KENTUCKY ALE

VANILLA BARREL CREAM ALE: 1/6

We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for at least six weeks. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale’s medium body and 5.5 percent alcohol by volume (ABV) make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all-day event. ABV: 5.5%

 

ROBINSONS

SUN STEEL: 6/4

Sun and Steel is a 4.8% double-fermented pilsner infused with authentic Japanese saké yeast from the award-winning Okunomatsu saké brewery in Japan. The result; a crisp and refreshing pilsner style lager with a flash of honey and fruit. Sun and Steel is the sixth beer from Iron Maiden Vocalist Bruce Dickinson and Robinsons Brewery. This project was over two years in the making, blending creative thinking, British brewing excellence and Japanese sake yeast to create a truly unique beer. ABV: 4.8%

 

AUSTIN EASTCIDERS

PINEAPPLE CIDER: 1/2

For an exotic twist, we have blended heirloom bittersweet and culinary apples with a taste of the tropics. Golden, ripe, and delicious pineapples have been married into our dry cider to give you a refreshing pineapple experience! ABV: 5.0%

 

B. NEKTAR

SCURVY SHYSTER BASTARD: 12/500, 1/6

Tart grapefruit juice balanced with the sweetness of white grape juice and honey. A fresh hop bitterness accentuates the brightness of clean grapefruit zest and elderflower notes. Medium bodied with a mossy hop and grapefruit zest bitterness on the semi-dry finish. ABV: 12.0%

SLICE OF LIFE:  12/500, 1/6

Tart with a mild sweetness and fresh, bright ginger zest. Round fermented apple flavor through middle is reminiscent of a Spanish Sidra. Crisp and light mouthfeel with a clean, dry finish. ABV: 5.5%

 

BELL’S BREWERY

ARABICADABRA: 4/6, 1/4

Arabicadabra is brewed with a cold coffee extract made at the brewery using a combination of fair trade, organic Nicaraguan coffee beans and Sumatra coffee beans. Lactose is also used for creaminess (those with dairy allergies or sensitivities should take note). It was inspired by Milchkaffe, another specialty Bell’s beer. ABV: 5.5%

KALAMAZOO: 1/2

Named after the city where it all began, Kalamazoo Stout is one of our most classic recipes. This smooth, full-bodied stout offers a blend of aromas and flavors of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, balanced with a significant hop presence. ABV: 6.0%

BLACKBEARD’S BEAR HUG: 6/4, 1/4

Avaste ye! This batch of Bear Hug was aged in rum barrels with vanilla beans, toasted coconut and a pinch of cinnamon bark. These flavors complement waves of dark rum and chocolate to make this Imperial Stout perfect for pirates or bears, or both. ABV: 14.4%

 

COLLECTIVE ARTS

STRANGER THAN FICTION: 6/4C

Stranger Than Fiction is a full-bodied porter with plenty of roast flavour and hints of molasses. Ridiculous amounts of chocolate and pale ale malts make this porter a smooth and creamy brew. ABV: 5.5%

JAM UP THE MASH: 1/2

After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody! ABV: 5.2%

IPA 11: 6/4C

IPA 11 is all about balance! We took Idaho 7 hops, bursting with big tropical fruit notes, and paired it with a favourite: good ol’ citrusy Mosaic. Next we added lactose to balance out all those big hop flavours and give this super flavourful Double Dry-Hopped IPA a silky smooth mouthfeel. ABV: 5.8%

SPACIAL RELATIONS: 6/4C

Some relationships are more special than others, and we love our relationship with Verdant Brewing from the U.K. We teamed up to create a pretty unique concoction; an Imperial Gose with a huge amount of Plums, Apricots, and Raspberries. The tartness of the fruit is balanced with Sea Salt & Coriander for an extremely refreshing – and special – brew. ABV: 8.0%

 

D9 BREWING

HAKUNA MATATA: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Tropical IPA brewed using hops from the US, UK, Germany, Slovenia, and New Zealand. The result is a much more balanced, less bitter but more flavorful Dank-style IPA with hints of Mandarin Orange, Pineapple, Grapefruit, and Elderflower. ABV: 6.6%

WHISKERS ON KITTENS: 6/4, 1/6

A blonde sour ale made with a few of our favorite things. Sweet, floral and exploding with sour flavor, this ancient ale was made born in Venlo, named in Düsseldorf, adopted by Vienna and reenvissioned by our brewers to capture to essence of Austria. Bold, crisp and majestic as the Alps, this wild sour ale sings upon the hilltops. ABV: 5.5%

