TASTY IPA: 4/6C, 1/6, 1/2

Curious minds are a beautiful thing and who better to take a cue from than Benjamin Franklin? Much like he discovered electricity by boldly flying a kite in a thunderstorm, we were struck with a great idea of our own – let’s take one of our favorite home-brew recipes and turn it into a standout, gold colored American IPA that we call Tasty IPA. Crack open a can and enjoy bright fresh flavors and aromas of hops, tropical stone fruits, pine and a hint of spiciness. Mr. Franklin once said, “well done is better than well said,” and this beer is sure to prove that theory. ABV: 6.8%

NESHAMINY CREEK

CREEKFEST LAGER: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

You hold in your hands a traditional Oktoberfest Lager or Marzenbier. Oktoberfest lagers aren’t meant to be brewed in the hot Summer months. In fact,  the wise Bavarians knew enough to outlaw brewing during the Summer months. But, that’s another point entirely. LORD HOBO

HAZY BOOMSAUCE: 1/2

When we set out to design Boomsauce years ago we knew we wanted a fruit forward, unfiltered and incredible IPA. However, this was a time before hazy, New England IPAs had even entered the lexicon. As the sub category evolved so did expectations of what it meant to be a hazy, juicy IPA. So we decided to evolve Boomsauce along with the style. We kicked the ABV up a notch, adjusted the malt balances and hit it hard with our favorite hops. The results are an incredibly juicy and hazy derivative of Boomsauce that continues to define the category.

SHACKSBURY

SHORTS HARD CIDER SELTZER: 4/6/8C

SHORTS! is an early-morning, weekend-brunch, day-drinking, post- workout, pre-dinner, just-put-the-kids-to-bed, “I’ll take one more” kind of cider, brimming with bright flavor and tiny bubbles. At a cute eight ounces and 4.5% ABV, SHORTS! is easy to drink and downright crushable. It’s versatile, too, whether it’s the Boilermaker beside your shot of choice, a cider-topped cocktail, or the can you grab from the fridge to drink on your own. A new staff favorite, this is the drink we reach for at home and after shifts. Survey says: There’s no wrong way to drink SHORTS!

ARLO: 6/4C

Arlo is our take on Basque cider — tart and complex but delightfully drinkable, and a longtime industry favorite. We partner with our longtime friends at Petritegi Sagardoa, located just outside of San Sebastian in Spain, to source European apple varieties unavailable in commercial quantities in the United States. Petritegi presses and ferments their apples in enormous, decades-old chestnut barrels; we then ship this fermented cider to Vermont where we blend it with fruit we source from New England. This unusual blend of European and New England fruit creates a one-of-a-kind dry, complex cider without any additional flavorings or sweeteners. ABV: 6.0%

DRY: 6/4C

Dry is a shape-shifter — equally at home at an upscale meal as it is over drinks with friends. The secret to its success is all about the apples: Cider-specific varieties make for dry, complex cider, and there’s no better apple for cider than the tannic and bittersweet Dabinett. Dabinetts aren’t grown in large commercial quantities in the United States — though we’re working to change that. Dry begins with juicy New England dessert fruit and then blends in fermented juice — never concentrate — pressed, fermented, and shipped by our friend Simon Day at Dragon Orchard in Herefordshire, England. The result bridges cider traditions from both sides of the pond for a cider that’s tannic and tremendously tasty. ABV: 5.5%

DRY ROSE: 6/4C

When we set out to make a rose cider, we knew we wanted to pay homage to our friends in the winemaking world. Unlike many commercial ciders that rely on food coloring or additives to achieve a “rose pink” blush, our rose gets its color and flavor from grape skins — just, as we believe, like a rose should. We start with fresh New England apples, pressed and fermented at cellar temperature; then age our cider on Syrah and Zinfandel grape skins to impart tannin, structure, and berry notes. We source grape skins from California because we cannot find a high enough quantity here in the Northeast. Together, these add up to a fun-loving but refined marriage of New England apples with traditional wine grapes, as tasty as it is beautiful. ABV: 5.5%

