PECAN HARVEST: 4/6 packs

It may sound nuts, but most ales with nutty flavors or aromas are made without any real nuts. Abita Pecan Harvest Ale is made with South Louisiana pecans. The natural oils from the nuts give the ale a light pecan finish and aroma. It’s wonderful paired-up with both red meats and seafood – and no surprise, it’s great with nuts too. Abita Pecan Harvest Ale, crack one open for yourself today. ABV: 5.2%

TROOPER is a Premium British Beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons Brewery. Malt flavours and citric notes for a unique blend of Bobek, Goldings and Cascade hops give this deep golden ale a subtle hint of lemon. TROOPER takes its name from the Iron Maiden song which itself was inspired by the famous Charge of the Light Brigade. A real ale enthusiast, band vocalist Bruce Dickinson has helped develop a beer with a true depth of character. ABV: 4.7%

Honey wine with cherry juice and chipotle peppers. The sweet matches the heat in this brilliant wine with a kick. Bold, sweet cherry rolls seamlessly into a mild honey character that’s quickly engulfed by a kick of smoky chipotle peppers that warms and tingles the mouth. Full-bodied with a wonderful balance of sweet and heat that lingers in the finish. Deep ruby-red, still and brilliantly clear with thick, streaming legs. ABV: 14%

IPC: 6/4CN packs

Our IPC (aka India Pale Cider) is unlike anything you’ve ever tried before. A true dry cider, we’ve brewed it with American Ale yeast and added Cascade hops. For those fans of traditional IPAs and Pale Ales, this is the cider for you. Strong, crisp, dry, with a beautiful scent of hops, this cider weighs in at 6.9% Abv. And now, for the first time, it’s in cans! ABV: 6.9%

This rich, malty ale has been aged to perfection in our barrel house. Subtle and smooth, this is a decadent display of patience and process. Join us in a toast to good health. Slainte! ABV: 9.5%

Reserved for the most infernal of palates, Double Dementia is a sinful collection of classic west coast hops blended with malts the color of hellfire. Just the right amount of bitter, followed by an explosion of juicy citrus flavor blended with bright floral aromas. Drinking easier than any Imperial IPA should, this beer is evil… that’s what we love about it. ABV: 8.5%

OAK-AGED VANILLA WORLDWIDE STOUT: 1/6 kegs & 24/12 packs

Rare and often rumored about in the darkest corners of the beer community, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex, and lingers somewhere beyond the limits of the average beer. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, we’ve now taken this Dogfish Head classic and aged it on oak with real vanilla beans! With a little tender love and care we foster this beer from smooth, sweet wort into the big, bad blackend stout it always longed to be. Its bold, port-like complexity goes great with (or as) dessert. With its high ABV, this is an excellent candidtate for cellaring, so grab a few bottles to enjoy now and lay the others down for a few years. ABV: 16-17.5%

Naturally sparkling dry hard cider made from heirloom and bittersweet apple varieties. Best in Class Winner 2016. ABV: 8.5%

SPARKLING SEMI-DRY: 6/750, 12/375, 20L

Naturally sparkling hard cider dosed with our own ice cider for slight sweetness. Gold Medal Winner! ABV: 9.5%

IMPERIAL ROSE: 6/750, 12/375, 20L

The best sparkling rosé wine is a cider!  Our Imperial 11° Rosé cider has the body, alcohol level and juiciness of a delicious drier rosé.  It is made only from apples and red currants. No added sugar, coloring or other flavoring.  We use our natural cold winter weather here in Northern Vermont to freeze concentrate the juice before fermentation, just as with our ice cider, but to a lower level.  Then we co-ferment the juice with red currant.  Lightly carbonated, it is delicious and full flavored. ABV: 11%

VODKA: 6/750

Eight Oaks American Vodka is first sown in the fall as soft red winter wheat, grown and harvested on our own farm and the farms of our friends and neighbors. We hand mill our grains on site, combine them with some of the purest water on Earth by tapping into ancient aquifers and distill them in our copper pot still using a 25-foot vodka column. Finally, we charcoal filter our craft vodka for a crisp, clean spirit with a silky smooth finish. ABV: 40%

