrusy IPA drenched in notes of tangerine and stone fruit from the judicious amounts of Simcoe and Amarillo hops, finishing with a crisp hop bite and a smooth piney finish. ABV: 6.2%

 

LOST ABBEY

RED POPPY: 12.7 oz. bottles

Red Poppy Ale is a veritable celebration of Sour Cherries in an explosion of aromas and tastes. Brewed from a brown ale base and aged in our oak barrels for over 12 months, this beer is not for the faint of heart. ABV: 6.5%

 

RIVER HORSE

CLEAR SKIES:4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

We wanted to get back to the roots of the original IPA – no crazy haze, this is an ultra-filtered IPA with plenty of flavor and aromatics packed in. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Falcolner’s Flight hops, and clean finish so you can have more than one without wrecking your palate. ABV: 5.8%

 

REDSTONE MEADERY

PASSION FRUIT NECTAR: 750mL, 20L

Tropical front, tartness in the middle of the palate, and mild, spicy, dry finish. ABV: 8.0%

BLACK RASPBERRY: 750mL, 20L

With the mouth feel and texture of beer and the light taste of a lower alcohol mead, this nectar is the very definition of “refreshing!” ABV: 8.0%

TRADITIONAL MOUNTAIN HONEY: 750mL

 Mostly orange blossom honey, this mead is medium in sweetness, slightly acidic, and warming. ABV: 12.0%

JUNIPER BERRY MOUNTAIN HONEY: 750mL

A sweet subtle start with a spicy woody finish. One of the Meadery staff’s top picks. ABV: 12.0%

SUNSHINE NECTAR: 20L

Made with the addition of Apricots for a dry, tart, more traditional-tasting mead. ABV: 8.0%

A dry hopped version of our Nectar! Intriguing blend of hoppiness, with citrus and floral flavors, and honey. ABV: 8.0%

THREE 3’S

BLUEBERRY SAISON: 1/6

This classic light bodied Saison is flavored with mosaic hops and then conditioned on a truckload of local Hammonton Blueberries, creating a beautifully colored farmhouse ale! Bright colored, crisp, and juicy… With just a little bit of bite! The perfect summer beer! ABV: 5.5%

COFFEE PORTER: 1/6

An English Style Porter brewed with UK malts and hops and conditioned on local “La Columbe” coffee. Velvety smooth with distinct coffee and chocolate notes. ABV: 6.0%

GRASSCATCHER: 1/6

Classic West Coast style “throwback” IPA is aggressively hopped (100+ IBU’s) with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. Deep copper color with a hint of haziness. Crisp and dry with layers of floral, citrus, and pine with a subtle dankness and lingering hop bitterness.  Well balanced for an “over the top” IPA! ABV: 6.6%

MIDNIGHT OATIN: 1/6

Oatmeal stout brewed with chocolate malt and chocolate in the kettle. Subtle notes of coffee and chocolate blend into this silky smooth, medium bodied stout. ABV: 6.0%

THREE BLONDE MICE: 1/6

Three 3’s interpretation of the classic Blonde Ale tips the balance towards hops.  Generous late
additions of Mosaic, Cascade, and Columbus creates a pleasant fruity hop flavor with low bitterness.  Light golden color and medium body, an easy drinking and approachable hops-oriented All American Blonde! ABV: 4.7%

TOTALLY DRENCHED: 1/6

We took our Drenched IPA and kicked it into the next Galaxy…Like Totally! The result is a hazy, juicebomb! Copious whirlpool and dry hop additions of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe produce a nose full of passion fruit. The flavor follows suit with passion fruit and citrus followed by ripe honeydew. The lingering hop finish will have you coming back for more! Limited Release! ABV: 7.7%

SORRYNOTSORRY: 1/6

Brewed with a plethora of oats and wheat, then hit with lactose. Irresponsible additions of Citra and Denali balance with lactose, vanilla, pineapple and blood orange. Delightful notes of creamsicle, pineapple custard and blood orange cupcakes. ABV: 5.7%

UDDER DISBELIEF: 1/6

An IPA that received a hearty dry hop of Mosaic, Centennial, Columbus and Calypso and an even bigger dose of Hammonton Blueberries and pomegranates making this by far one of the most different looking beers we’ve ever made. Tons of sweet berry character up front with a dry, slightly tart backend balanced by the generous hops. ABV: 5.5%

 

WEYERBACHER

WARBORN: 6/4C

Collaboration with The Black Dahlia Murder. Dank & piney rye pale ale aged on white oak. Approachable & drinkable with a rye spiciness accompanied by warm notes of oak & vanilla. ABV: 5.0%

 

WYNDRIDGE FARM

PINEAPPLE ORANGE IPA: 4/6C

This juicy IPA was double dry hopped with a blend of citrus forward hops along with real orange and pineapple puree. Oats and wheat join the hops and fruit to create a soft and delicate mouthfeel reminiscent of a refreshing glass of juice. ABV: 6.6%