SIXPOINT

JAMMER: 1/6, 50L

A refreshing, tart brew balanced with a fruity coriander aroma and a touch of sea salt. Just tangy enough to tingle the tastebuds. Let ‘er rip. Jacobsen Hand-Harvested Sea Salt is the best, cleanest, finishing salt you can buy. Just a kiss sets off the rest of the flavors of the beer. ABV: 4.0%

STONE BREWING

FEAR.MOVIE.LIONS: 1/6

Overall this unfiltered double IPA is juiced up with massive tropical & citrus notes. The mild bitterness and relatively dry body compliment the style, and the residual maltiness nicely rounds it out. Lingering lime peel and tropical fruit derived from the hops stand out on the finish, begging one to seek out more. ABV: 8.5%

TROEGS

SUNSHINE PILS: 2/12C

Like the rising sun, Sunshine Pils delivers winter, spring, summer and fall. This deceptively complex pilsner is all about the tightrope walk of two-row barley, zesty Saaz hops and lager yeast. It’s a go-to when the sun is shining, and it makes us happy when skies are gray. ABV: 4.5%

TWO ROBBERS

ORANGE & MANGO: 4/6C

Growing up, our kitchen was always stocked with two fruits – orange and mango. So naturally, this was the first hard seltzer we came out with. A natural and balanced blend of the citrus “sour” and mango “sweetness,” with neither fruit more overpowering than the other. Made with sparkling water, alcohol from cold fermented cane sugar, and natural flavors from real fruit. ABV: 5.2%

PINEAPPLE & GINGER: 4/6C

A.K.A. the “P.G.” a.k.a. the “PiGi” (pronounced Pie-Guy) a.k.a. the “Pin-Gin.” Our pineapple ginger hard seltzer marries the tropical notes of pineapple with a subtle kick from the ginger. Made with sparkling water, alcohol from cold fermented cane sugar, and natural flavors from real fruit. ABV: 5.2$

WATERMELON & CUCUMBER: 4/6C

Quite simply two of our favorite ingredients in any cocktail, the Watermelon and Cucumber is a perfectly refreshing hard seltzer. Aroma and taste is fairly balanced between the two flavors. Often referred to as the “Wa-Kyu” by local Philadelphians. Made with sparkling water, alcohol from cold fermented cane sugar, and natural flavors from real fruit. ABV: 5.2%

We recommend enjoying QUAD in a brandy snifter or wine glass so you can drink in the aroma of this fine ale. ABV: 11.8%

YARDS

ELFRETH’S BARREL-AGED SOUR ALE: 1/6, 1/2

Elfreth’s Barrel-aged Sour Ale originates as a Belgian-style Golden Ale. PUNKLESS DUNKEL: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

You may know this beer by it’s previous name, Punkel Dunkel Pumpkin Wheat Ale. It’s also been called a lot of other names as well: Pumpkin Dunkel, Pumpkinweizen, etc. Whatever you’ve called it in the past, we know that regardless of what it’s called, this is one of the most popular, if not the most popular seasonal beer we make. When we set out to create what we hoped was a unique pumpkin beer we decided to brew an imperial version of our Dunks Ferry Dunkelweizen, but in an unabashedly American way by adding pumpkin to the mash and your favorite pumpkin pie spices to the kettle. We add dark brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to the boil as well to pair with the banana esters and spicy clove imparted by the yeast during fermentation. At 8.8% ABV it’s no slouch either. Always released after Labor Day, Punkless Dunkel doesn’t last long as the crisp Autumn nights make way to Winter just around the corner. Do the seasons even change in Texas? ABV: 8.8%

PUMPKIN PATCH ALE: 50L

Created with pumpkins grown at Rogue Farms in Independence, Ore., our pumpkins are picked, loaded into our truck, driven immediately 77 miles to our brewery in Newport, Oregon, quickly roasted and pitched into the brew kettle. ABV: 6.1%