BREWER’S DAY OFF: 6/4C, 1/6

Introducing Brewer’s Day Off, a refreshing cucumber and melon Gose. With the cool crisp taste of cucumber and the sweet mellow splash of melon, this easy drinking Gose with help ease you into a well-deserved relaxation. Go ahead and crack one open. You’ve earned it. ABV: 4.8%

SUPERSTITIOUS PIGEONS: 6/4, 1/6

Why are pigeons superstitious? What would these witchy warblers do for a snack that is truly delicious, like, maybe, a PB&J? Ponder these important conundrums and more as you tuck into a glass of this liquid comfort. A playful part of our Wild Things series, this sour ale combines lip-smacking peanut butter with bright, tart raspberries, for one of America’s best-loved culinary combos. Don’t be afraid to indulge in this scrumptious treat, and, if you find that pigeons surround you and start behaving strangely, please: don’t feed the birds. ABV: 5.0%

SYSTEMA NATVRAE CRANBERRIES & SUMAC: 6/4, 1/6

Our next foray into nature-inspired ale examines the intriguing pairing of cranberry and sumac. Cranberries lend their unique, quenching tartness to this wild sour ale and blend gracefully with the gentle lemony notes of sumac. The melding of the two in this lively libation is deliciously dynamic on the palate. ABV: 5.5%

 

DOGFISH HEAD

75 MINUTE: 4/6, 1/6, 1/2

Now in our latest iteration, this classic IPA is again brewed with maple syrup from Sam’s family farm in Massachusetts, while being continually hopped throughout the boil, and then dry-hopped with a slew of cascade hops. The result is a malty and earthy brew with citrusy-pine aromas, balanced by subtle maple notes. ABV: 7.5%

 

LANCASTER

SHOOFLY PIE PORTER: 6/4C

This brew is loaded with eight different malts and grains and, like shoo fly pie, a generous measure of Lancaster County blackstrap molasses. Malt forward and lightly hopped, this deep, dark brew has a medium/full body, subtle smoky sweetness and hint of vanilla on the finish. ABV: 6.2%

 

INTERBORO

Aromas of orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Citrus & tropical juice on the palate, soft mouthfeel with moderate bitterness. Brewed with English Optic malt and lots of malted oats and wheat. Fermented with American ale yeast and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial & Equinox. Pours hazy pale yellow. ABV: 7.0%

MAD FAT 3RD ANNIVERSARY: 6/4C

For the 3rd Anniversary we teamed up with our homie @biscosmith again for a limited edition can. We also dry hopped exclusively with Cryo Mosaic dust and Cryo Centennial dust for that extra dank-dank-dank. Aromas of orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Pours hazy pale yellow. Citrus & tropical juice on the palate, soft mouthfeel with moderate bitterness. Brewed with English Optic malt and lots of malted oats and wheat. Fermented with American ale yeast and hopped with Mosaic, Centennial & Equinox. ABV: 7.0.%

Collaboration with Finback. Brewed with pilsner and oats, fermented with English ale yeast. Hopped with Citra, Motueke, Huell Melon and Columbus. ABV: 8.0%

TROUSER TROUT: 1/6

Light bodied, crisp finish, Spicy character from malted rye balances nicely with the herbal and woody tones from nugget hops. ABV: 6.3%

 

RHINEGEIST

TRUTH: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Rare are moments of truth, when you’ve struck the last match, belting out tunes with your friends, staring deep into the campfire – times when you feel infinite. Our Truth is found in the scintillating brilliance of hops. Brewed with a nod to the Pacific, hops sizzle with tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit and mango notes and a dry finish. ABV: 7.2%

BUBBLES: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

A bright, dry, and lithe Rosé Ale with apple, peach, and cranberry for tartness and blush. Bubbles erupts with effervescence and evanescence. ABV: 6.2%

LYNX:4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Lithe and bright-eyed, Lynx peeks out from behind the brush to reveal furtive tufts of Citra, Cascade, Mosaic and Amarillo. This light-bodied, balanced IPA packs the hop claws to frisk with the big cats but purrs pleasantly with notes of orange blossom, nectarine and key lime. ABV: 6.5%

