INVASION 6 pack cans, ½, 1/6 kegs
The people of Tampa Bay have fallen prey to a pirate invasion annually for well over 100 years. After more than a century of failing to repel these seafaring raiders in their anachronistic wooden ships and despite access to modern sea, land and air arsenals that ostensibly should make short work of wind powered vessels equipped with naught but cast iron cannons and raging scurvy, it occurred to the folks of Cigar City Brewing that if you can’t beat them, start saying “Arrrr Matey!” We have brewed Invasion Pale Ale, a citrusy, tropical and low-alcohol session beer brewed for those long days of marauding, pillaging and pirating. Cheers! ABV: 5.0%

ASTARTE 4 pack cans
In documented mythology the creation of strawberries is attributed to the ancient Goddess Astarte, more commonly known by her Greek name Aphrodite. Legend says that upon the death of the mortal Adonis that the Goddess wept with such passion that her tears fell to the ground as small red hearts. We started with a traditional Cream Ale, light and crisp with a great mouthfeel… Then we added fresh strawberries to give it an incredible nose, and slight tart finish. With just the right amount of fruit to make it noticeable but not overpowering, this spring/summer seasonal is a perfect offering to the celestial mother of love. ABV: 5.5%

A nod to the time-honored Belgian style ale. Flagship American Wit is a refreshing, light bodied, wheat beer. Prized hops from America’s Northwest region give this ale a citrusy flavor that blends with the subtle undertones of our hand ground spices. A balancing malt profile contributes a recognizable golden color in addition to a slight haze from the yeast. Whether it’s after a bike ride or a long day of work, we designed this ale for all occasions that requires great craft beer. ABV: 5.75%

IPA 1/6 kegs
A showcase of some Flagship’s favorite hop varieties and executed by using them in abundance. Each hop in IPA lends a unique flavor that when blended produces bursting fruit flavors from citrusy grapefruit to tropical mango in harmony with an ever so slight roast character from the golden malted barley. Designed for full hop flavor experience without overpowering bitterness. ABV: 6.9%

PASTIME SUMMER ALE 6 packs, 1/2, & 1/6 kegs
With an abundance of new seasonal hop varieties, we’ve detected to seize the opportunity by dry hopping Flagship’s Pastime Summer Ale with different and interesting hops each year. 2017 Pastime featured Citra, Huell Melon Amarillo & Falconer’s Flight 7C’s, a hop blend of 7 “C” hops adding varying aromas of fruit and citrus accompanied with layers of spice and earth accompanying our golden wheat ale. Fittingly crisp, dry, and balanced to relieve your quenching summer thirst. ABV: 4.8%

KOLSCH 6 pack cans & ½ kegs
Originating in Cologne (Koln) Germany, Kolsch beer is renowned for its light body and clean, crisp taste. Brewed with a nod to the old-world German processes, Flagship Kill Van Kolsch continues this tradition of delicate and balanced beer. A mix of Pilsner and Kolsch grains gives this beer a very subtle maltiness and a restrained touch of Hallertau hops provided just enough spicy bitterness to achieve a perfect balance. Top- fermented as an ale but cold- conditioned as a lager, this meticulous brew is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of palettes. ABV: 4.9%

Try this one side-by-side with the original cocktail to see how the beer matches up. A little salsa verde and guacamole on the side certainly won’t hurt. ABV: 8.0%

DOOM 12/25.4 oz., 4 packs, & ¼ kegs
Doom may be impending but that doesn’t mean you have to fear it. A collision of worlds, the intense hop character of our imperial IPA mingles with the warm vanilla and oak notes imparted from time spent in our favorite bourbon barrels. Like all good things, Doom comes to those who wait. ABV: 12.4%

ZOE 1/6 kegs
On a rainy fall day in 2009, my five-year-old daughter Zoe and I were wandering the streets in Bar Harbor and stumbled across the Whale Museum. Zoe loved it. It put a smile on her face. Hopefully our ale will do the same for you. Cheers! ABV: 7.2%