SMUTTYNOSE

PUMPKIN ALE: 1/2

Hailed as one of the best beers of its kind, it’s the reason why fall is your favorite season. Schlafly’s Special Release Pumpkin Ale is well-balanced from start to finish, with notes of caramel and ginger throughout. Fermented in pounds of fresh pumpkin squash and a brewer’s wort and sugar mix before being filtered through a spiced infusion of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, it turns out exactly how we intend it to taste: like a slice of pie in a bottle. ABV: 8.0%

ANDECHS

BERGBOCK HELL: 50L

Strong malty nuances and floral hoppiness are imbued with accents of slight fruitiness. Despite its strength, Bergbock is pleasantly mouthcoating, with a powerful, but unobtrusive body. A highly discrete, finely bitter hoppiness transforms into a slight honey sweetness to conclude on a soft, harmonious aftertaste. ABV: 6.9%

OLD PARTICULAR

GLENGOYNE: 750mL

DAILUAINE: 750mL

FETTERCAIRN: 750mL

AULTIMORE: 750mL

CLAFFY’S

VARIETY: 6/12C

With six irresistibly delicious flavors, it’s easier than ever to take your favorite adult popsicle with you for the ultimate good time! Available in apple, cherry, pink lemonade, blue raspberry, mango, and grape. ABV: 6.0%

STONE BREWING

POMMA SAID KNOCK YOU OUT: 1/2

Originally brewed by some of the badass women of team Stone on behalf of the Pink Boots Society. A wonderful Red IPA with plenty of hop character, malt and pomegranate. ABV: 7.8%

BRONX BREWERY

DAS BRONX: 6/4C

Light copper in color, Das Bronx opens with a hit of caramel sweetness that’s followed closely by a bready, toasty second wave. An ultra-light floral hop character with subtle bitterness brings it all home, making for a crispy, clean and complex Oktoberfest. And that’s just what’s on the inside. ABV: 5.9%

BOOM BOOM IPA: 4/6C, 1/2

This is one of the more explosive IPA’s we’ve ever brewed so it was no surprise when our brewers described it as the Boom Boom when it came off the line. It’s got a heavy hop aroma with a slightly tart, gentle bitter taste. The big hop aroma and 8.1% ABV makes this brew go Boom Boom. ABV: 8.1%

TROEGS

RASPBERRY TART ALE: 1/2

Tart red raspberries are the star of this refreshing show. A first fermentation with lactobacillus gives this beer its pucker, while a second pass with our house ale yeast produces soft, fruity esters. A hint of Himalayan pink salt amplifies the flavor of tart raspberry jam, and coriander adds delicate notes of wildflowers. ABV: 4.5%

SUNSHINE PILS: 2/12C, 1/6, 1/2

Like the rising sun, Sunshine Pils delivers winter, spring, summer and fall. This deceptively complex pilsner is all about the tightrope walk of two-row barley, zesty Saaz hops and lager yeast. It’s a go-to when the sun is shining, and it makes us happy when skies are gray. ABV: 4.5%

WEYERBACHER

DALLAS SUCKS: 6/4C, 1/6, 1/2

This one’s for the FANS! If there’s one thing that most of the NFC east can agree on, it’s that DALLAS SUCKS! Flavor forward, this brew was made for tailgating in parking lots, celebrating first downs and big hits, high-fiving friends and basking in the thrill of victory. This totally downable pale ale was brewed with our friends that bleed green at Jose Pistola’s! ABV: 4.5%

WYNDRIDGE FARM

HOMESTEAD IPA: 1/6

Wyndridge Farm started as a working farm and residence.  It is now home to our brewery, restaurant and event space.  This IPA is a celebration of the farms heritage, combining three of our favorite hops to create a beer bursting with tropical, citrus, and pine. ABV: 6.4%