CALFE:  4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Slightly sweet and full-bodied with hints of complex roasted malts and chocolate, Calfé delivers a kick to the corral. This pillowy, silky and aromatic Coffee Milk Stout is infused with java roasted locally by the team at Cincinnati’s Deeper Roots Coffee – a multidimensional brew that delivers on rich, smooth and delicious. ABV: 6.0%

PRESS TART:  4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Brewed in collaboration with the gaming gurus at 16-Bit, Press Tart is a Berliner Style Weisse Fruit Beer bramble-smashed with marionberries and blueberries. Rich and fruit-forward, this brew unlocks secret levels of berry jam and punch-you-out tartness. ABV: 4.4%

SLANGRIA: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Pomegranate, blueberry and lime collide in an effervescent blend of ruby red refreshment. Luscious, slightly tart and full-bodied, Slangria sows scarlet seeds of juicy delight. ABV: 5.0%

KNOWLEDGE: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Intense & refined, Knowledge delivers notes of resinous pine, dank sap, pithy grapefruit, & ripe pineapple. Chewy hops, a zesty punch; this erudite Imperial India Pale Ale sharpens perceptive depths in the studious night. ABV: 8.5%

KAPPA FLOUNDER: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Kappa Flounder debuted in 2018, one of our early forays into the world of Hazy IPAs. Sporting an international hop trio of German, American and New Zealand varietals, this brew keeps the lupulin engine firing on all cylinders––delicate and pillowy with a tropical tinge. Kappa Flounder comes to cans this year, available in 16oz 4-packs and on draft. ABV: 7.5%

BARREL AGED PENGUIN: 1/6

Infused with coffee and cacao nibs, our Blonde Stout spent a year wetting its beak in freshly used bourbon barrels. The result is a complex conundrum boasting balanced notes of bright coffee, rich chocolate, subtle vanilla and toasted oak. Penguin was a collaboration with our friends at Three Weavers in Inglewood, CA. ABV: 11.0%

MARG MONDAY: 1/6

The idea for Marg Monday, fittingly, was born over margaritas. While enjoying their beverages, our Chief Science Officer Jim Matt and Barrel Master Luke Cole wondered what it would take to make a beer taste like a margarita. The answer was Peach Dodo — our Gose Sour Ale with Peaches — minus the peaches, aged in tequila barrels and infused with lime and lemon. Margarita Monday made its debut at our 3rd Anniversary party and returns, draft-only, each spring. Available seasonally in very limited quantities. ABV: 7.8%

MOONBURST: 1/6

A galactic tug-of-war between stonefruit satellites reverberates with notes of ripe apricot, nectarine peel and muted oak. Light golden with a slight haze, Moonburst erupts with restrained acidity and a brisk, satisfying finish. ABV: 6.64%

EXPERIMENTAL IPA #002: 1/6, 1/2

Experimental IPA #002 is the second installment in our series of Unfiltered IPA trials. Featuring a balanced but busy hop quartet, Mosaic and Galaxy take the reigns with pillowy punches of tropical and stone fruit. Cascade and Hallertau Blanc complement with added citrus notes, touches of grapefruit, and subtle but complex floral aroma. Experimental IPA #002 is a limited, draft-only release.  ABV: 6.5%

We’re talking the straight up dankest, most potent beer we can make. Heard of Strata? It’s a new strain out of Oregon that’s shattering expectations—it’s got a huge aroma of lush fruits plus a big whiff of dank weed. Think direct injection of ultra-concentrated Resin. ABV: 8.7%

Dank and Juicy New England Style India Pale Ale.  Extensive whirlpool addition of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe is followed with an even larger Dry Hop of Chinook, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus.  Intense flavors and aroma of ripe grapefruit, berries, passion fruit, mango, and pine.  Quench your hop obsession! ABV: 6.4%

SINFULLY CITRA: 1/2

We hopped this American IPA tenaciously with Citra and Sultana in the whirlpool and dry hop creating lush citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose. Heavy additions of oats and wheat balance the mild bitterness, leaving the beer with a medium body and crisp, slightly piney finish. ABV: 5.9%

 


 

WEEK OF OCTOBER 14th

LA TRAPPE

QUADRUPEL: 6/25

La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest ale of La Trappe Trappist ales and is eponymous of this ale style. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel. ABV: 10.0%

 