RUM: 6/750

Eight Oaks Colonial Rum is a tribute to one of the most popular spirits in 17th century colonial times. Crafted from locally sourced molasses, our Rum revives the colonial spirit, which helped make America what it is today. We handcraft all of our Rum in honor of our ancestors while carefully blending the sweet and the spicy to deliver a timeless, yet unbelievably smooth rum. ABV: 40%

GIN: 6/750

This is not your grandmother’s gin. Eight Oaks American Gin is crafted from soft red winter wheat, grown on our farm and the farms of our friends and neighbors. The final distillation includes a blend of unique botanicals that creates a fresh, clean flavor with a citrus finish. Our small batch gin is unlike any you have tasted before and is a perfect in a complex cocktail or all on its own. ABV: 44%

Farmers in the Lehigh Valley were making Applejack before our country was born. One of the best known apples used in Applejack was the Baldwin Apple, which was discovered by a farmer in the 1740’s named William Butters, the eighth great-grandfather of Eight Oaks co-founder Chad Butters. It’s why you can’t get more authentic than Eight Oaks Applejack. ABV: 40%

JIBE IPA: 4/6CN packs

With the wind at their backs, the Green Flash brewers made a sharp change in direction producing “JIBE”. But true to form, the Session IPA was brewed in an extreme way. Green Flash set out to produce to lowest ABV possible and still achieve bold, complex IPA flavor and body. Jibe Session IPA is a 4.0% ABV, 60 IBU “session” beer made with layers of Simcoe, Cascade and Amarillo hops. The flavor profile and mouth feel will satisfy consumer demand for a full-flavored Green Flash interpretation of the popular style. ABV: 4%

OKTOBERFEST: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs, & 4/6 packs

Toasty Malt Flavors dominate up front and noble hops lead to a spicy and superbly clean lager finish. This is no festivus for the restuvus – on the contrary – we start brewing in the Spring and it takes a full two months to reach lagered perfection. Biscuity, malty goodness dominates upfront while the noble pedigree hops lend a properly spicy, dry finish. Zicke zacke, zicke zacke, hoi, hoi, hoi. Time to roast your chicken and upend your stein before the air gets crisp, the leaves flame and fall and the skies fade to black. Auf geht’s! ABV: 6.6%

DUNKS FERRY DUNKELWEIZEN: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs, & 6/4C packs

We stay with the German wheat beer theme for our Fall seasonal, and much like it’s Summertime sister, Dunks Ferry Dunkelweizen has a unique banana and spicy clove character but this time paired with a chewy, bready (dare we say banana bread) malt backbone. Again, we hop this German wheat beer with Hallertau and Tettnanger hops. ABV: 5.2%

This Bohemian style Pilsner has a clean, rich and complex sense of malt. Saaz hops adds spicy notes to the finish. ABV: 5.1%

OK2BERFEST MARZEN: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs, & 4/6 packs

Modeled after the classic “Marzenbier,” Oktoberfest style that was traditionally the beer served at the Munich Oktoberfest. It possesses a smooth, toasty malt profile with a crisp character of traditional German hops. ABV: 5.8%

We have taken our Workers Comp saison and “stomped” all over it. Using a variant of our classic saison recipe and aging it in white wine barrels, this beer is the newest in our “Road Less Traveled” series. Majorly fruity and spicy with a hint of dry white wine notes. ABV: 7.5%

TWO JUICY: 1/6 kegs & 6/4C packs

Limited cans and draft available – call your local retailer or follow Two Roads’ social channels for availability. Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop. ABV: 8.2%

CAPE OF GOOD HOPE: 1/6 kegs, 1/2 kegs, & 6/4 packs

Though the recipe changes year to year, this West-Coast style double IPA always embodies the adventurous spirit of the original India Pale Ales – and each year’s release promises to take you on an epic journey. This year’s batch bursts with notes of citrus, melon and pine from Chinook, El Dorado, Citra, Azacca, Simcoe, Cascade and whole flower Columbus hops. Cape of Good Hope is a limited-release beer, available for one month only in 12-oz bottles and draught. ABV: 9.7%

LORAL LAGER: 1/6 kegs & 1/2 kegs

A rarity to see this style from Yards, this Lager is brewed with 100% pilsner malt and a new hop called Loral. The hop was designed for pale ales and lagers and bread for more subtle beers rather than in your face hoppy beers. It has floral, peppery, and lemon-citrus characteristics. ABV: 5.6%.
