Four hop varieties and seven blood oranges ago, our founders brought forth in this brewery, a new beer, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that not all IPAs are created equal. Because sometimes, real fruit just makes things even more delicious. Blood Orange Brew Free! is brewed like our original west coast style Brew Free! or Die IPA, but with an abundance of fresh blood orange puree and a twist of citrusy dry hops. Refreshingly different. As Abe would say, “Whatever you are, be a good one.” ABV: 7.0%

QUADRUPEL: 1/6 kegs

The three-grain beer with character. ABV:

SAISON: 6/4C cases

St-Feuillien’ Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde ale, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang. Saison, the latest in a long line of top-quality St-Feuillien beers, is a “hoppy”, unfiltered bee that is so emblematic of the rich Belgian tradition. ABV: 6.5%

WHITE RASCAL: 1/6 kegs

An authentic Belgian style white ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. ABV: 5.6%

RASPBERRY SOUR: 22 oz. bottles

Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale. ABV: 6.5%

OUT OF BOUNDS: 4/6C cases

This big, roasty stout takes flavor to the extreme. We aren’t afraid to use plenty of rich roasted barley and a mountain of hops to give this full-bodied stout that little extra something you’ve been looking for in a beer. ABV: 6.3%

TANGERINE QUAD: 22 oz. bottles

Patiently aged in the finest of Bourbon barrels, this bold Belgian-style Quadrupel layers notes of rich, dark fruit, vanilla, and caramel with a burst of tangerine peel culminating in the vibrancy of this full-bodied creation. ABV: 10.1%

VANILLA BEAN STOUT: 22 oz. bottles

A double dose of vanilla derived from both fresh Bourbon barrels and the trio of Tongan, Ugandan, and Mexican whole vanilla beans is complemented by essences of chocolate, caramel and molasses to round out this luxuriously silky stout. ABV: 10.8%

GINGER SOUR: 22 oz. bottles

Verdant fresh ginger is artfully rooted in radiant tartness, peaking in the unmistakable burst and bite of this bright barrel-aged sour ale. ABV: 6.0%

AMICITA: 24/12 cases

We are bound by barrels from a fortuitous friendship, our avant-garde aging, and the essence of grapes and grain inside. ABV: 8.2%

Inspired by Brabant (remember that one?) and the goodness of its marriage of Brettanomyces fermentation and Belgian dark malts, we’ve crafted this celebratory wild ale using three strains of Bretts. Our house strain, Brettanomyces drie, brings loads of ripe stone fruit aromas to the mix. Brettanomyces bruxellensis lends the classic horsey and rustic aspects of a traditional wild ale, while Brettanomyces custersianus delivers massive tropical fruit essences to the flavor party. Add some beautiful, dark and robust Belgian specialty malts for caramel, chocolate and fig elements and you have this — our rendition of a Dark Farmhouse Ale. ABV: 7.9%

THE REAL PEEL: 4/6C cases

Inspired by a summer’s day and crafted to crush year-round, our IPA twists real tangerine peel and citrusy hops into this juicy experience. It’s the real deal! ABV: 6.3%

JUGGERNAUT: 4/6C cases

Juggernaut is a citrus-forward, bone-dry American IPA. Pithy grapefruit takes front and center, driving the huge dry-hop profile, supported with notes of peach and apricot. Cut pine provides a counterpoint to the intense fruit character, and adds a level of pungent yet bright fresh hop aroma. ABV: 8.8%

WHITE OAK JAI ALAI: 1/6 kegs | 6/4C cases

A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character.  The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities. ABV: 7.5%

A mysterious figure from the annals of mythology, Xenu was responsible for some pretty bad stuff.  What better historical figure, then, to serve as a muse for our Honey Cream Ale? Fermented with an ale yeast at lower temperatures, our Honey Cream Ale makes use of flaked corn and honey malt to create a light colored, easy drinking ale with a restrained ester presence and a lingering sweetness reminiscent of old German honey cookies. To the Galactic Confederacy, and beyond! ABV: 5.1%

The people of Tampa Bay have fallen prey to a pirate invasion annually for well over 100 years. After more than a century of failing to repel these seafaring raiders in their anachronistic wooden ships and despite access to modern sea, land and air arsenals that ostensibly should make short work of wind powered vessels equipped with naught but cast iron cannons and raging scurvy, it occurred to the folks of Cigar City Brewing that if you can’t beat them, start saying “Arrrr Matey!”  We have brewed Invasion Tropical Pale Ale, a citrusy, tropical and low-alcohol session beer brewed for those long days of marauding, pillaging and pirating. Cheers! ABV: 5.0%

90 MINUTE IPA: 6/4C cases

Continual hopping provided a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA – allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter. With rich pine and fruity citrus hop aromas and a strong malt backbone, 90 Minute IPA created pungent, unapologetic flavor that led Esquire to call it “perhaps the best IPA in America.” ABV: 9.0%

FRUIT-FULL FORT: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

A twist on our beloved Fort, Fruit-Full Fort is brewed with four types of berries – Raspberry, Blackberry, Boysenberry and Elderberry! This juicy blend of dark berries creates depth and complexity reminiscent of a jammy red wine. Along with adding a boatload of more berries this time around, we also punched up the malt bill with Munich malt to provide a firm backbone. The result provides balance to the tart flavors of a very berry blend. Dark maroon in color, Fruit-Full Fort is swirling with notes of velvety cherry and berry sweetness for a full-bodied – and full-flavor – experience! ABV: 15.0% – 18.0%