ROBINSON’S

TROOPER: 12/16, 6/4/16C

Malt flavours and citric notes for a unique blend of Bobek, Goldings and Cascade hops give this deep golden ale a subtle hint of lemon. TROOPER takes its name from the Iron Maiden song which itself was inspired by the famous Charge of the Light Brigade. ABV: 4.7%

SUN & STEEL: 6/4

BELL’S 

WEDDING ALE: 1/4

Originally created for the nuptials of one of our brewers, Wedding Ale is one of the rare Bell’s brands to use spices. A subtle blend of orange peel & coriander enhance the aromatic profile of this golden ale. Brewed with a combination of wheat and pale malts, Wedding Ale is fermented with our signature house ale yeast. A light touch of European hops rounds out the beer, while a generous addition of honey adds a dry complexity rather than sweetness. ABV: 7.5%

OBERON: 6/4C, 2/12C, 1/4

Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with our signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer. Made with only 4 ingredients, and without the use of any spices or fruit, Oberon is the color and scent of sunny afternoon. ABV: 5.8%

POOLTIME: 1/4

Pooltime Ale is a refreshing Belgian-inspired Wheat Ale with light clove notes. The truly distinguishing feature is the use of 100% Montmorency tart cherries grown in the Traverse City region of Michigan. These cherries add a subtle tartness and bright counterpoint to the other flavors, enhancing Pooltime’s fruity character and making it the perfect beer for all summer activities. ABV: 5.2%

OFFICIAL IPA: 1/4

Two of our favorite ingredients come together in the brewhouse; pungent American hops and delicious wheat malt. This Hazy IPA is double dry-hopped (a combination of Mosaic, Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and El Dorado hops) resulting in complex peach, stone fruit and tropical notes with a dry finish and balanced bitterness. A refined beer for those who love hops and for those who prefer wheat beers. Go ahead and make it Official. ABV: 6.4%

SMITTEN: 4/6, 1/4, 1/2

Drawn from one of our oldest recipes, Smitten began as Golden Rye Pale Ale, part of a series of beers that explored the use of rye malt at our pub, the Eccentric Café. With wonderfully bitter citrus notes, resinous hop aromas and earthy overtones, this dry-hopped Pale Ale doesn’t leave a lot of room for you to wonder if you’ll love it. ABV: 6.0%

THIRD COAST OLD ALE: 4/6

Third Coast Old Ale starts with a rich, caramel base, and finishes with a heavy hop bitterness. Sharply intense at first, it will age gracefully, adding complexity and subtlety in your cellar. Go ahead, test your patience. ABV: 10.2%

CHERRY STOUT: 4/6, 1/4

Tinted ruby-black, Cherry Stout gains its signature tartness from 100% Montmorency cherries grown in Michigan’s Traverse City region. Rather than doubling up on sweetness, this tart cherry varietal serves as a counterpoint to the warm, dark chocolate notes from the malt bill. Lightly hopped for balance, this stout is one of the cornerstones of our stout portfolio. ABV: 7.0%

 

GLUTENBERG

STOUT: 6/4/16C

Robust notes of espresso coffee, dark chocolate and ripe fruit conferred by the dark malt give it a pleasant length in the mouth that will not leave Stout lovers indifferent. ABV: 5.0%

 

BREWDOG

ALBINO LIQUID ASSASSIN: 4/6C, 1/6

This tentacled terminator packs a punch – ten punches to be precise. Each hop addition adds to the intense layers of depth in this red rye IPA. Toasty caramel & cinder toffee from crystal malts, cacao richness from intensely roasted malt and the spiciness of rye. Zesty pithiness from Citra and the robust resin of Chinook hops. This brew is up-front intensity matched with twisted complexity. ABV: 7.4%

NANNY: 4/6C

If you think non-alcoholic equals no taste, think again. We’ve made a hardcore, non-alcoholic beer. Nanny State breaks the curfew and slips under the radar. A brigade of specialty malts and North American hops sends bitterness to the brink and back. Squeezing this many hops in, and the alcohol out, is a testament to our craft. ABV: .5%

A luxurious blend of natural herbs, spices, oils & botanical extracts prepared in an alembic brandy base with honey, vapor distilled orange peels and then aged in American oak.

Classic Bordeaux Style Maraschino Cherries marinated in Copper & Kings American Brandy. Long stem on, pitted, with a dense & meaty texture and a natural deep ruby color. Luxurious sweet tart flavor.

