SPEZIAL PILS 4/6C
Inspired by classic European lagers, our entire Brewing Team got together to create this truly collaborative beer that captures the essence of European tradition. The result, Spezial Pils, is our take on a German-style pilsner with a pleasant balance between light, grainy malt and spicy, floral hops. We lager it at freezing temperatures for an extended period to round out its delicate flavors and improve drinkability. The finish is crisp and clean with a pleasant dryness and subtle bitterness. MANGO EVEN KEEL 4/6C
The perfect balance of fruit and hops. Our Mango Even Keel is the ideal beer for easy drinking. This hoppy, session ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer truly is on another level. ABV: 3.8%
JERSEY DEVIL DOUBLE IPA 1/6 kegs
Jersey Devil Double IPA is our statement of what a Double IPA can be. Made in the hazy, obsessively aromatic Northeast style, and showcasing intense aromas and flavors of classic American hops with soft, drying bitterness and gentle malt character that makes the mouth water. Rich Imperial Stout conditioned in previously used Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. After all this time on that beautiful oak, we’re pleased to announce the release of Swarthy Invader. This stout is now showing classic flavors of oaky vanilla, dark chocolate, gentle coffee, and caramel-bourbon. Dark, thick, and as swarthy as they come! ABV: 9.6%

“Blood of the oak.” This blend showcases sour strong blond and triple ales aged in three large format oak vessels: foudres, puncheons and hogsheads. Oak influences are the highlight of the Sang du Chêne, providing flavors of toasted sugars, vanilla and spice complemented by the bright acidity and fruity character of the beer. ABV: 8.3%

Kentucky Peach of sour wheat and quad ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 16 months with fresh,

Noyaux (pronounced noy-oh) is a blend of sour blond ales aged in white wine barrels for up to 24 months with fresh raspberries and apricot noyaux. This unique Northwest sour ale offers a complex bouquet of raspberry fruit, rose petals, toasted almonds and soft perfume notes. ABV: 8.3%

Inspired by traditional German lagers, our Tampa-style Lager is brewed with German malted barley, Hallertauer hops and an authentic Bavarian lager yeast. We combine these ingredients to create a style that’s quite unique to our hometown of Tampa, Florida but will find admirers wherever a crisp, dry and flavorful lager is called for. Familiar to generations, it’s truly a beer that’s made for drinkin’. ABV: 4.5%
FLORIDA CRACKER ½ & 1/6 kegs
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these “cow hunters” used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quaqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White Ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a Belgian yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie. ABV:5.5%

The people of Tampa Bay have fallen prey to a pirate invasion annually for well over 100 years. After more than a century of failing to repel these seafaring raiders in their anachronistic wooden ships and despite access to modern sea, land and air arsenals that ostensibly should make short work of wind powered vessels equipped with naught but cast iron cannons and raging scurvy, it occurred to the folks of Cigar City Brewing that if you can’t beat them, start saying “Arrrr Matey!” We have brewed Invasion Pale Ale, a citrusy, tropical and low-alcohol session beer brewed for those long days of marauding, pillaging and pirating. Cheers! ABV: 5.0%
MADURO ½ & 1/6 kegs
Maduro is a Northern English-style Brown Ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English Brown Ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable Brown Ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars. ABV: 5.5%

Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at racecar speeds, “the merry game.” Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game. The India Pale Ale style of beer has its roots in the ales sent from England to thirsty British troops in India during the 18th century. Pair Jai Alai India Pale Ale with beef empanadas, deviled crabs and other spicy dishes. ABV: 7.5%

This beer was originally released in the summer of 2014 as part of our Brewhouse Rarities series. It’s the artisanal answer to the easy-drinking, south-of-the-border light lagers. So drink up; there’s no beach required. ABV: 4.9%

Sometimes when we’re brainstorming, another cold one helps the ideas flow. Like the time we said, “Hey, let’s take this awesome hop blend and switch up the malts.” That insight explains the goodness that is Another One, the lighter side of Weez (both beers use a nearly identical kettle and dry hopping schedule). An intensely hoppy American IPA with a clean malt palate, it leaves little but hoppy resins on the tongue; a dry, crisp finish; and a sense that anything’s possible. ABV: 7.0%
MEAN OLD TOM 1/6 kegs
This American stout is named for David and Dan’s Uncle Tom, who — when the boys were young and impressionable — showed them what it meant to be a tough guy growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the 1970s, driving his Trans Am fast, rocking out to Kiss and scavenging empty beer cans in ditches. Aged on vanilla beans, it also delivers notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The silky mouth feel comes from flaked oats. Even Tom’s gotta smile at this one. ABV: 6.5%

While giving birth to the brewery, Dan and his wife also brought twins into this world. So for those who can handle more than most, we present Mo, our first crack at an American pale ale. Ever-present notes of zesty citrus, passion fruit and pine are accented by very subtle malt sweetness for an overall dry finish. We raise a glass to Dan’s hard work, courage and mad beer-making skills. ABV: 6.0%

