21st AMENDMENT

BLOOD ORANGE BREW FREE! OR DIE: 15C packs

Blood Orange Brew Free! is brewed like our original west coast style Brew Free! or Die IPA, but with an abundance of fresh blood orange puree and a twist of citrusy dry hops. Refreshingly different. As Abe would say, “Whatever you are, be a good one.” ABV: 7.0%

SNEAK ATTACK: 4/6 cases

You might not expect a Saison in winter. But the enemy didn’t expect Washington to cross the icy Delaware, either. Expectations be damned, we say. We’re sneaking up on winter with a boatload of bravado and this Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Dry hopped with whole organic cardamom pods, our Saison has an assertive spiciness. In your face, winter. ABV: 6.2%

 

ABITA

HOP-ON: 4/6C cases

Abita Hop-On is a full-bodied “juicy pale,” packed with Cascade, Citra and Ekuanot hops to deliver refreshing tropical and citrus notes. It pours a vibrant light gold while the unique brewing process produces a distinctive haze. It’s also super food-friendly, great with seafood ceviche, fresh fruit or a nice aged cheddar. Give Hop-On a try and enjoy our brewmaster’s latest journey. ABV: 6.0%

 

AUSTIN EASTCIDER

RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 4/6C cases

A refreshing and slightly tart cider made with heirloom bittersweet apples, American dessert apples and Ruby Red Grapefruit from the Texas Rio Grande Valley. ABV: 5.0%

 

AVERY

UNCLE JACOB’S STOUT: 1/6 kegs | 24/12 cases

Jacob Spears, our 6th Great Grand Uncle, is credited as the first distiller to label his whiskey “Bourbon.” He built his distillery in Bourbon County Kentucky in 1790 — 203 years before we began brewing. While obviously a bit too late to produce Uncle Jacob’s wash, we’ve instead created something far more complex. In his honor, we present this robust, silky smooth, full-bodied and altogether extremely American rendition of an Imperial Stout aged for 6 months in the very finest Bourbon barrels. This explains a lot about our penchant for big brews! It’s in our blood! ABV: 15.9%

 

BROTHERTON

SPOON FULL OF CITRUS: 1/6 kegs

Our latest IPA is brewed with lactose for a full mouthfeel and a kiss of sweetness. Hopped with Amarillo, Matueka, Ekuanot and Azacca. Notes of lemon cookies, lime custard, mango and peach! ABV: 6.6%

 

DEMENTED

PRIDE: 1/6 kegs

This dry Irish stout is everything we have come to expect from the style. Just the right amount of roast and bitterness give this creamy stout its classic appeal. ABV: 5.0%

 

EPIC BREWING

TART & JUICY: 4/6C cases

We’ve combined the clean, puckering tartness of kettle souring with an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops to create a beer that’s the best of both worlds – Tart n’ Juicy Sour® IPA. ABV: 4.5%

SON OF A BAPTIST: 4/6C cases

Son of a Baptist is an 8% ABV imperial stout. It is not barrel aged like its father, Big Bad Baptist; instead its flavor profile was designed to highlight the complex and often unique flavors of small batch coffees. Instead of sourcing a coffee that would play well in a beer we sought out creative and innovative roasters, then asked them which beans they’re passionate about. Each resulting release of Son of a Baptist is widely different depending on the coffee selected. Some are fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, others are rich and earthy with a big roasted finish. Each limited release will return to the Roaster’s home market where the beer and the coffee can be sampled side by side. ABV: 8.0%

BIG BAD BAPTISTA: 12/22 cases | 22 oz. bottles

Big Bad Baptista is inspired by traditional Mexican coffee, Café de Olla, which is served with cinnamon and piloncillo, an unrefined sugar. The Cinnamon adds another layer of complexity and accentuates the earthy character of Mexican Coffee, but more importantly, it captures the essence of a place and its culture. As beverage geeks we wanted to pay homage to that rich tradition and offer our unique take. Big Bad Baptista is a combination of Vanilla, Cinnamon, Mexican coffee roasted by Blue Copper, and Solstice Chocolate cacao nibs. It’s luxurious to say the least, with a pleasant warming sensation generated by the cinnamon and alcohol. Enjoying the interplay of chocolate, malt, oak, and spice is the perfect way to spend a cool evening, with friends around a fire. ABV: 11.8%