ABSINTH ALEMBIC BLANCHE:

An  authentic, handcrafted distillation of classic absinthe botanicals – artemisia absinthium, anis, fennel, etc., accented with select aromatics. Non-chill filtered for an authentic uncorrupted natural flavor. Some cloudiness may be apparent at colder temperatures. Herbaceous, pastoral, with an authentic nose. Subtle, with a harmonious layering of signature absinthe notes; grande wormwood, sweet fennel and licorice. Smooth, mellow finish. Beautiful louche.

BUTCHERTOWN BRANDY:

This is drop dead gorgeous brandy. This is bad-ass brandy. This is not ordinary, everyday brandy. A blend of distiller selected reserve casks. Superb, exclusively copper pot-distilled small batch brandy. 75% aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and 25% in new American oak.

FLOODWALL APPLE:

 

IMMATURE BRANDY:

Small batch distillation of superior, highly aromatic muscat wine selected for exceptional quality. Distilled just twice retaining concentrated flavor compounds for genuine character and true depth of flavor.

DESTILLARE ORANGE CURACAO:

Orange peels and spices are macerated for 12 hours in apple brandy low wine. Macerated peels with addition of honey is then double distilled. Additional peels & lavender petals are also vapor distilled at the same time. Vapor Basket botanicals (in a bag) are then macerated in the double-distilled apple brandy for 30 minutes for additional citrus extraction, and some color. Distillate is then aged in a Copper & Kings American Brandy Barrel for an additional 3-6months to add color and polish and soften the spirit. This process harks back to more original, traditional antique curaçaos.

AMERICAN DRY GIN:

Modern American Dry Gin. Batch distilled just twice in alembic stills, using 100% apple wine from fresh-pressed apple juice. No neutral spirits are used in the distillation. Classic Gin botanicals; Whole Juniper berries, Coriander, Angelica, Orris & other accent botanicals are steeped in apple brandy low-wine, then redistilled together with vapor distilled Citrus peels & lavender in the gin basket.

DESTILLARE INTENSE POMEGRANATE:

Primary alembic apple distillate double distilled with macerated pomegranate, cranberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, and lightly spiced with ginger, galangal, clove, cinnamon and mint in the pot, together with honey. Sweet orange peels and lavender in the vapor basket.

Copper Pot-Distilled American Brandy Infused with Fair Trade Arabica Cold Brew Coffee, Madagascan Vanilla, Cardomom & Honey.

LOVER’S ROSE GIN:

Hand-crafted alembic spirit using 100% apple wine from fresh pressed apple juice distilled in American made copper pot stills. No neutral spirits are used in the double distillation of this uniquely fragrant American craft spirit. This is a love letter. romantic. Fresh cut, richly fragrant roses, ever so soft and subtle, with round red fruit sweetness. Smooth, balanced and refreshing with beautifully integrated rose bouquet and zesty, crisp botanicals. As delicious as it is attractive to the eye. An authentic luxury spirit.

THE NINTH. A SYMPOHONY IN ORANGE GIN:

Hand-crafted alembic distilled gin finished in orange curaçao barrels using 100% apple wine from fresh pressed apple juice & orange blossom honey in American made copper pot stills. No neutral spirits are used in the double distillation of this unique American style craft gin. Crushed whole juniper berries together with honey & Seville bitter orange peels, sweet orange and grapefruit peels, coriander, cardamom, grains of paradise, are macerated in apple brandy low-wine, then redistilled together with vapor distilled Seville blood orange peels, sweet orange peels and jasmine in the gin basket.

AMERICAN OLD TOM GIN:

Hand-Crafted Gin batch distilled just twice using 100% grape wine in American made alembic stills. No neutral spirits are used in the distillation of this American style Old Tom gin rich in the tradition of the black cat & classic cocktails. Classic gin botanicals are steeped in Grape brandy low-wine, then redistilled together with vapor distilled botanicals in the gin basket. Non-chill filtered to maximize the retention and concentration of the botanical flavors to allow them to shine with layered complexity. Extra smooth body. Rich & viscous with a delicate finish, just a hint of sweetness. may develop a faint haze or suspension at colder temperatures.

