ARCHER ROOSE

Our delightful Provence Rosé was sourced from a sustainble winery in Coteaux d’Aix en Provence. This delectable blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, and 20% Syrah is the answer to your “Rosé all day” fantasies. Cheers to looking at the world through glasses of Rosé. ABV: 13.0%

SAUVIGNON BLANC: 4 packs

Our crisp, unoaked Sauvignon Blanc tastes of summer nights. It’s a young wine from an old place – the volcanic heart of Chile’s historic Maule Valley. With a tropical nose and bright finish, this wine pairs beautifully with your favorite fresh produce, and a side of lively conversation. ABV: 12.0%

REDSURRECTION: 4 packs

Saved from extinction, Chile’s revival of the Redsurrection is something to celebrate. This wine comes to your glass from a 19th century family-run vineyard in Colchagua Valley. Its violet hue and blow-your-mind nose of plum and spice is nothing compared to its deliciously afternoonifed taste. ABV: 14.0%

 

KENTUCKY ALE

VANILLA BARREL CREAM ALE: ½ kegs | 1/6 kegs

A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of six weeks. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale’s medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event. ABV: 5.5%

RICKHOUSE RYE BARREL ALE: 1/6 kegs

Designed to show the depth of flavor imparted on the beer from the barrel, Kentucky Rye Barrel Ale takes on the unique, spicy flavors of Town Branch Rye. The same base beer used to make Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is instead aged in oak rye whiskey barrels to develop complex notes of black pepper complemented by the hints of vanilla sweetness from the oak. Try these two side by side to really see what the barrel can do. ABV: 8.2%

In honor of B. Nektar’s 10 year anniversary, we’ve decided to throwback to our first years in business and revive an original fan favorite. Thank you to all of our amazing patrons, and believers in all the weird things we love to share. We couldn’t have done it without you. Cheers! Fermented with orange blossom honey and grape juice with natural wild berry flavors added. Every bit as delightful as it was the first time. Still pairs well with any dish and also makes a great sangria. ABV: 15.0%

Made in the same obsessively aromatic style as all of our hop-forward ales, Drip Down is named for it’s saturated hop character.  Golden, silky palate, soft bitterness, and massive indications of deep pine resin, citrus-peach juice, gooseberry, bright white grape, and tart kiwi. ABV: 7.0%

Brunch. For some, it’s an occasional weekend get-together. For Cooper, our quality manager, and Drew, our brewing team supervisor, it’s a competitive sport. And in order to brunch the best, they pitched the ultimate beer for their breakfast/lunch hybrid needs. ABV: 5.2%

Introducing our new Session EZ IPA brewed with Equinox, Citra and Cascade hops, it’s everything you always wanted in an IPA, only less. Wait. Less? You got that right. It’s an unfiltered IPA, with all the aromatic hops, fruit notes and citrus vibe that you and your taste buds desire – minus the mouth-puckering bitterness or the high-octane ABV. After all, it’s not called EZ for nothing. ABV: 4.8%

LAGUNITAS

DARK SWAN: 4/6 cases | ¼ kegs

Observers of yestercentury once doubted the existence of the Dark Swan, stating the fair-feathered fowl was the only color of its kind. Explorers eventually upended that theory, shocking the world and shining light on the Dark. This beer might just do the same. It’s a sour ale fermented with dark red wine grapes, giving it its uniquely deep and rich purple hue. Then it received the signature Lagunitas treatment with a healthy dose of experimental dry hops. This might just shock your taste buds! There just really isn’t anything else like the Dark Swan… it’s a dark purple hybrid ale the takes our house yeast and feeds it some Petite Sirah grapes to munch on. It’s smooth, slightly sour, and superbly strange. Give it a taste, if you dare! ABV: 8.5%

UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION SHUT DOWN: ¼ kegs

IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE 2005 ST. PATRICK’S DAY MASSACRE and in commemoration of the 20-day suspension that followed, Lagunitas brewed this especially bitter ale. See, the ABC conducted an undercover investigation of our brewery, finding us guilty of operating a “Disorderly House.” We did the crime. We did the time. We got the bragging rights. LANCASTER

