MAP 40: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

Map 40 is a Belgian-style stout blended with cold-brewed coffee from Speckled Ax. Black in body with a tan, reddish-tinged head, this beer’s aroma is strong in coffee and light in roasted grain. Brewed with dark chocolate malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, and brown malt. A light nuttiness accompanies tastes of chocolate, raisin, and a resounding coffee note that weaves its way throughout. This is a rich, creamy stout with a clean finish. ABV: 7.5%

What goes better with tequila than chocolate and spice? We say nothing. We took our American Stout brewed with chocolate, cinnamon, and a touch of habanero peppers and aged it in a fresh tequila barrel. The end result is a complex and flavorful stout that packs a punch. ABV: 7.6%

RACER 5: 1/2 kegs

This hoppy IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with malted barley, wheat, and crystal malts. The malt base is designed to highlight the unique floral qualities Columbus and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest. Racer 5 is one of America’s most medal winning IPAs. Enjoy this iconic, award winning IPA that helped define the West Coast style. There’s a trophy in every glass. ABV: 7.5%

LUST: 1/6 kegs

It was once said that “a woman in lust wants chocolate”. However, we‘re blurring the gender lines with our decadent chocolate stout with flavors of roasted barley and chocolate malt. We’re sure that lust will become love this winter. ABV: 6.2%

NAMASTE WHITE: 2/12C cases

On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White dug deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience. With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you’ll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel. ABV: 4.8%

Fresh-pressed cape cod cranberries make for a tart bite finish. ABV: 5.0%

SWEET & SMOKEY STOUT: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs

Crushable. It’s the word that gets thrown around most frequently at our annual Brewhouse Rarity Pitch Session, where anyone can pitch a beer to our Brewmaster. It’s not often attributed to bold stouts though. But that’s exactly what Andrew, one of our resident tour guides, envisioned. A graceful blend of sweet and oatmeal stout profiles, with a touch of smoky complexity, which will surprise in its drinkability. ABV: 7.1%

ALPHA INITIATIVE #01: 4/6 cases

Breaking out of the confines of our series of Single Hop Imperial IPAs, The Alpha Initiative is a playground for our brewers to explore, create and analyze all things IPA. Pilot #01 pushes the limits of aromatics with a continuous dry hop with Centennial and experimental HBC-431. ABV: 6.5%

LUCKY SOB: 1/6 kegs

Lucky SOB has aromas of slight sweet bread, followed by rich malt flavors, subtle hop notes, and a clean finish. It’s perfect with your favorite Irish fare, but even more appropriate accompanying drunken chants of ‘Erin Go Braugh.’ ABV: 5.5%

CITRUS IPA: 1/6 kegs

A crisp and aromatic West Coast IPA made with a clean malt base that allows the grapefruit, orange and pine flavor of the hops to be showcased in both the aromatics and the taste. ABV: 7.0%

BREAKING BUD: 6/4C cases

Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA.  At 50 IBU’s and 6.5% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic.  Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank.  A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. ABV: 6.5%

GALAXY ON FIRE: 1/6 kegs

Galaxy on Fire is an India Pale Ale brewed with Galaxy and Loral hops (but mostly Galaxy). A restraint malt profile in this IPA allows the Galaxy hop to bring about aromas of passion fruit and papaya. This clean and crisp beer is medium-bodied and finished with notes of citrus and dank, that are truly out of this world. ABV: 6.5%

STOUTELLO: 6/4C cases

Stout brewed with cacao nibs and natural flavor added. Contains lactose. ABV: 6.0%

This Double IPA includes Mosaic and Simcoe hops, South American specialty malt, and tons of tastiness. Looks like liquid gold, smells like a bright tropical fruit pine forest, and tastes like all that and more. ABV: 8.0%

EROICA: 6/4 cases

Stepping up to the podium, Brettanomyces collects his notes; fragments of ideas on melody, thematic development, recapitulation, mutation, thematic variation, restatement, and so on. Water, Hops, and Malted Barley sit first, second and third chair. The toasted oak walls await the sonic wort, anticipation fills the hall. The whole room watches, bated breath, as the Maestro, wiping phenol, guaiacol, and isovaleric acid off his brow, raises the baton and beginS… ABV: 7.4%