FLOODWALL AMERICAN CRAFT  APPLE:

Named for the iconic protective wall that stretches behind their Butchertown distillery, Floodwall is a superb blend of superior, copper pot-distilled apple brandy aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and 250-liter Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. By blending American apple brandy with a minimum age of four years, we have created a full-bodied spirit at 100 proof alcohol strength. Floodwall is non-chill filtered with no post-distillation addition of apple flavor or essences, no Boisé (oak flavor or infusion), sugar or caramel color for an authentic, uncorrupted natural flavor and natural color.

 

DOGFISH HEAD

120 MINUTE:

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy, it’s the Holy Grail for hopheads! ABV: 15-20%

EL SEGUNDO

MAYBERRY: 4/6

100% Mosaic IPA. ABV: 7.2%

CITRA PALE ALE: 4/6

The base is very similar to the very straightforward Blue House Pale Ale. We swap our the crystal malt for some vienna, and then after fermentations we add an insane amount of Citra for a Double Dry-hop. The result? A hop monster with a whole lotta citrus aroma up in yo face! This beer is a real crowd pleaser because of its up front fruitiness, and restrained bitterness. Like many of our beers, Red Wheelbarrow (which started out as a pilot batch brewed by Brewer Dan Roberts) doesn’t fit neatly into a style category — think of it as a stronger, more hop-forward interpretation of a traditional red ale. Red Wheelbarrow is not, however, a “red IPA” — there is robust malt character (think raisin and fig) on both the nose and palate that temper the abundant hop presence (think citrus fruit). Fortunate Islands combines the bangin’ hop aroma of an über-tropical IPA with the crisp, deeply quenching drinkability of a killer pale ale. We achieve this magical result by starting with a mild, nutty malt backbone, then dry-hopping the bejesus out of it with Citra and Amarillo hops. Orderville is an aggressive, fragrant IPA that blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with resinous stickiness from a mélange of dank hops. This beer is the stickiest of the icky. It’s a luxuriously hoppy amber loaded up with intemperate quantities of Nelson, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, which are some of the fruitiest, dankest hops sweet, sweet money can buy. This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beer will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make a beer taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this. ABV: 7.2%

 

BRONX BREWERY

This is one of the more explosive IPA’s we’ve ever brewed so it was no surprise when our brewers described it as the Boom Boom when it came off the line. It’s got a heavy hop aroma with a slightly tart, gentle bitter taste. The big hop aroma and 8.1% ABV makes this brew go Boom Boom. ABV: 8.1%

MAD ELF: 4/6

The holidays at Tröegs start with our inner Mad Elf momentarily taking over the brew deck. So blame “him” for this cheerful ruby red creation reminiscent of ripened cherries, raw honey and cocoa with notes of cinnamon, clove and allspice. ABV: 11.0%

CRANBERRY & BLOOD ORANGE TART ALE: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

The classic Madras cocktail was the inspiration for our new Blood Orange Cranberry Tart Ale. Brewed with 17 pounds per barrel of real fruit, this beer gets a tart first fermentation with lactobacillus. A second fermentation with our house ale yeast makes way for the sweet citrus of fresh blood orange and the tangy bite of cranberries. ABV: 4.5%

 

TWO ROADS

ESPRESSWAY STOUT: 4/6, 1/6

In a process unique to Two Roads, we mixed a locally-roasted Ethiopian/Sumatra blend of beans with a rich oatmeal stout under pressure (like espresso but without the steam) using our German-built “Brewnik” device. The mixture is steeped for several days resulting in a true, cold-brewed coffee stout. Hop on the Two Roads Espressway! ABV: 6.5%

Ha’penny Rhubarb is a refreshing, distinctively pink small batch pot distilled gin featuring the finest rhubarb alongside 13 expertly selected botanicals. Named after the iconic Ha’penny Bridge, the Ha’penny range features Geranium, Dandelion, Lavender and Blackberry, all botanicals which would have been growing in the nearby Phoenix Park in Victorian times when the bridge was built. KLAPOJSTER MJOD: 6/750

A metheglin style mead with hops and flavored with a variety of herbs usually used in Aquavit. Port-like flavors, spicy. The deep herbal quality of the caraway is bold enough to match the massive honey character. Enjoy it like a glass a port – a tiny zip at a time! ABV: 21.6%

GI. DANSK MJOD: 6/750

A metheglin style mead with Ginger & Hops. Big notes of ginger in the nose. On the palate, ginger meets honey with a dryish-hoppy finish. Very warming. ABV: 19.0%

