SIXTEEN COUNTIES: 6/4/16 cases

This beer’s name honors the rich tradition of farming in the sixteen counties of Maine. Keeping with that sentiment, we brew the beer with grains exclusively grown and processed in Maine, including: Maine Malt House 2-row Malted Barley from Buck Farms, Blue Ox Malthouse 2-row Malted Barley, raw wheat from Maine Grains, and oats from Aurora Mills & Farm. Sixteen Counties has an amber hue with notes of honey, tropical hops, citrus, and a hint of cereal grain. The beer’s malt-forward flavor is meant to showcase the next generation of quality farming in Maine. ABV: 7.3%

JAMES AND JULIE: 6/12 cases

James and Julie is our take on a Flemish sour brown and offers an aroma of raisins, figs, cherries, and caramelized sugar. Mahogany in color, this medium-bodied ale finishes with clean acidity and a hint of spice. We brew this sour brown ale with Pilsner, Special B, Maize, and Chocolate Malt and ferment it with our house yeast strain. It then ages for two years on stainless steel with our own blend of Lactobacillus and Pediococcus cultures. ABV: 6.7%



TANGERINE QUAD: 22oz. bottles

Patiently aged in the finest of Bourbon barrels, this bold Belgian-style Quadrupel layers notes of rich, dark fruit, vanilla, and caramel with a burst of tangerine peel culminating in the vibrancy of this full-bodied creation. ABV: 10.1%

VANILLA BEAN STOUT: 22oz. bottles

A double dose of vanilla derived from both fresh Bourbon barrels and the trio of Tongan, Ugandan, and Mexican whole vanilla beans is complemented by essences of chocolate, caramel and molasses to round out this luxuriously silky stout. ABV: 10.8%




At Brotherton Brewing we believe in respecting yet pushing the boundaries of tradition, and Hell Yes is an eloquent showcase of that. Brewed as a traditional Munich- style Helles lager but with the unconventional use of oats and hops from three continents. Easy drinking, creamy and floral with zesty citrus notes. “Hell yes I’ll have another.” ABV: 4.5%




When the little animals in Fairyland hibernate, the Achouffe gnomes love to gather in their cottage. By the gentle firelight, they spend long evenings telling the best Ardennes stories while enjoying a delicious N’Ice CHOUFFE. Smooth and strong, with spicy notes of thyme and Curacao, this dark beer warms both hearts and atmospheres, making even the coldest winters joyful. ABV: 10.0%



ECLIPSE MIX: 6/22 cases

Our award winning Imperial Stout aged in specially curated oak bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries. Then, each limited edition batch is identified by the color of the wax top. This Eclipse Mix variety pack includes (1) 22 oz. bottle each of: Angel’s Envy (burgundy), Coffee (lavender sparkle), Willet (metallic copper), Rye Cuvee (dark olive green), and Grand Cru (gold). ABV: 11.9%



GNARLYWINE: 1/4 kegs | 22 oz. bottles

The first sip is for thirst, the second one for pleasure. The third is for romance, and the fourth for pure madness. ABV: 10.9%



PEEPER: 1/6 kegs

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. A Pale Ale brewed with light citrus, raspberries, blackberries, subtle pine, light and bready. ABV: 5.5%

MO: 1/6 kegs

Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer. A Pale Ale brewed with zesty citrus, passion fruit, and pine with subtle malt sweetness. ABV: 6.0%

LUNCH: 1/6 kegs

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. An Indiana Pale Ale brewed with tropical fruit, citrus fruit, with subtle malt sweetness. ABV: 7.0%

ANOTHER ONE: 12/16 cases

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. Another One is an India Pale Ale brewed with Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe hops, with hints of grapefruit and tangerine. ABV: 7.0%



ALL NIGHT LONG: 6/500mL cases

This incredible flavored mead is made from a special honey blend used just for this recipe and a heavy hit of some of the finest espresso coffee freshly roasted in NJ. The espresso beans were then ground at the meadery, cold brewed with ice water, and infused into our mead. A great after dinner sipper, especially when paired with vanilla ice cream, tiramisu, or any chocolate dessert. ABV: 13.0%