 

YARDS

SUMMER CRUSH: 2/12C

You always remember your first. The moment it hits your lips, there you are. Summer Crush is an easy drinking, flavorful Wheat Beer with a juicy citrus finish that transports you to bright summer days and hot summer nights. Brewed with orange and lime zest, this crushable delight brings the refreshment to the shore, the front stoop, the rooftop, and everywhere else you celebrate summer. ABV: 5.0%

21st AMENDMENT

TOASTER PASTRY: 1/6 kegs

Our first beer out of our new brewery is a homage to our building’s former life as a Toaster Pastry factory. Biscuit malts give the beer a slightly nutty, crust-like flavor, complementing the fruity, jammy character of the hops. The toasty-sweet aroma, balanced by a bite of hops, makes this one of our favorite brews yet. ABV: 7.6%

 

ALLAGASH

PICK YOUR OWN: 6/12 cases

Pick Your Own begins as a sour red ale that’s aged in an oak foudre with Lactobacillus and Pediococcus for two years. After adding fresh, local raspberries, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, we age it for an additional three months. The finished beer is a vibrant, ruby red with an aroma of ripe berries and vanilla. As you might expect, berries fill the flavor. Pick Your Own finishes dry with notes of bread crust and a lingering, tart juiciness. ABV: 6.0%

 

BELL’S BREWERY

OARSMAN: 1/4

Tart and refreshing, this sessionable, bright Wheat Ale exudes citrus and lemony aromas from Cascade hops and trades sour intensity for finesse. A perfect companion for any occasion, Oarsman Ale is a beer based in tradition, but with that distinctive Bell’s twist. ABV: 4.0%

 

ACE CIDER

HAZY HOP: 4/6 cases

This cider is unfiltered and dry hopped with Mosaic Hops. The sweetness from the apples complements the tropical notes from the hops. ABV: 6.0%

PINEAPPLE CIDER: 2/12C

Inspired by the House Family’s annual visit to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands our Pineapple cider is an ideal drink for tropical hot and humid climates. Our signature drink the Hawaii 5-0 is a mix of Ace Pineapple cider, coconut rum, ice and a garnish of fresh pineapple. This original cider is perfect for a backyard BBQ, or Bacon dishes. ABV: 5.0%

 

OSKAR BLUES

MAMA’S LITTLE YELLA: 19.2 oz. cans

Yaya raised a rebel who grew up to have dirt on his face, sweat on his brow, and beer in his blood. That’s why Mama’s Little Yella Pils is an uncompromising, hand crafted version of the great Pilsner beers of Bavaria and Bohemia. Unlike mass market pilsners diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built on pilsner and honey malt, then hopped with Saaz and Aramis hops. While it’s rich with flavor, its 33 IBUs and 4.7% ABV make it a luxurious but low-dose (by Oskar Blues standards) refresher. It’s damn good, crushable beer. Take two and call us in the morning. ABV: 4.7%

PINNER: 19.2 oz. cans

Our Pinner Session IPA is as close as you’re ever gonna get to tasting some twisted-up calm in the Oskar Blues chaos. We crammed so much damn aroma – and boatloads of hop and malt flavor – into this beer, but we kept it crushable too. At 4.9% ABV and 35 IBUs, this edgy-yet-easygoing and highly drinkable IPA uses an array of hops to target its ever-evolving flavor. Tropical fruits, citrus juices, pineapple, berry and spice up front in the aroma and flavor are balanced by biscuit and toasted bread at the back for a great finish – setting you up just right to blaze on to your next can of Pinner. ABV: 4.9%

 

COLLECTIVE ARTS

GOSE GUAVA: 6/4C, 1/6

Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest and freshest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose (pronounced: Goes-ah) has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more. ABV: 4.9%

HAZY STATE: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

This hugely flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA is made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA. ABV: 4.1%

Our newest in our IPA series is a Double Dry-Hopped Brut IPA . Crisp, bubbly and utterly bursting full of fresh Azacca and Citra hops. The aroma and flavour of bright citrus and mango come from the large 16g/hL dry hopping. ABV: 7.1%

Skillful in shallow waters, yet adept when it becomes deep and rough, Dead Rise boats were specifically crafted to navigate the unique waters of the Chesapeake. Our Dead Rise, a summer ale brewed with OLD BAY, was brewed to support True Blue, a groundbreaking initiative to support the Maryland Blue Crab industry. ABV: 5.5%

 

FOUNDERS

BLUSHING MONK: 6/4

When our love of fruit and our love of beer come together, Blushing Monk happens. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters. Think of Blushing Monk as Rubaeus’ older sibling – more intense, slightly larger and just a little bit more mature. ABV: 9.2%