Serve slightly chilled in a wine glass as an aperitif, or over ice with fruits. At room temperature in a port wine glass, it is excellent as dessert wine; for a winter warmer, heat the liquid without boiling and serve in a mug. ABV: 19.0%

Can-O-Bliss Citrus is brewed with an international blend of hops including Motueka, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria, Citra, and Experimental Hop 06277. The juicy lineup expresses not only notes like grapefruit and orange, but an exotic array of subtler citrus fruits like kaffir, lime, bergamot, tagerine, and yuzu. ABV: 7.2%

 

OSKAR BLUES

This titantic, immensly viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee, hiding 65 hefty IBUs underneath a smooth blanket of malt. A black hole of burly malt flavor. Ten FIDY is made from immense amounts of big, dark malts including rich caramel malt, flavorful Munich malts and fluffy oats resulting in a giant, opaque,  cosmic beer entity. ABV: 10.5%

After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. N’ice CHOUFFE is the winter beer from the Achouffe Brewery. We recommend that you enjoy it from mid-October to mid-February, preferably by the fireplace. It is a dark beer, slightly hoppy, spiced with thyme and curaçao, and made using orange peel. It has an alcohol content of 10%. N’ice CHOUFFE goes well with any winter dishes. ABV: 10.0%

 

FOUNDERS

Each fall, our brewhouse looks more like a greenhouse as thousands of pounds of wet hop cones arrive within hours of being picked by some of our favorite local hop growers. Acting quickly, we then load up these wet hops into what will become Harvest Ale – an impossibly aromatic and bright IPA bursting with fresh pine, melon and citrus notes. If this isn’t the perfect IPA, it’s pretty damn close. Over the course of 3 years, The Truth was scientifically-engineered to be the holy grail for IPA lovers. Armed with a mountain of knowledge from our Single Hop Series, our brewers concocted a hop blend so aromatic, so complex, that you’ll almost forget you’re drinking an 8.7% Imperial. Its big pine notes and stone fruit underpinnings pair best with soft cheeses, shellfish, and late night poker games where you lose your children’s college savings. ABV: 8.7%

HIDDEN PICKLE: 1/6

For pickle addicts, this mind-bending fusionof salty and sour is a really, really big dill. A masterfully-crafted gose with a healthy dose of pickling spices, Hidden Pickle is a love letter to the Frankenstein of the vegetable world. While an ordinary person eats a pickle with their burger and fries, an extraordinary person drinks one. ABV: 4.3%

A savage beast summoned from the depths of Satan’s petting zoo, Kujo has been reincarnated in the form of a cold brew coffee porter using Colombian La Caturrita beans from our devious friends at Vigilante Coffee Co. Nutty, roasted malts steeped in sweet, chocolate-forward coffee give Kujo its trademark cold brew smoothness and velvet cocoa finish. The bite of this autumnal monster cuts savagely through the richness of cream-based desserts and red meat roasted over a roaring bonfire. A very special, and very limited, entry in our venerable Yeti Series, Mexican Chocolate Yeti is a sensory delight. We’ve added a variety of spices, vanilla and coffee to Yeti Imperial Stout to create our version of a traditional champurrado drink. Spiced chocolate drinks have been part of Aztec and Mayan cuisine and culture for centuries, but they have yet to be paired with a Yeti! ABV: 9.5%

ROADIE GRAPEFRUIT RADLER: 4/6C

ROADIE GRAPEFRUIT RADLER was named both for the road biking cyclist (roadie) and the German word for cycling (radler) and inspired by Great Divide’s roots in the cycling community. Brewed with natural grapefruit puree, this easy-drinking ale pours a hazy sunrise gold and is bursting with citrus aroma. Unique in its class, this Radler is refreshing and slightly tart, with just enough bitterness to keep both cyclists and spectators coming back for more. ABV: 4.2%

HOPNAUT: 4/6C

We’ve traveled to the far reaches of the galaxy to track down the juiciest hops for our Hopnaut Double Juicy IPA. Brewed and double dry-hopped with an unearthly amount of Simcoe, El Dorado, Mosaic and Huell Melon hops, this beer lifts off with over a pound and a half of hops per barrel. Brewed with our friends @ outerrangebrewing to celebrate their oerseverance and dedication to making great beer and standing behind it. Pours light hazen, with persistent white foam. Aromas of peachy pineappley danky dank. Flavors of candies from the Haribo factory. Hopped with Jaryllo, Vic Secret, Azacca, Huell Melon, and Double Dry Hopped with Citra Cryo dust pellets. ABV: 8.0%

