21st AMENDMENT

HELL OR HIGH WATERMELON: 4/6 cases | 15 packs | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Hell or High Watermelon Wheat is our summer seasonal beer available from April through September in six pack cans and on draft. We start by brewing a classic American wheat beer, which undergoes a traditional secondary fermentation using fresh watermelon. A straw-colored, refreshing beer with a kiss of watermelon aroma and flavor. ABV: 4.9%

ALLAGASH

JAMES BEAN: 6/25 cases | 1/6 kegs

We brew James Bean with our blend of 2-row malted barley. It’s hopped with Nugget and Hallertau then fermented with our house yeast. After fermentation and aging in bourbon barrels for just shy of two months, we add cold-brewed coffee from a local coffee roaster, Speckled Ax. We use naturally processed Ethiopian beans, known for their stone fruit and dark berry flavors. The finished beer features notes of caramel, bourbon, and coffee. ABV: 10.1%

CIGAR CITY

FLORIDA CRACKER: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these “cow hunters” used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quaqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White Ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a Belgian yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie. ABV: 5.5%

DOGFISH HEAD

SEAQUENCH ALE: 2/12C packs

SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kolsch, a salty Gose, and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt to make this the most thirst-quenching beer Dogfish Head has ever brewed. ABV: 4.9%

OAK-AGED VANILLA WORLD WIDE STOUT: 24/12 cases

Rare and often rumored about in the darkest corners of the beer community, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex, and lingers somewhere beyond the limits of the average beer. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, we’ve now taken this Dogfish Head classic and aged it on oak with real vanilla beans! With a little tender love and care we foster this beer from smooth, sweet wort into the big, bad blackend stout it always longed to be. Its bold, port-like complexity goes great with (or as) dessert. With its high ABV, this is an excellent candidtate for cellaring, so grab a few bottles to enjoy now and lay the others down for a few years. ABV: 16.0% – 17.5%

OLDE SCHOOL BARLEYWINE: 6/4 cases

Fermented with dates and figs, this smooth barleywine has a unique flavor. The concept for this beer came from an old cellerman’s manual Sam came across (for more on that, check out the video below). At about 15% ABV, this beer is a great candidate for aging. Over time, the beer dries out and the pit fruit flavors come forward and the hops recede. Our recommendation? Grab a few bottles when you find it — enjoy one now, and age the others for a bit. Let us know which you prefer! ABV: 15.0%
