DOUBLE IPA 6 packs & 1/6 kegs
Every year we anxiously await the warmer months to unleash this Double IPA, the summer edition of our former YuleSmith seasonals. The flavor imparts orange, grapefruit, and tangerine hop notes with earthy, spicy, and resinous pine undertones. A sturdy malt backbone balances out the profound hop bitterness to create a refreshingly assertive and vibrant beer that offers an unapologetically bold expression of fresh American hops. ABV: 8.5%

Originally brewed in 2005 as the first in our annual Decadence series, AleSmith Private Stock Ale follows the tradition of classic British-style Old Ales. This rich, malt-forward ale showcases soft notes of currants and dried fruit along with complex dark sugars, all of which are balanced by a subtle bitterness derived from the addition of traditional English hops. AleSmith Private Stock Ale is ready to be enjoyed now or it can be aged upwards of twenty years to further enhance its amazing depth of flavor. A hearty ale designed to please Bacchus himself! ABV: 11%

ORANGE X 6 pack cans & ½ kegs
Orange X is a fresh new take on our classic Extra Pale Ale. We combined the crisp, light balance and generous hop profile of X – Extra Pale Ale with the bright juicy citrus character of oranges as a tasting room exclusive here in San Diego. The positive response was so overwhelming that we decided to trust in our fans by putting it into cans. Orange X is for the people! ABV: 5.25%

A trophy beer that’s a testament to our homebrew roots.
Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish. ABV: 7.0%

“This blend of strong dark porters was aged in oak, wine and Bourbon barrels, then blended with a dark porter that had been brewed with vanilla beans and cinnamon. The blend was then aged an additional 14 months on dates.” ABV: 11.5%

VLAD 1/6 kegs
A blend of oak barrel-aged 23- and 25-degree Plato sour blonde quadrupel with sour bourbon barrel tripel and sour strong spiced blonde. Wild yeast was added during the barrel aging. ABV: 9.5%

Crabbie;s original is a refreshing, light bodied ginger beer with a spicy fresh ginger flavor, note of citrus and a warming finish. ABV: 4.8%

VULCAN MAN 1/6 kegs
Named after the Roman god of fire, this mango habanero IPA has just enough heat to balance the sweetness from the mango. Expect great mango flavor with a touch of heat in the finish. ABV: 6.1%

In the analog age of music, artists recorded take after take, experimenting with new sounds until a great record emerged. Our Alternate Takes series offers a peek into our iterative & creative R&D process, where each batch is celebrated as its own off-centered hit.

Alternate Takes #5 is our fruit-forward sour beer rounded by tartness & hints of vanilla & oak. This beer started as a blonde ale fermented with raspberries & aged in red wine barrels with brettanomyces & lactobacillus before being blended & additionally aged with insane amounts of blueberry. The mild brett funk plays well off the bright berry character which is balanced by a soft lactic sourness. ABV: 8.0%

Our Summer Seasonal, GPA is an American Pale Ale with hints of grapefruit from the use of grapefruit peals in the boil. A nice citrusy nose and hop bitterness is the perfect compliment to the warm weather. ABV: 6.0%

EX CATHEDRA 12/12 & 1/6 kegs
Beginning with a base of Lost Abbey’s Belgian-Inspired Quadruple Judgment Day, Ex Cathedra was aged in Bourbon barrels for over 12 months before being spiked with Orange Peel, Ginger, and spices. Aromas of citrus form orange peel, and licorice from the star anise leading to flavors of bourbon and vanilla, hints of cocoa and a smooth finish with a slight bite of ginger.
Certainly a layered and nuanced beer that should age quite nicely. ABV 12.5%

LUNCH 1/6 kegs
Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

PEEPER 12/16 & 1/6 kegs
After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

MO 1/6 kegs
Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer. ABV: 6.0%

ANOTHER 12/16 oz.
When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. ABV: 7.0%