HOP HOG IPA: 4/6 cases

Hop Hog IPA is dry-hopped and unfiltered for maximum flavor, which can result in some settling in the bottle. This harmless combination of hop tannins, yeast and malt occurs naturally, and ads to the character of the beer. For a clear pour, simply decant the contents of your bottle into a glass as you would a Belgian or Trappist Ale. ABV: 7.0%

 

MIGHTY SWELL

WATERMELON MINT: 6/4/12 cases

Sometimes it all comes together. Sweet, refreshing watermelon meets the coolness of mint. Swoon. ABV: 5.0%

RIVER HORSE

RASPBERRY TRIPEL HORSE: 4/6 cases | ½ kegs | 1/6 kegs

Year after year, the fan favorite at our cask festival is always our Tripel Horse Belgian Style Ale with raspberries. So we figured why not run with it! We’ve added 14 pounds of raspberries per barrel to our original Tripel Horse recipe and bottled it for you to enjoy at home. The label may be loud – but the raspberry is perfectly balanced in this smooth Belgian style beer. ABV: 10%

 

STONE

TOTALITARIAN: 4/6 cases | ½ kegs | 1/6 kegs

Built from the backbone of Stone’s classic Imperial Russian Stout, Stone Totalitarian Imperial Russian Stout certainly celebrates the hallmarks of the style – it pours jet-black with a fluffy chocolate head and tastes of deeply dark fruit flavors with rich chocolate and coffee overtones. Yet, however old world in nature, this particular rendition of an IRS is flavored with new world hops, intensifying its berry flavors and aroma while subtly introducing a juicy melon undertone. The result is a spectacularly sinful delight. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, comrade. ABV: 10.6%

 

THE BRUERY

ORCHARD WIT: 12/12 cases | 1/6 kegs

Tart wheat beer brewed with spices and aged in an oak foeder. ABV: 5.7%

NGONGO: 12/12 cases

We teamed with our friends at New Zealand-based Garage Project for this refreshing oak foeder-aged saison as part of our Foeders with Friends series. Called Ngongo (the Maori word for “nectar” and “honey”), this saison features lemon balm, chamomile and New Zealand wildflower honey, plus California wildflower honey for bottle conditioning. ABV: 7.2%

 

THREE 3’S

GRASSCATCHER: ½ kegs | 1/6 kegs

Classic West Coast style “throwback” IPA is aggressively hopped (100+ IBU’s) with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. Deep copper color with a hint of haziness. Crisp and dry with layers of floral, citrus, and pine with a subtle dankness and lingering hop bitterness.  Well balanced for an “over the top” IPA! ABV: 7.1%

DDH SIPPY CUP: 1/6 kegs

All-American Pale Ale brewed with wheat and oats. Dry hopped during and post fermentation with Citra, Azacca, Centennial and Columbus for amped up notes of tropical fruit, pine and citrus. ABV: 6.2%

THREE BLOND MICE ½ kegs | 1/6 kegs

A hoppy blonde ale with generous late additions of Mosaic, Cascade, and Columbus creates a pleasant fruity hop flavor with low bitterness.  Light golden color and medium body, an easy drinking and approachable hops-oriented All American Blonde! ABV 4.7%

 

TRANSMITTER

JW1: 12/16 cases

Made with our friends over at J. Wakefield Brewing. DDH wheat beer that uses a wine yeast to add acidity and if finished with a Saison yeast to make it dry. Delicious, dank and citrusy with a notable grapefruit pith notes. ABV: 5.9%

NY1: 12/16 cases

Saison made with ingredients sourced from New York Maltsters and Hop Farms. Fresh Malt sweetness and light spiciness from malted rye make this beer balanced and quaffable. ABV: 5.8%

A2: 20L kegs

Brewery made candi sugar adds rich toffee flavors with a hints of fig and raisins. Enjoy with game, roast meats and campfires. ABV: 7.0%

BDG3: 20L kegs

Beer brewed with allspice and blood orange. The citrus additions give this traditional beer a modern twist. Notes of cinnamon clove and nutmeg interplay with the zest and juice of the blood oranges. ABV: 6.5%