DAKOTA CLOVER: 6/500mL cases

We were able to get our hands on a very limited supply of special clover blossom honey, which was truly deserving of a unique recipe. So we fermented it with an equally unique yeast that helps bring out delicate floral, pineapple, and buttery notes. It goes without saying, we would happily make this all “clover” again. ABV: 12.0%

MIDNIGHT JACK: 6/500mL cases

This is no silly rabbit. This eager and voracious beast forages through the dark midnight hour in search of only the darkest and sweetest of berries to devour. So we went as dark as we could by using blackberry, black currant, black raspberry, and black cherry to make the most bad ass, tart, sweet & densely rich, fruit mead there is. ABV: 14.0%

NICE AS PIE: 6/500mL cases

This apple mead was made using the finest honey and local apple cider, freshly pressed just hours before going into our tanks. It has been even further enhanced with the addition of fresh plump vanilla beans and beautifully fragrant Vietnamese cinnamon. The result can be simply described as nothing less than, apple pie in a glass! ABV: 14.0%

GARRIDO: 6/500mL cases

Vinho verde can be relied upon to be light, crisp and aromatic, sometimes with a touch of perceptual sweetness, and Garrido is no exception. It is honey fermented with enough juice from a popular white grape varietal to make this mead actually 1/3rd white wine. We put a lot of care into this mead as it is dedicated to our beloved Grandfather who we grew up making wine with. That is why we couldn’t be happier for it to have become one of our most popular meads to date. ABV: 12.0%


The Pretender is a hopped draft mead, brewed like a classic style IPA with honey instead of malt. ABV: 6.7%


Drops of Jupiter is a light, crisp and refreshing session mead fermented on crushed juniper berries. ABV: 4%




Brewery roasted Sumatra coffee beans and milk sugar gives this Stout more body and sweetness to balance the roasted character of the malts. ABV: 5.3%


Smooth and complex Porter infused with whole vanilla beans. ABV: 5.3%




Santa’s Little Helper, our Imperial Stout, starts with an emphasis on dark cocoa and roasted coffee aromatics. The finish lends hints of sweet crystal malt, warming tones of alcohol and a touch of hops, making a perfect accompaniment to leftover fruit cake and sugar cookies. ABV: 10.0%



HIPPO’S HAND: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 4/6 cases

New England style IPA brewed with Buddha’s Hand fruit and dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Lemondrop hops. Left unfiltered, it has a hazy golden appearance and a delicate citrus nose. The Buddha’s Hand fruit lends big citrus notes complimented by the Citra and Lemondrop hops. Not overly sweet and not overly bitter, this is an extremely balanced, smooth and refreshing double IPA. ABV: 9%

RESERVE OATMEAL MILK STOUT: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

A velvety smooth Stout brewed with oats and milk sugar that create a creamy finish over a dark malt base. ABV: 6.7%




Brewed with Pale, Munich and Caramunich malts; Kent Goldings hops. This is a rich, dark, joyous brew with which to celebrate the holiday season. It’s aroma of chocolate malt and spiciness is reminiscent of the wonderfull smells of holiday baking in Mom’s  kitchen. Silky smooth on the palate, it’s predominantly malty, with smoky, spicy and citrusy notes and a long, lingering finish that is lightly tart and malty. Bottle conditioned for a fresh, lively taste. Round and well balanced, it’s a welcome addition for holiday tables and beyond. ABV: 8.5%

This deep, murky black ale contains roasted notes of espresso and dried figs. This beer has a touch of roughness to its strong elegance. Brewed to perfection only once a year as it originally was in 1795 for Catherine the Great of Russia. ABV: 10.0%

TASMANIAN: 1/6 kegs | 4/6 cases

Our Tasmanian IPA is brewed with 100% Australian hops. The Tasmanian hop, Galaxy, is a strong, aromatic variety that is different from traditional strains of the Pacific Northwest. Our brewers developed a recipe that showcases the hop’s unique flavors of citrus and pineapple. ABV: 7.2%


Each variety pack includes 3 bottles each of Blueberry Coffee Stout, Mexican Chocolate Stout, Salted Caramel Stout, and Schlafly Oatmeal Stout. ABV: 5.7% – 6.5%