PEEPER 1/6 kegs
After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

MO 12/16
Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer. ABV: 6.0%

“Most people are on the world, not in it – have no conscious sympathy or relationship to anything about them – undiffused, separate, and rigidly alone like marbles of polished stone, touching but separate.” ABV: 5.5%
-John Muir

PRISCILLA 1/6 kegs
This AmeriCAN take on the Belgian Classic Wit, featuring orange peel and coriander spice emanated from the basement blues music legacy Dave McIntyre (Oskar Blusologist) built at the original Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in Lyons, CO. On draft for over a decade, Priscilla’s zesty citrus and light fresh baked bread aromas mix with spicy, fruity fermentation. Light bodied with a subtle savory spice accent and a dry, lightly tart finish you can nearly feel the flicker of the neon and sounds of the King. White Wit Wheat. ABV: 5.2%

Featuring fresh Hammonton blueberries and three grain varieties for a balanced, malty Ale with the perfect amount of Blueberry sweetness. ABV: 7.0%

CATHEDRA 12/22 oz. & 1/6 kegs
Aromas of sweet orange peel, bourbon, and licorice from the Star Anise leading to flavors of sweet bourbon, hints of cocoa and a smooth finish with a slight bite of ginger.

ANNIVERSRY 22 oz. & 1/6 kegs
Using Columbus, Amarillo and Simcoe hops and dry-hopping with Clombus, Amarillo and Citra, Anniversary Ale has an intensely hoppy body with fresh tones of pine and citrus. A seasonal release that will satisfy any hop-head who has the pleasure to try it. In addition, we don’t want to make people “wait in line” to try an amazing IPA so we also bottle it! ABV: 10%

SUMMER PALE 4 pack cans & ½ kegs
Our massively hoppy West Coast-style pale ale, we use Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops to really put our mark on the beer. An initial nose of dankness with some subtle pine, Summer Pale Ale starts with a bite from the hops and finishes with a refreshing tangerine bitterness. Our Summer Pale Ale is the perfect accompaniment to any summer night! ABV: 6.0%

High Tide IPA uses recipe that changes seasonally due to which variety of fresh hops are available at the time during the annual Fall hop harvest. Using the hop cones at their peak of freshness helps the beer burst with citrus and spicy notes and creates a crisp and refreshing IPA with a resonating hop character and a dry grassy finish. ABV: 6.5%

Mongo begins with a massive resinous aroma created by the judicious use of Columbus, Amarillo and Cascade hops. The initial taste reveals notes of Orange, Mango and citrus fruits with a piney bitterness and hoppy spice with some mild malt flavors on the finish. ABV: 8.5%

Medium Sweet.
5 parts Clover honey, 1 part Wildflower honey.
Black Raspberries added after the fermentation is completed.
ABV: 8.0%

Taste the terroir of Rogue Farms barley that we grew, harvested and floor malted in small batches. ABV: 5.3%

Glorious mayhem always ensues when Stone Brewing and BrewDog team up to brew a beer. Mix a lifelong metalhead known for having an occasionally aggressive attitude toward the panel with self-professed punks notorious for brewing hardcore beers and pushing the boundaries at full-throttle pace…and this hopped-up headbanger was a no-brainer. Part imperial stout, part Belgian abbey ale and all IPA, this style-smashing hybrid is a supercharged version of the BrewDog / Stone bashah original from 2009. BASHAH: Black As Sin. Hoppy As Hell. This Berlin mash-up will no doubt suffice in satiating those who crave intensity and a pummeling of flavor. Any ringing in your ears from the cacophony should subside within a few days. Probably. ABV: 9.7%