ZOE: 1/6 kegs

On a rainy fall day in 2009, my five-year-old daughter Zoe and I were wandering the streets in Bar Harbor and stumbled across the Whale Museum. Zoe loved it. It put a smile on her face. Hopefully our ale will do the same for you. Cheers! ABV: 7.2%

LUNCH: 12/16 cases | 1/6 kegs

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

PEEPER: 1/6 kegs

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

I think it was the summer of ’76, I was 5 years old, and my Uncle Tom came to paint our house. It was in the tiny town of Louisiana, Missouri, on the mighty Mississippi River, where he would take me to troll the roadside ditches to gather one man’s junk (beer cans). In honor of his magnificent treasure (his beer can collection) and his spirit for fast cars, tough motorcycles and mean smiles, we bring you Mean Old Tom. ABV: 6.5%

KING TITUS: 12/16 cases | 1/6 kegs

Titus was a wonderful, bold silverback gorilla who led with his heart. The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund studies and protects these magnificent animals on the Virunga volcano mountain range in Rwanda. Maine Beer Company proudly supports their efforts. ABV: 7.5%

BLACK WIDOW: 4/6C cases

The black widow is fruit-forward, yet tart, with a tantalizing complexity, made with blackberries and freshly pressed New York apples. ABV: 6.0%

DRY ROSE: 4/6C cases

OS Dry Rosé has a refreshing nose, is well balanced with a tart finish. This cider is made with freshly pressed New York apples. ABV: 6.5%

APPLE CIDER: 4/6C cases

Dry Traditional cider, fermented with two types of Champagne yeast. ABV: 6.0%

G’KNIGHT: 4/6CN cases | 1/6 kegs

Our ‘Velvet M-80’ is a hefty, dry hopped double-red IPA with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. G’Knight sports a surprisingly sensuous finish for a beer of its size. It’s brewed in tribute to a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of our Lyons hometown. ABV: 8.7%

Yaya raised a rebel who grew up to have dirt on his face, sweat on his brow, and beer in his blood. That’s why Mama’s Little Yella Pils is an uncompromising, small-batch bersion of the beer that made Pilsen, Czech Republic, famous. Unlike masss market “pilsners” diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, specialty malts, and Saaz hops. While it’s rich with Czeched-out flavor, its gentle hopping and low ABV make it a luxurious but low-dose refresher. It’s a damn good, crushable beer. Take two and call us in the morning. ABV: 4.7%

Farmhouse Lager is a lighter version of our long-time brew, Avante Garde. It is our first foray into the 12 oz bottle/six pack world, as we have been mostly known for large format bottles. Still beginning with an initial malt sweetness and a subtle hop presence, this lager finished smooth and crisp. Perfect for an evening out on your porch or with some fresh baked bread pulled straight from the oven. ABV: 5.8%

CHOCOLATE PORTER: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

We start with a brown porter brewed with dark roasted malts, and add one pound of chocolate per barrel. We then throw in some Madagascar Vanilla beans to accentuate the chocolate flavors, resulting in a decadent porter. Available February – March. ABV: 6.5%

Our warming winter Ale is amber in color, malty and full bodied.  Belgian yeast provides a variety of delicate characteristics in the nose and on the palate. Available October – December. ABV: 8.0%

OATMEAL MILK STOUT RESERVE: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

A velvety smooth Stout brewed with oats and milk sugar that create a creamy finish over a dark malt base. Available December – February. ABV: 6.7%

NORTHEAST IPA: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

The Northeast IPA is a fresh, unfiltered beer that uses a revolutionary way to coax flavor from its hops. We use both a kettle boil for subtle bitterness and employ the exciting process off fermented dry-hopping to create a brilliant heady beer. As hazy as a squall off the coast, this beer captivates the tongue with a fruity and malty profile. ABV: 8.0%