MAS AGAVE: 6/4, 12/25, 1/4

We love cocktails. Like, really love them. If you ask us, few are more refreshing than the tart and tangy margarita and our latest barrel-aged beer pays tribute to that perennial classic. We took an imperial gose brewed with agave, lime and sea salt and then aged it in tequila barrels for just the right amount of kick. Consider it a party in a bottle. Más Agave! ABV: 10.0%

Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries, Rubaeus is Founders’ way of celebrating the joys of summer year-round. This stunning berry-red masterpiece is the perfect blend of sweet, tart and refreshing. No question about it, this beer is 100% Founders. ABV: 5.7%

INFUSE SPIRITS

GRAPEFRUIT VODKA: 750mL

Infuse’s Grapefruit vodka has a pink/yellow hue and bright floral-grapefruit peel aromas. The spirit feels astringent and sour on the tongue, opening up into an orchard of fresh flavors. Well-chilled, this makes the world’s best greyhound. ABV: 40%

 

LAGUNITAS

CITRUSINENSIS: 1/2

We took some fresh Sanguinello Blood oranges, juiced ’em, concentrated that juice (without heat) and threw it into a wheatier version of our DogTown Pale Ale. The end result? A refreshingly hopped pale-ish ale with a huge citrus burst! ABV: 7.7%

 

LANCASTER

STRAWBERRY WHEAT: 4/6C

If you enjoy smooth, delicious, craft beer then look no further than our award winning Strawberry Wheat. A Lancaster original since 1995, our classic American Wheat is brewed with White Wheat, 2 Row Barley and Caramel Malt, with a touch of Natural Strawberry, for an amazingly crisp and refreshing flavor experience. ABV: 4.7%

HOP HOG IPA: 4/6C

Hop Hog IPA is dry-hopped and unfiltered for maximum flavor, which can result in some settling in the bottle. When we set out to design Boomsauce years ago we knew we wanted a fruit forward, unfiltered and incredible IPA. However, this was a time before hazy, New England IPAs had even entered the lexicon. As the sub category evolved so did expectations of what it meant to be a hazy, juicy IPA. So we decided to evolve Boomsauce along with the style. We kicked the ABV up a notch, adjusted the malt balances and hit it hard with our favorite hops. The results are an incredibly juicy and hazy derivative of Boomsauce that continues to define the category. ABV: 7.8%

Freebird is a beautifully crafted golden ale brewed for those who fly to the beat of their own wings. When we set out to make a rose cider, we knew we wanted to pay homage to our friends in the winemaking world. Unlike many commercial ciders that rely on food coloring or additives to achieve a “rose pink” blush, our rose gets its color and flavor from grape skins — just, as we believe, like a rose should. We start with fresh New England apples, pressed and fermented at cellar temperature; then age our cider on Syrah and Zinfandel grape skins to impart tannin, structure, and berry notes. We source grape skins from California because we cannot find a high enough quantity here in the Northeast. Together, these add up to a fun-loving but refined marriage of New England apples with traditional wine grapes, as tasty as it is beautiful. ABV: 5.5%

When Flor Prendergast decided to create a whiskey, he brought in his American friend and spirits maverick, Steven Grasse, who had an idea that required a transatlantic collaboration: whiskey from Ireland, finished in rye barrels from America. They formed Pugilist Spirits to bring this idea to life, with whiskey distilled and aged in West Cork, Ireland and rye barrels sourced by Grasse’s own Tamworth Distilling in the U.S. Inspired by the Irish-American connection, Grasse had the idea to call the whiskey Prizefight. The brand tells the incredible stories of the Irish who came to America and became the greatest fighters of their day. Each bottle commemorates the boxing legends who came with nothing and fought for everything.

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it’s much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it. ABV: 7.2%

THE BRUERY TERREUX

This is how a beer from our backyard in Orange County should taste: refreshing, crisp and original. Orchard Wit is a tart wheat beer, brewed with orange zest and coriander, and aged in an oak foeder for several months. It’s designed to showcase the culture of our farmhouse-style brewery through maturation in oak and fermentation with several yeast strains, namely Bavarian Wit, Belgian Wit and French Saison yeast, and our house souring culture. It’s a combination that’s fresh with subtle complexity, balancing the classic, spiced and fruity characteristics of a Belgian-style wit with the soft – and wild – touch from oak. ABV: 5.7%

Relax [it’s just a hazy IPA] embraces the new way to enjoy IPA – unfiltered, fresh and full of hop flavor and aromatics… without the bitterness to stand in the way of kicking back with a juicy beer. It features a combination of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, imparting fruity, tropical and citrusy notes to complement the round, soft mouthfeel of a hazy IPA. ABV: 6.8%

Tart red raspberries are the star of this refreshing show. A first fermentation with lactobacillus gives this beer its pucker, while a second pass with our house ale yeast produces soft, fruity esters. A hint of Himalayan pink salt amplifies the flavor of tart raspberry jam, and coriander adds delicate notes of wildflowers. ABV: 4.5%