FUGLI 4/6 packs cans, 1/2, & 1/6 kegs
Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan. ABV: 5.8%

TROOPER is a Premium British Beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons Brewery.
Malt flavours and citric notes for a unique blend of Bobek, Goldings and Cascade hops give this deep golden ale a subtle hint of lemon. TROOPER takes its name from the Iron Maiden song which itself was inspired by the famous Charge of the Light Brigade.
A real ale enthusiast, band vocalist Bruce Dickinson has helped develop a beer with a true depth of character. ABV: 4.7%

MOCHA IPA 6 packs, ½, & 1/6 kegs
Clearly, style lines have been crossed. Is it half-IPA, half-stout? Not quite. It’s definitely all IPA, but it’s also the best of both styles, making this love child of a beer simply just a beautiful, pleasure-seeking meld of imperial IPA and mocha indulgence. How did we come up with this inexplicably delicious creation? Well, that doesn’t really matter. What matters is that it exists and that it’s here for you now, thanks to our deliberate disregard for brewing norms. Some things are not meant to be known, just enjoyed…thoroughly. ABV: 9.0%

GHOST HAMMER IPA 6 pack cans, ½, & 1/6 kegs
A fermenting beer never slumbers. Consequently, there is always scattered activity tending our precious beers throughout the dark hours. In these late nights and wee hours that hallowed responsibility falls to the shoulders of the overnight Brew Crew. These brewing soloists brave the long nights, often alone, to do what needs to be done. Most areas of the brewery are dark or in shadows. Throughout the night the cellars resonate with the occasional knocking of expanding and contracting pipes. It can be a bit spooky to hear the brewery creak and groan as if possessed by a spirit randomly knocking about with a mallet. This IPA, liberally hopped with Loral, honors our intrepid overnight team by naming it after their mischievous poltergeist companion – the Ghost Hammer. ABV: 6.7%

ENJOY BY 7.04.17 UNFILTERED IPA 4/6, 22 oz., ½, 1/6 kegs
Our all-important, hop-driven quest to deliver the most devastatingly fresh IPA on the planet facilitated a paradigm shift in 2012 with the launch of Stone Enjoy By IPA. Not only did we brew this beer with more than 10 different hops, we brewed it specifically NOT to last. Acclaimed for its groundbreakingly short shelf life, this intense double IPA brought forth a whole new conceptof what constitutes “fresh” — guaranteeing fans the ultimate level of hoppiness. This defiantly independent batch you have in your hands is no different. It, like its predecessors before, is a celebration and declaration of the fresh beer revolution. ABV: 9.4%

PARADISE 160 1/6 kegs
Since Cape May, NJ is a quick 160-mile drive south of Easton, PA, these two powerhouses came together to bring you Paradise 160 — a high-octane India Pale Lager that’s been thoroughly Americanized by dry-hopping it into oblivion with a combination of some of our most desirable hops: Wakatu and Hallertau Blanc. Eminently crushable with a mind-blowing nose, Paradise 160 is where New Jersey meets Pennsylvania, where old school meets new school, where you’re bound to find your new favorite brew.

SEXY MOTHERPUCKER 6 packs & 1/6 kegs
Inspired by a classic beverage blending lemonade and iced tea, Sexy MotherPucker is a 7.5% ABV sour ale with bright citrus notes. Amber hued, tangy and dry on the palate, this tart beer nicely balances sour and malt with a late addition of Citra hops to give it a nice citrus kick in both flavor and aroma. ABV: 7.5%

Sure, we love our big beers, but sometimes we just want something lighter without sacrificing flavor. That’s Line Street Pils. A hoppy pilsner with great flavor and a not-so-menacing ABV. This brew pours a bright and deep yellow with a pleasant, light citrus aroma. Our twist on a Czech pils using Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer has a crisp, refreshing bitterness up front that fades into a dry, palate quenching finish. Bright, crisp and hop forward – that’s Line Street Pils. ABV:5.3%