TRIPEL BARREL BIG BAD BAPTIST: 22 oz. bottles

Three’s not a crowd in this limited edition Triple Barrel Big Bad Baptist. We aged coconut and Blue Copper’s Colombian coffee beans in fresh whiskey barrels, while our imperial stout aged in both rum and whiskey barrels. The trio was then hand blended, creating our most over-the-top version of Big Bad Baptist yet. Best enjoyed slowly, three sips at a time. ABV: 11.2%

OAK & ORCHARD SYRAH: 12/12 cases

The initial release was inspired by Syrah wine and spent the first part of its life in a recently acquired foeder from Napa Valley before being siphoned into casks with blueberry, boysenberry, and black currants. The beer’s aroma is floral, vinous and reminiscent of berries ripening on the bush. Its flavor explodes with fruit complexity and jam sweetness before being washed away with a puckering sourness and finishing with a hint of cranberry and a kiss of Brettanomyces funk. Released in parallel, as a sister beer to the Syrah, is a Pinot inspired sour that features blueberry, boysenberry, cranberry, strawberry and plum. The fruity bouquet pops with red berries, French Oak and light cellar notes from the Brettanomyces. The beer is crisp and puckering with the tartness of unripe fruit and a complex vinous finish that any wine lover would admire. ABV: 8.5%

PULP ADDICTION: 4/6C cases

These juicy, hazy, hop bombs are packed to the brim with flavor. In fact, we’ve been downright irresponsible when it comes to hop utilization. Our brewers have been experimenting with everything from lupulin powder, to massive hop backs, exploring the flavor synergies of fermentation hopping, and literally cramming in more dry hops then our tanks can even hold. Our New England-Style IPA rotates through different recipes as and hop charges as we source new and interesting hop verities.  See the side of the can for indicators about each new recipe. ABV: 7.0%

Our brewery was built on an attitude of no regrets. An attitude of taking risks to bring the best beer possible to our fellow renegades and rebels. Never brewing to style, but always brewing what we want to drink. Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a drinkable premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients. Challenging what a lager can be? That’s something we won’t regret. ABV: 4.4%

ALL DAY IPA: 4/6C cases

The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatics and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures. ABV: 4.7%

RUBEAUS: 4/6C cases

Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries, Rubaeus is Founders’ way of celebrating the joys of summer year-round. This stunning berry-red masterpiece is the perfect blend of sweet, tart and refreshing. No question about it, this beer is 100% Founders. ABV: 5.7%

 

FULL SAIL

TANGERINE TWIST: 2/12 cases

Give this a squeeze! Summer might feel like a distant memory now, but our brew crew is here to keep you stoked through the winter doldrums. Our new Tangerine Twist Ale will help you get your Sesh on like you’ve just paddled in from the surf. Tangy citrus aromas and a burst of tangerine flavors make this super drinkable golden ale as refreshing as it is juicy. It’s everything you love about Session, with a twist. ABV: 5.2%

 

GREAT DIVIDE

CLAYMORE: 4/6C cases

Named for a medieval Scottish sword, CLAYMORE SCOTCH ALE is our tribute to the legendary “Wee Heavy” beers of Scotland. This malty, deep-ruby beauty features lots of caramel sweetness, a reserved hop profile, and a subtle warming character. Unlike its namesake, this beer only requires one hand, but it’ll still make you feel like nobility. ABV: 7.7%

ORABELLE: 4/6CN cases

ORABELLE is brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and rye.  This Belgian-Style Tripel is a golden beauty.  Its two yeast strains, orange peel and dash of coriander impart surprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale. Don’t let Orabelle’s demure nature fool you; this is one flavorful pour.  Watch out, she’s a charmer – one sip and you’ll be in love. ABV: 8.3%