Descriptions TBD: ABV:

Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts, a bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark fruit. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate. ABV: 11.0%

PONY PILSNER: 1/2 kegs

Proof that the entire arc of beer has been realized. We brew this beer because humans should drink clean, lager beer without unnecessary adornment. For centuries, technically driven utility liquids have made people happy.  Its time consuming life cycle touches a special place in our quest as brewers. Bright lager aromatics, noble spiciness, botanicals, juniper, sweet pilsner malt chewiness, light bodied, really dry finish. ABV: 5.5%

VALLEJO: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 6/4C cases

Vallejo is our votive offering to the coast.  The water’s edge grants primal ease unlike any other place. Guava, white grape, green mango, subtly dank chive aromas. Balanced bitterness, mild spicy garlic, dank, plum and light malt sweetness. Dry clean bitter finish.  ABV: 6.7%

TUNA: 1/2 kegs

Why is the beer called Tuna?  We don’t know.  Just say it, “I’ll take a Tuna.”  It feels good.  The ocean is a magical place. The antipode to Navaja, Tuna is rife with attributes that make for ongoing pleasure without the heft.  Too much weight while exploring the ocean is dangerous. Watermelon, peach, guava. A denser body to hold up to the sweeter finish. Lemon lime citrus zest, tropical fruit juices. ABV: 4.7%

NAVAJA: 1/6 kegs

Navaja was the first Double IPA we brewed. It became a brewery favorite partly due to its potent and resinous attributes, but also due to its psychoactive impact. Sometimes you gently tap, sometimes you hammer. Spicy, herbal, piney, tropical, cut grass, sweet marmalade, corn bread, biscuity, boozy effect but not flavor, really dry.  ABV: 10.0%

FADER: 1/2 kegs

Brewed in purist spirit, the beer rests on legs of German malted Pilsner and Vienna malt, with kettle additions of Tettnanger, Tradition, and Czech Saaz, fermented with a classic Bavarian lager yeast. ABV:

The Original Citrus Alcoholic Ice Tea is lightly sparkling and made with Harry’ s signature blend of Kenyan black teas, craft-distilled vodka and is infused with natural lemon and lime flavour. ABV: 4.0%

PEACH: 6/4 cases

Premium British Ice Tea made with Harry’s exceptional blend of the finest Kenyan black tea and infused with natural peach flavour. Lightly and naturally sweetened with only 80 calories per 500ml serving. ABV: 4.0%

SUPER CLUSTER: 2/12 cases

This out-of-this-world ale is a galactic blast from the glass, a Citrus supernova in the sky, jettisoning lupulin lusciousness through the cosmos and cross the universe of your palate. Enter its bitter orbit and we’ll all float on, okay? Cheers! ABV: 8.0%

SAMPLER: 2/12C cases

Sampler packs include cans of Hobo Life, Angelica, Glorious, and Boom Sauce.

WOODS & WATERS: 12/16 cases

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! ABV: 6.2%

Staying true to the name, we double dosed this IPA with Citra hops by adding them in the boil and again during the dry hop, where we combined them with Mosaic hops for their complex fruity aroma. We also used huge amounts of passion fruit and white grapefruit to create this super citrusy and refreshing IPA. ABV: 6.2%

Our tartly refreshing, kettle-soured Stone Berliner Weisse gained its orthodox sour and acidic character from a specially selected Lactobacillus strain sourced from local Berlin cultures. To ensure a properly Stone, and therefore iconoclastic, Berliner Weisse, we upped the ABV to a healthy 4.7% and hopped the beer with new German varieties, Huell Melon and Callista. This beer embodies the liveliness of summer with the fruity tang of apricots and the sweetness of ripe honeydew. ABV: 4.7%

A refreshingly sour and cloudy ale brewed with cucumber. We’re firm believers that it’s not about where you’re from, but where you stand. Character makes you who you are, wherever you go. That’s the philosophy we had in mind when making this Berliner Weisse. A classic German-style ale, brewed in The Bronx, using a heavy supply of cucumbers and a small dose of basil giving it a character all of its own. Enjoy it no matter Where You Stand. ABV: 4.5%

DOWN THE SHORE: 1/6 kegs

Down the Shore, a 5.3% ABV Golden Lager, is liquid summer – bright, refreshing and every sip brings you closer to vacation! Crisp and clean with a subtle citrus nose thanks to the Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer will make you want to pack that cooler, crack that can, sip that pint and head down the shore no matter where you are! ABV: 5.3%

PYNK: 4/6/12 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Yards PYNK is a beer like no other. We add 3,300 pounds of sour and sweet cherries and raspberries to each batch, resulting in a tart berry ale that’s effervescent and pleasantly pink in color. This light-bodied brew finishes refreshingly dry and is perfect for a summer gatherings. Yards has proudly donated a portion of PYNK sales to the Tyanna Foundation to help increase awareness and improve the lives of breast cancer patients since 2013. ABV: 5.5%