WHITE LAGER: 2/12C cases

Lagers are usually bright and clear with a clean maltiness and slight hoppiness, yet our White Lager takes the focus away from those qualities by retaining its yeast and emphasizing the hazy hue, hint of orange zest, and event, silky finish. Because it’s unfiltered, it’s noticeably fresh with a slight tartness and sweetness. ABV: 5.5%

IPA: 4/6 cases

Our IPA is a smooth golden ale packed with the bold flavor and aroma of American hops.  We crafted it in the spirit of the low gravity IPAs common in the UK where the style stands for hoppy, not heavy. ABV: 5.0%

KENTUCKY MULE ALE: 12/25 cases

A perfect blend of classic cocktail and refreshing beer, Kentucky Mule Ale is mixed with fresh ginger and lime juice to bring all the exotic, quirky characteristics of such a unique beverage to this beer. Sweet, spicy and full of the rambunctious flavors, this beer comes of age among bourbon-barrel wood chips. Pouring it into a classic copper mug is entirely your call, rebel. ABV: 8.0%

LORAL & DR. RUDI’S INEVITABLE ADVENTURE IPA: 4/6 cases | 12/22 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Loral hops were released in 2016 and quickly became one of our brewers’ favorite varieties. It was highlighted in our single hop IPA series, Stone Hop Revolver IPA, and was the featured hop in the hugely popular Stone Ghost Hammer IPA. Then there’s Dr. Rudi, which has been around since 1976. Originally known as Super Alpha, this hop brings classic piney and herbal notes, which pairs it perfectly with the oral, citrusy aroma of Loral. A pairing like this was bound to happen. Some might even call it inevitable. ABV: 8.9%

While our beers are many and diverse, yet unified by overarching boldness, India pale ales are our undeniable bread and butter. The result is an intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to present to hopheads everywhere. ABV: 7.7%

This ain’t no just-add-juice approach. This one is for adults. We use bountiful whole tangerine purée, which brings pithy, crisp bitterness to the citrus flavor. In addition to the complexities of the tangerine — the likes of which you can only get by using the whole fruit — we judiciously employ just a hint of whole pineapple for a backnote (you’d likely not even pick it out of the mix if we didn’t tell you it was there). We’re not looking for a sweet concoction to appease the “I want my beer to taste like fruit juice” crowd. This is Stone. We like our IPAs to taste like IPAs. Big, bold and not for kids. ABV: 6.7%

RIPPER: 1/6 kegs

When it came to creating Ripper, we drew inspiration from the coastal surf cultures of SoCal and Oz. Sourcing classic Cascade from the Pacific Northwest and Australian Galaxy hops from…yes…Australia, we made a beer both lovers of frothy peaks and hoppy green buds will be stoked about. At the same time, we stayed true to our San Diego roots by pushing the hop boundaries of this style. While some might think it lingers on an edge far closer to an IPA, with all the dry-hop flavor and aroma, it’s actually right in line with the current-day interpretation of a West Coast pale. Ours just so happens to have an Aussie accent that’s cascading with a juicy amount of grapefruit and passion fruit hoppiness. So veg out or venture out. Either way, rip one open and taste this awesome golden nectar! ABV: 5.7%

AZZ IF: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Session IPA brewed with heavy handed additions of wheat, oats, and one of our favorite hop combinations, Azacca and Citra. A citrusy nose leads into flavors of spicy mango, and citrus. ABV: 5.2%

WINGMAN: 1/6 kegs

A wingman is a good friend that’s there to look out for you every step of the way, absorbing some hits yet going the distance. Possessing all of the same qualities as the best wingman, this easy drinking, flavor forward Pale Ale is the perfect companion for anything! Brewed with Calypso, Ekuanot and Denali hops that lend hints of stone fruit and soft citrus, Wingman comes in at 4.5% ABV so you can go the distance, too! Wingman Pale Ale is the Robin to your Batman, the Scully to your Mulder, the Goose to your Maverick – well, you get the picture… ABV: 5.2%