A refreshingly sour and cloudy ale brewed with cucumber & basil giving this traditional beer a cool & peppery finish.
Our head brewer, Damian, spent a few years living in Germany because his dad was piloting F-15’s for the Air Force (call sign: Hash Brown). So it was only fitting that we brew one of Germany’s traditional styles with a Bronx take. This Berliner Weisse beer is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and wheat malts and balanced with Caliente hops to add a refreshing fruity backdrop. Cucumbers and basil are then added in the late stages of the brewing process to give it a cool, minty and peppery finish. We hope you enjoy our Bronx spin on what the Germans like to call the champagne of the north. ABV: 4.8%

Our banner beer for those who make stuff happen.
Bronx Banner is a Kolsch-inspired ale that is brewed using Belgian pilsner, American wheat malts & classic Bavarian hops. It’s brilliantly clear-filtered, soft and perfectly balanced. ABV: 4.8%

English caramel & biscuit malts balanced with West Coast citrus hops.
Our flagship: a bold American pale ale with an English backbone. Think driving a ’64 Mustang over London Bridge. This is the beer we drink when hanging out after a hard day at the brewery. ABV: 6.3%

MELANGE #3 12/25 oz. & 1/6 kegs
Mélange #3 is a blend of three bourbon barrel aged strong ales. White Oak Sap, a wheat wine, our Anniversary Series old ale and our imperial Stout, Black Tuesday, join forces in this luxurious strong ale that links some of the best characteristics of each of the contributing beers. Chocolate, dark fruits, oaky vanilla and rich toffee-like character reach through the bourbon veneer for an intensely satisfying quaff. ABV: 16.3%

Share This: OC is a rich, imperial stout infused with orange-chocolate flavors. It’s a profile we’re quite fond of, given the abundance of orange trees in our own backyard. Food Forward takes it one step further – reaching over 100,000 people a month throughout eight counties in Southern California (including Orange County) with recovered fresh fruits and vegetables that would normally go to waste from backyard fruit trees, public orchards, farmers markets and the downtown Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market. To achieve the orange-chocolate flavor profile in this beer, we use orange zest, vanilla and TCHO cacao nibs. For every bottle we produce, Food Forward receives one dollar. ABV: 11.0%

We’re introducing a new series of draft-exclusive hoppy beers to our lineup… because we have to. But we’re happy to oblige! Each release in our Hoppy Obligations series features a different base beer, designed to put the spotlight on hops. The first release in the series is a cloudy Vermont-style pale ale with a heavy dosing of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops.

Tart of Darkness is a sour stout that we aged in used oak barrels that previously housed beers such as Sucré™ or Black Tuesday®. The result is a perfectly tart yet awesomely dark and roasty sour stout. This very special edition has an addition of tart cherries and sweet vanilla beans. The additional cherries help bring the fruit character of the Belgian-style yeast to the forefront while the vanilla matches flawlessly with the burnt roastiness of the malt. ABV: 7.1%

MASH 12/25 oz.
An English-style barleywine aged in bourbon barrels, Mash is an intense yet balanced beer with notes of burnt caramel, toasted bread, ripe pear, dried figs, vanilla, toasted coconut and finishes with oak tannin. This has become an instant favorite around the brewery due to its balance, subtle complexities and overwhelming deliciousness. ABV: 13.3%

OUDE TART 12/25 oz.
Oude Tart is a Flemish-Style Red Ale aged in red wine barrels. It’s pleasantly sour with hints of leather, dark fruit and toasty oak. While this is one of the more classic beer styles that we make, it’s not a style that you can find too often in the United States. Originating in style from the Flanders region of Belgium, near the French boarder, this dark, sour ale has roots deep in brewing history and predates most of the ales that have become popular in contemporary culture. We’re doing our best to keep the tradition alive by brewing and aging this beer here on the west coast. ABV: 7.7%

This bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale made a fanciful trip to the chocolatier and returned with luscious flavors of white chocolate – hence the name. White Chocolate is a rewarding summons to the senses – beginning with its golden appearance and finishing with warming, white chocolate-like flavors. This is accomplished by adding cacao nibs from TCHO and fresh vanilla beans to our bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale, complimenting the rich notes of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla from extensive barrel-aging. ABV: 13.8%