TITAN: 4/6CN cases

TITAN IPA is a big, aggressively hopped India Pale Ale brewed for hop disciples. It starts out with piney hop aromas and citrus hop flavors, and finishes with a nice rich, malty sweetness that is balanced with crisp hop bitterness. ABV: 7.1%

HERCULES: 4/6C cases

HERCULES DOUBLE IPA is not for the faint of heart. It is, however, fit for the gods. HERCULES delivers a huge amount of hops from start to finish.1 Its hefty backbone of nutty, malty sweetness balances its aggressive hop profile. ABV: 10.0%

HOP DISCIPLES: 1/2 kegs | 4/6C cases

Hop Disciples – Rotating Hop Project takes a bright, clean IPA and puts a different hop variety at the forefront of the sensory experience every year. The 2018 release features Ekuanot, which features a strong tropical fruit flavor with aromas of citrus and herbs. Hop Disciples may look tough on the outside, but with its golden blonde hue and approachable 6.2% ABV, we promise it’s a lover not a fighter. ABV: 6.2%

 

LEFT HAND

IPA: 4/6C cases

Pale orange, light maltiness, hop profile of orange, passionfruit, peach, and lemon. ABV: 6.6%

 

MAINE BEER

A TINY BEAUTIFUL SOMETHING: 1/6 kegs | 12/16.9 cases

“Most people are on the world, not in it –  have no conscious sympathy or relationship to anything about them – undiffused, separate, and rigidly alone like marbles of polished stone, touching but separate.”  -John Muir. Candied orange, citrus zest, subtle anise, silky mouthfeel. ABV: 5.5%

WOODS & WATERS: 1/6 kegs

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! Citrus, berries, pine, smooth. ABV: 6.2%

LUNCH: 12/16.9 cases

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! Tropical fruit, citrus fruit, pine, subtle malt sweetness. ABV: 7.0%

 

OSKAR BLUES

OLD CHUB: 1/6 kegs

Old Chub is a brobdingnagian celebration of aggressively shattering the status quo. This jaw-dropping Scottish strong ale (8% ABV, 30 IBUs) strays far from conventions, as it’s brewed with a recklessly bodacious amount of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malt. It features semi-sweet flavors of cocoa and coffee, and a wee bit of smoke. It’s a powerful, head-turning trip for malt heads and folks who think they don’t dig dark beer. ABV: 8.0%

 

ROGUE

HONEY KOLSCH: 4/6C cases

Situated just across from 40- acres of Rogue hops, 119 colonies of bees are carefully kept and fed and the honey is uncapped, extracted, filtered, and finally infused into a refreshing Honey Kolsch Ale. ABV: 5.2%

 

SIXPOINT

We all know the feeling you get when you bring a 6pack to a party. You grab one beer, turn your head away and the whole pack has been crushed. Wouldn’t hurt to have a little variety too. Hmmm… what’s the solution… how bout HIGHER VOLUME?

Straw colored India Pale Ale bursting with juicy American (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic) hops is filled with flavors and aroma of Peach, Mango, and Citrus juices. Smooth and balanced with a soft bitterness. Insanely drinkable! ABV: 6.3%

DANK OBSESSION: 1/6 keg | 1/2 kegs

Dank and Juicy New England Style India Pale Ale.  Extensive whirlpool addition of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe is followed with an even larger Dry Hop of Chinook, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus.  Intense flavors and aroma of ripe grapefruit, berries, passion fruit, mango, and pine.  Quench your hop obsession! ABV: 6.7%

 

WYNDRIDGE FARM

PINEAPPLE ORANGE IPA: 1/6 kegs | 4/6C cases

This juicy IPA was double dry hopped with a blend of citrus forward hops along with real orange and pineapple puree.  Oats and wheat join the hops and fruit to create a soft and delicate mouthfeel reminiscent of a refreshing glass of juice. ABV: 7.0%

BLACK CHERRY CIDER: 1/6 kegs | 4/6C cases

Dark sweet cherry juice blended at the tail end of fermentation comprised of 100% PA pressed apples, this off dry cider retains the rich flavor of the cherries.  A natural orchard’s compliment to the apple, our black cherry cider is a full bodied stone fruit cider with sweet and tart in balance. ABV: 6.0%