We wanted to find a better way. We wanted to do things right. We wanted a delicious beer you could drink all day. And the frigid Maine winter wasn’t going to keep us out of our garage until we had all three. We first had the idea for Peeper in 2006, and officially released it in 2009. This American ale is dry, clean and well balanced with a generous dose of American hops. While we love all our beers, Peeper will always be our firstborn. ABV: 5.5%
TINY BEAUTIFUL LITTLE SOMETHING 1/6 kegs
There was a new hop in town, and it was called El Dorado. At first blush, we thought we’d give it a tumble with some of our other favorite Northwest varieties. Then inspiration struck and we decided to brew it as a single-hop pale ale. The aroma and flavor offer intense candied orange and citrus zest. The rounded, silky mouth feel comes from the touch of flaked oats. Brewed to finish dry and clean, it’s a little bit smooth, but still a rugged individualist. ABV: 5.5%

It goes without saying that if you’ve spent any time in and around the Philly area you undoubtedly have heard your fair share of Philly slang and local colloquialism. Some things just scream ‘Philly’ so bad, it almost hurts. Anyone familiar with our Head Brewer knows he’s got a fondness for the linguistic arts as well. Whether it be his loud, booming Jersey/Philly accent cutting across the room, or his late night drunken German, there’s no doubting his love for the sound of the spoken word of any native tongue. He’s also got a fondness for easy drinking, hoppy beers. What do you get when you put the together? J.A.W.N. – Juicy Ale With Nugget. This 5.2% ABV American Pale Ale is malty, yet crisp, and is loaded with dank citrus, as well as tropical and stone fruit flavor and aroma from the gratuitous use of Nugget and Zythos hops conditioned on Rise Up organic coffee. ABV: 5.2%

Two row American barley jammed packed with as much Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops we could get our hands on, The Shape of Hops to Come is an 8.5% ABV American-styled imperial IPA hopped with Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops that’s got a ton of bitterness, along with juicy, dank resiny pine-like, and citrus forward hop character that is worthy of it’s name. Dry hopped for two weeks this hop bomb has as much hop power we can muster! ABV: 8.5%
A Metamodern IPA conceived of hand selected hops from down under. Malt barley and red wheat combine to create a clean malt backbone with foolproof flavor and mouthfeel to support the main act of Enigma, Vic Secret, Ella, Topaz and Galaxy hops. The hops strum juicy and sweet aromas with headline notes of passion fruit, raspberries, pineapple and citrus. This straight-up strain is Oskar Blues IPA (6.43% ABV). To each their own til we go home.

Two Roads Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a road less traveled with this rye-based version of a classic Belgian Tripel. There are unique twists and turns at every corner that give our spring seasonal its unique, fruity complexity. The beer is characteristically spicy with a dry flavor and aroma thanks to the rye. The addition of American-grown Mosaic and Amarillo hops add notes of white wine, blueberries and fruit punch. We also used a noticeably fruity/spicy yeast strain that adds characteristics of pear and clove. So take the next exit for a fruity, spicy flavor and intense hop character. ABV: 9.5%
Like luminous amber suffused with orange highlights, Benediktiner Weissbier sparkles in the glass, with an opalescent appearance lent by the natural cloudiness of the yeast. Its rich, white head is characterized by a good density and fine texture. The pot-pourri of aromas combines strong caramel notes, with hints of honey and fruits, chief among them bananas and raisins. Each gently sparkling sip melts on the tongue and palate, bringing a distinct sense of refreshment. A full body, with a harmonious balance of sweet and a discrete bitterness in the background, creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. ABV:
A light, aromatic shandy with a typically dry, Pilsner taste. It has an exceptional citrus taste with a clear hop flavor which leaves a pleasant aftertaste and strikes a dry, refreshing balance with the fruitiness.
Bronx Banner is a Kolsch-inspired ale that is brewed using Belgian pilsner and American wheat malts, with classic Bavarian hops. It’s brilliantly clear-filtered, soft and perfectly balanced. ABV: 4.8%

English caramel & biscuit malts balanced with West Coast citrus hops.
Our flagship: a bold American pale ale with an English backbone. Think driving a ’64 Mustang over London Bridge. This is the beer we drink when hanging out after a hard day at the brewery. ABV: 6.3%
The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.
Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time.
Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel.
During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” which were working on the fields.
Surely therefore, our Saison Dupont is considered as “the classic” among the Belgian season beers!
Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quenchener with no equal, just the way it was created.
Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste.
A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer. ABV: 6.5%
Riserva is our barrel-aged American Wild Ale aged on raspberries. The beer is aged for more than a year in oak barrels with raspberries, giving the beer a pungent raspberry aroma, a lovely red color and a balancing wood character. This brew is a beautiful beer both to your eyes and to your taste buds.

Saisons were originally brewed to keep farmhands happy and hydrated during the warm summer months. Our Saison, a summer wheat ale, is brewed with Belgian yeast, malted summer wheat and Styrian Goldings, which lend a touch of hoppiness to the palate. This refreshing blonde-colored ale is characterized by delicate notes of banana, clove and a subtle spice. ABV: 6.5%