CONFESSION 12/25 oz.
Confession is a true collaborative effort between the wine and beer world. A variation of our sour blonde ale, brewed in part by the Parker team, was blended and fermented with juice pressed from Parker’s Riesling grapes, harvested in part by The Bruery team. The result is remarkable. Not quite beer, not quite wine. Fragrant fruit flavors warm the nose, infiltrated by a slight funk from the wild yeast. The first sip is reminiscent of a dry, white wine, but everything changes upon further examination as the flavors marinate and reveal themselves with each gulp. ABV: 8.25%

DODIE 12/25 oz.
It’s time to dip the bill with Dodie, all you fellas and flappers. Dodie is inspired by a classic New York concoction and shares a nickname with Grandma Rue, who was quite keen on the ritzy drink. It’s got no giggle juice on its rap sheet, but it’s a dandy recreation of the profile of a classic Manhattan cocktail – from the grain (rye, corn, wheat and barley), bourbon character from barrel-aging, and a complex blend of 30+ spices and grape must for bitters-eque and vermouth-like notes. Fancy a garnish? We saved you a step. Cherries and orange zest come out as your kisser hits glass. ABV: 11.7%

BERET 12/25 oz.
Beret is as artistic as those who wear its namesake cap. Our brewers developed a silky, full-bodied wheat ale which we began fermenting with a Belgian-style witbier yeast strain. To finish the fermentation, we added our collection of barnyard bacteria, intended to slowly sour the ale, bringing out a slight funk and refreshing piquancy. Finally, a small dose of pureed raspberries were added for just a hint of fruity tannins, putting the berry in Beret. ABV: 9.0%

SOUR IN THE RYE 12/25 oz.
Sour in the Rye is an American wild ale. A challenging beer to brew due to the substantial amount of rye malt, but you’ll be glad we took the time. The character of the rye asserts itself with clove and pepper in the aroma and flavor, and contributes a full body not generally found in sour beers. Pleasantly sour with notes of tart cherry, rustic earth and vanilla from barrel aging. ABV: 7.7%

FRUCHT PASSIONFRUIT 12/25 oz. & 1/6 kegs
We’re totally Frucht around here. In fact, we may just be filled to the brim, with excitement, that is. Our threshold is 250 BBLs, to be more precise. That’s the total capacity of each new oak foeder at Bruery Terreux. One is dedicated exclusively to Frucht, our new series of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our new German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from its fermentation in the large oak foeder vessel. ABV: 4.3%

Humulus Rueuze is a variation on our take on the traditional Belgian-style lambic gueuze with one major exception: massive amounts of dry hops. To begin, we carefully select a number of oak barrels that have been aging our sour blonde ale for anywhere from several months to several years, and then blend the beers together for the ideal flavor. Once that is achieved, we pile heaps of Huell Melon hops on top to achieve an aromatic blend like no other, inundating the senses with citrusy, tropical, funky and grassy goodness. This is one complex beer, and it’s best consumed fresh. ABV: 6.0%

CITRA PALE ½ & 1/6 kegs
Hazy, blonde, well balanced American pale ale brewed and dry hopped with massive amounts of Citra hops. A perfect display of citrus and tropical fruit. Hoppy goodness accompanied with piney, grassy and resinous flavors. Crisp and crushable. ABV: 5.5%

THREE BLONDE MICE ½ & 1/6 kegs
Three 3’s interpretation of the classic Blonde Ale tips the balance towards hops. Generous late additions of Mosaic, Cascade, and Columbus creates a pleasant fruity hop flavor with low bitterness. Light golden color and medium body, an easy drinking and approachable hops-oriented All American Blonde! ABV: 5.4%

TWO JUICY 4 pack cans & 1/6 kegs
Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop. ABV: 8.20%