10 LORDS LEAPING: 1/6 kegs | 12/25.4 cases

Wassail is known for warmth and spices. The tenth verse of our Twelve Beers of Christmas™ saga goes leaps and bounds beyond a traditional winter warmer, drawing inspiration from the dark, spiced ales from Belgium and our love for experimental brewing in SoCal. 10 Lords-A-Leaping is a dark imperial wit ale featuring 10 different spices – coriander, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, mace, anise, dried apples and cloves, which complement the spiced notes imparted from the yeast and prance upon the rich, dark fruited character of the specialty malts. ABV: 10.5%



MIDNIGHT OATIN: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

A robust oatmeal stout brewed with over 1lb/barrel of chocolate in the kettle. Oats provide a smooth mouthfeel leading to a slightly sweet chocolate finish that becomes more prominent as Oatin warms slightly. ABV: 7.5%

DRENCHED: 6/4C cases

Straw colored India Pale Ale bursting with juicy American (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic) hops is filled with flavors and aroma of Peach, Mango, and Citrus juices. Smooth and balanced with a soft bitterness. Insanely drinkable! ABV: 6.3%

BUGG JUICE: 6/4C cases

Combining a sweet malt backbone with a massive amount of hop flavor and aroma, creating our version of the “Juicy IPA” Aggressively hopped with Citra, Azacca, Mosaic, and Centennial … each mouthful explodes with notes of mango, papaya, grapefruit and pine resin. ABV: 6.8%



AVEC LES BONS VOEUX: 1/6 kegs | 12/25.4 cases

This Bons Vœux is coppery blond, has very fine hop aromas and tastes bitter, fruity and mild. Our selection of yeasts, in combination with a long during riping process, on a “dry hopping” base, are creating a typical and complex aroma and taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result in a harmonious and well-balanced beer, full of unexpected and complex aromas. ABV: 9.5%

DRY HOPPING 2017: 1/6 kegs

The special feature of this beer, which is produced in limited quantities, is that the hops used for the “dry hopping” are different every year. This year, three distinctive hop varieties were selected. For the dry hopping, brews were made from the “Styrian Eureka” variety, grown in Slovenia. The result is a coppery, blond beer, dry and refreshing with sustained bitterness. The use of Styrian Eureka in Dry Hopping intensifies the fruity notes (mainly white fruits and citrus – mainly grapefruit) and gives the beer a perfume of fresh hops. Our selection of yeasts gives the beer very specific aromas and flavours. The genuine bottle refermentation, which may be extended by a long period in your cellar, produces a complex and highly aromatic beer. ABV: 6.5%



SCALDIS NOËL: 24/11.2 oz. cases

The Scaldis Noël is brewed solely from malts, hops, candy sugar and water. It is a filtered, top-fermented beer with an alcohol volume of 12%. The use of caramel malts produces a copper-coloured beer with a full, rounded taste. The Scaldis Noël owes its fruity taste and subtle hop aromas to the well-thought out choice of hops in this brew. ABV: 12.0%


The Scaldis Noël Premium is a traditional Scaldis Noël that has re-fermented for three weeks in 75cl bottles in the brewery’s warm chamber. This beer has all the luxurious characteristics of a Scaldis Noël – a copper colour accompanied by strong, rich and balanced aromas – but, thanks to its in-bottle re-fermentation, it is endowed with a powerful taste palette and a slightly higher alcohol volume. ABV: 12.0%



TWO JUICY: 1/6 kegs | 6/4C cases

Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop. ABV: 8.2%


Two Roads is driving down the road less traveled with this Clementine Gose. We kettle soured this ale in our own tanker truck trailer – a former milk tanker (like the one on the label) that’s parked right on the grounds of our brewery! This beer is a classic Gose with a modern twist – we source and blend fresh Moroccan Clementines from a local craft juicery. The result is a tart, juicy ale with a hint of salt and distinctive tang of refreshing clementine. ABV: 4.8%



TRÖSTEN LAGER: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 4/6/12 cases

Trösten translating to “comfort beer”, a dark lager with rich notes of chestnut and toast. Carafa and smoked malts create rich flavors lingering on a surprisingly light, smooth finish. Brewed for the cold winter nights in Vermont, but can be enjoyed on any occasion. ABV: 6.0%



DRY ROSE: 6/4 cases

Our elegant premium sparkling dry cider is a reflection of soft summer hues of sunsets across the Hampton beaches. This unique hard cider is sourced from only the best New York State Apples and represents the bohemian spirit that resides in everyone. ABV: 6.9%
