Our new Creole Cream Ale is all about easy drinking and interesting flavors, brewed with pale malted barley for sweetness and Louisiana- grown Bianca Isabel Purple Rice for crisp, dry finish. Mild dry-hopping delivers a pleasant fruity, piney aroma that balances the grains, resulting in a lighter warm-weather ale. ABV: 5.0%

Speedway Stout’s ominous, pitch-black appearance has become a hallmark of this modern-day classic. Chocolate and roasted malts dominate the flavor, supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. A healthy dose of locally-roasted coffee from Ryan Bros. Coffee, Inc. added to each batch brings out the beer’s dark chocolate flavors and enhances its drinkability. Despite its intensity, Speedway Stout’s fine carbonation and creamy mouthfeel make it very smooth and surprisingly easy to drink. This beer ages very well and will continue to mature for many years to come. ABV: 12%

IPA 4/6C
It’s Pretty Awesome. A San Diego classic, AleSmith IPA showcases the versatility of American hops. Aromas of grapefruit and tangerine lead into an abundance of fresh pine and tropical fruit notes followed by a crisp, resinous bitterness. The complex hop profile is supported by a firm malt presence to create an incredibly flavorful and well-balanced IPA. ABV 7.2%

This quarter’s variation, originally created for the popular 3 Day Speedway Grand Prix event in our Tasting Room, features vanilla beans from Madagascar and Papua New Guinea, cocoa nibs from Brazil and Madagascar, and locally roasted coffee from Swell Coffee Co. This beer balances the aromatic quality of the vanilla beans, the nuttiness of the cocoa nibs, and the earthy, fruity notes of the coffee with the roasty, chocolatey flavors of our Imperial Stout. ABV: 12%

Raspberry defines the flavor, aroma, and hue of Mattina Rossa. After adding raspberries during the brewing process, the beer sits in stainless for primary fermentation with our house yeast. Next, Mattina Rossa goes into red wine barrels—with a mix of Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and Brettanomyces—to age and sour for around eighteen months. We finish by mixing the beer back into a stainless tank with fresh, local raspberries. Fully matured, Mattina Rossa is a fruity, funky beer whose tart notes of lemon rind, raspberry, and pomegranate precede a biscuity finish. ABV: 6.6%

MANGO EVEN KEEL 4/6CThe perfect balance of fruit and hops.
Our Mango Even Keel is the ideal beer for easy drinking. This hoppy, session ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer truly is on another level. ABV: 3.8%

Inspired by our team’s passion for racing, Grand-Am™ is an American Pale Ale worthy of the “Racer” family. True to our roots, this sessionable yet assertive ale balances both classic and new American hop varieties with a distinct malt backbone. Start your engines… ABV: 6.0%

CAFE RACER 15 4/6 packs
Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone… ABV: 9.75%

Flagship Brewery’s “Metropolitan Lager” features toasted Vienna and Rye malt. Full bodied with smooth flavor and texture in part from the Rye, floral noble hops are added in abundance for aroma and flavor. This Lager is smooth, clean, crisp and exceptionally balanced. ABV: 5.6%

IPA 4/6 packs
A showcase of some Flagship’s favorite hop varieties and executed by using them in abundance. Each hop in IPAlends a unique flavor that when blended produces bursting fruit flavors from citrusy grapefruit to tropical mango in harmony with an ever so slight roast character from the golden malted barley. Designed for full hop flavor experience without overpowering bitterness. ABV:6.9%

BREAKING BUD 22 oz. & 1/6 kegs
Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. At 50 IBU’s and 6.5% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. ABV:6.5%

SIMTRA TRIPLE IPA 12/22 oz. & 1/6 kegs
Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them. ABV: 11.25%

Made with only grade-A Tahitian vanilla beans, Tanilla carries a smooth chocolate flavor complemented by the delicate intensity of vanilla beans, and a rich aroma of coffee. ABV: 6.3%

LUNCH 1/6 kegs
There’s a whale that’s swum off the coast of Maine since 1982. One day, something took a bite out of her fin, which is how she got the name Lunch. You have to admire her persistence, so we named our IPA for her. Intense hop flavors and tropical, citrus fruit and pine aromas dominate the flavor profile, balanced by subtle malt sweetness. Because only big, memorable flavor would serve for Lunch. ABV: 7.0%

MO 1/6 kegs
While giving birth to the brewery, Dan and his wife also brought twins into this world. So for those who can handle more than most, we present Mo, our first crack at an American pale ale. Ever-present notes of zesty citrus, passion fruit and pine are accented by very subtle malt sweetness for an overall dry finish. We raise a glass to Dan’s hard work, courage and mad beer-making skills. ABV: 6.0%

ZOE 1/6 kegs
David’s daughter, Zoe, is the happy soul who inspired this American amber ale. Zoe was born in the Year of the Monkey, and likewise her namesake beer does not sit still on your palate with its complex malt blend that delivers hints of dark raisin, chocolate and biscuit, plus pine and citrus notes that come from copious amounts of American hops. It’s a happy, hoppy beer! ABV: 7.2%

DEAD GUY ALE 12/22 oz.
An ale inspired by the style of a German Maibock, brewed using our proprietary Pacman yeast, Dead Guy Ale is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well-balanced finish.

Ready to drink with soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, chow mein, or anything you’d like to wash down with a spicy kick. #SrirachaStout ABV: 5.7%

4 HOP IPA 4/6 packs
An approachable and aromatic session IPA. ABV: 4.44%

A nutty twist to a traditional European Brown Ale. Dark brown in color with a hazelnut aroma, a rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish. ABV: 5.6%

6 HOP IPA 4/6C
This IPA features a big, beautiful bite. ABV: 6.66%

A perfect blend of classic dry stout character with brilliant flavors of Neapolitan Ice Cream. Experience the nostalgic flavors of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry all in one glass – because sometimes ice cream just isn’t enough ABV: 6.0%

C.R.E.A.M. 4/6C & 1/6 kegs
It doesn’t take a pH.D: Drop the Acid, Drop the Base, Drop the Mic….
You started with cream in your coffee, now have coffee in your cream ale. Pour up a bright blonde coffee ale and end your day the way you started it. With a delicious craft brew. It’s Mad Science. ABV: 7.2%

A big, squat brown ale brewed with maple syrup from New Hampshire. We taste tested a half dozen maple syrups to dial this one in… loads of caramel, vanilla, and toasty notes. ABV: 8.7%