FIELD STUDY: 4/6, 2/12C, 1/6, 1/2

In the hop fields we daydream and study, and at the brewery we tinker and test. For Field Study, dry-hopping delivers notes of ripe grapefruit, mango, pear and melon. Add a backbone of local rustic pale malt, and Field Study is just what we were after: a slightly hazy yet bright summer daydream come true. ABV: 6.2%

TROEGENATOR: 1/2

Monks had fasting figured out. No food? No problem. Just drink a Double Bock. Thick and chewy with intense notes of caramel, chocolate and dried stone fruit, ‘Nator (as we call him) serves as a tribute to this liquid bread style. ABV: 8.2%

SUNSHINE PILS: 2/12C

Like the rising sun, Sunshine Pils delivers winter, spring, summer and fall. This deceptively complex pilsner is all about the tightrope walk of two-row barley, zesty Saaz hops and lager yeast. It’s a go-to when the sun is shining, and it makes us happy when skies are gray. ABV: 4.5%

PERPETUAL IPA: 6/4C

At Tröegs, artisanal meets mechanical in a state of IPA we call Perpetual. Cycling through our HopBack vessel and dry-hopping method, this bold Imperial Pale Ale emerges rife with sticky citrus rind, pine balm and tropical fruit. ABV: 7.5%

FIRST CUT MANGO: 2/12C

Each spring, hop growers dust off their pruning shears and trim the first shoots, bolstering the bines for a rich growing season. First Cut – a mouthful of silky Simcoe and a touch of mango – is a nod to this ritual, without which the world would be a less hoppy place. ABV: 6.2%

Strata, a sought-after varietal from Oregon State University’s lauded hop breeding program, is characterized by pronounced green cannabis notes. ABV: 8.0%

Meet Hazy State: a hazier, juicier but still sessionable IPA. We’ve upped the fruit quality to get a more flavourful punch while extracting bitter qualities out of it. This hugely flavourful, yet still extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA. ABV: 4.1%

Dear Peters family… We heard about the nectarines that were bruised in a hailstorm. Well, what won’t work at a roadside stand will be aces for brewing. We’re picturing a bracing sour with a sweet over-ripe nose. Brett for funk, lacto for pucker, and a spell on oak to bring it all home. Those nectarines? We’ll take ’em all. ABV: 7.6%

Kölsch is a style of ale that famously originated in Cologne, Germany. A true summer session ale, this Kölsch utilizes German Tettnanger and Hallertau Hops, that combine to provide a hoppy explosion packed in every can. ABV: 5.0%

VIENNA: 4/6C cases

Named for the city that created the style, our amber lager is malt forward with a grassy, crackery hop aroma. A classic blend of German malts and hops gives this complex lager notes of biscuit and caramel in its finish. ABV: 5.2%

DUNKEL: 4/6C cases

Creamy, toffee aromas balance the bitterness of Munich malts in our roasted brown lager. Although dark in color, Dunkel is medium in body and finishes dry and clean, resulting in a rich lager that can be enjoyed throughout the year. ABV: 5.7%

 

WEYERBACHER

CHOCOLATE PRETZEL SUNDAY MORNING STOUT: 6/4C cases

This barrel aged coffee beast is jacked up on gratuitous amounts of cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, lactose and unrefined sea salt. Lots of roast and dark chocolate play along nicely with bourbon, coffee and vanilla. The lactose helps balance things out and the sea salt adds a layer of smooth salinity that ties it all up. ABV: 12.7%

PHILADELPHIA PALE ALE: 19C cases

Not to be boastful, but we believe that all other ales pale in comparison to this Philadelphia favorite. Dry-hopped with an abundance of distinctive Simcoe hops, this straw-colored pale ale is more drinkable than bitter, more aromatic than aggressive. Now in cans, it’s great for poolside. And look for the new 19.2oz cans at the ballpark. ABV: 4.6%

SUMMER CRUSH: 4/6 cases, 2/12C cases, 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

You always remember your first. The moment it hits your lips, there you are. Summer Crush is an easy drinking, flavorful Wheat Beer with a juicy citrus finish that transports you to bright summer days and hot summer nights. Brewed with orange and lime zest, this crushable delight brings the refreshment to the shore, the front stoop, the rooftop, and everywhere else you celebrate summer. ABV: 5.0%

GOLDEN HOP: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs

Golden Hop roars with tropical notes of tangerine, mango, and grapefruit from Mosaic, Cascade and Amarillo hops. Columbus in the hopback adds a bright floral and citrus undertone, complementing this light-bodied IPA’s vibrant hop bouquet. Wheat malt provides a golden color and Belgian yeast shapes the crisp, clean feel. ABV: 6.0%