PHAR OUT: 6/4C

Pours hazy yellow, tropical and citrus aromas, taste of bubblegum, melon, pineapple. Brewed with pilsner and Vienna malts, American Ale yeast and hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and double dry hopped with Mosaic hop dust pellets. Light refreshing with crisp finish. ABV: 6.0%

NESHAMINY CREEK

THIS IS NOT THE NEW IPA: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

Like it’s older brother, County Line IPA, THIS NOT THE NEW has a grist bill similar to County Line, but with some notable substitutions of Wheat and Honey malt for the Caramel and Munich malt in County Line IPA resulting in a lighter colored brew that has a touch of Wheat sharpness and sweetness that plays well with the Honey malt subtleness. ABV: 6.6%

From the great heights of Fujisan, comes a new cider that will get you ready to rumble your taikos. This bold new unfiltered cider is made from only the finest Fuji apples. ABV: 5.0%

DEAD  GUY GIFT SET:

Dead Guy Whiskey has a fresh orange citrus aroma with a delicately sweet, rich malt complex and a clean vanilla finish. It is distilled from the same malts as Rogue’s Platinum medal-winning Dead Guy Ale. Dead Guy Whiskey is Ocean-aged by both the Pacific Ocean and nearby Yaquina Bay. ABV: 40.0%

CUCUMBER LIME GIN FIZ:

We created and canned this sparkling craft cocktail to be enjoyed anywhere, anytime. Our Rogue Spirits Gin forms the base of this cocktail while the cucumber and lime provide a farm-fresh citrus balance. ABV: 7.5%

GINGER LIME VODKA MULE:

We created and canned this sparkling craft cocktail to be enjoyed anywhere, anytime. Our Rogue Spirits Bayfront Vodka forms the base of this cocktail while ginger and lime provide a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. ABV: 7.5%

CRANBERRY ELDERFLOWER VODKA SODA:

We created and canned this sparkling craft cocktail to be enjoyed anywhere, anytime. Our Rogue Spirits Bayfront Vodka forms the base of this cocktail while the cranberry, elderflower and lime add a refreshing tartness. ABV: 7.5%

 

SAUGATUCK

NEAPOLITAN STOUT: 4/6C

A creamy Milk Stout with all the brilliant flavors of Neapolitan Ice Cream in one glass. Taste the rich flavors of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry in this unique beer. ABV: 6.0%

 

STONE

XOCOVEZA: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

This is a beloved stout. When first introduced as a limited special collaboration release with San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker (after his recipe won our annual homebrew competition) and Cerveceria Insurgente, it was an instant hit and fans began clamoring for its return. Seeing as how its amazing flavor profile is evocative of Mexican hot chocolate, featuring coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a generous amount of our own in-house made chocolate, we concluded it was the perfect stout to re-release in celebration of the Holidays and the entire winter season. This is now a highly anticipated yearly tradition that we are pleased to present from us to you, and makes a perfect wintry gift from you to your friends, loved ones, or simply to yourself. Cheers! ABV: 8.1%

GHOST HAMMER: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

A fermenting beer never slumbers. Consequently, there is always scattered activity tending our precious beers throughout the dark hours. In these late nights and wee hours that hallowed responsibility falls to the shoulders of the overnight Brew Crew. These brewing soloists brave the long nights, often alone, to do what needs to be done. Most areas of the brewery are dark or in shadows. Throughout the night the cellars resonate with the occasional knocking of expanding and contracting pipes. It can be a bit spooky to hear the brewery creak and groan as if possessed by a spirit randomly knocking about with a mallet. This IPA, liberally hopped with Loral™, honors our intrepid overnight team by naming it after their mischievous poltergeist companion – the Ghost Hammer. ABV: 6.7%

 

TWO ROADS

TWOQUILA: 6/2C, 1/6

Civilization has come up with some great flavor combinations, like tequila and lime. We took our Two Roads Persian Lime Gose, brewed it with agave and aged it in authentic tequila barrels from Jalisco, Mexico. Time spent in these barrels imparts an oaky character and subtle notes of blue agave. A touch of fresh lime juice perfects this most delightful 7.5% ABV beer. ABV: 7.5%
