Deep in the oyster beds of Louisiana surfaces one Bad Mother Shucker – Abita’s Oyster Stout. This big, bold oyster stout brings pale, caramel, roasted and chocolate malts to the party, balanced by crisp Willamette hops and the sweet, full flavor of oats. The magic happens near the finish, when we add fresh Louisiana oysters to infuse a sea-salty essence that really rounds things out. Pair this bad boy with a chilled dozen on the half-shell or even as a satisfying after-dinner brew. ABV: 8.0%



DEATH BY UNICORN: 6/750mL bottles | 1/6 kegs

Ruby red and clear with a slightly fizzy, off-white head that lingers on the rim. Tart black currants, berries and crisp apples with a slight barnyard funk. Tart up front rounded out by a gentle sweetness. Black currant and crisp apples compliment each other nicely. Refreshing berries cover the tongue. A mild acidity compliments the tartness and balances with the sweetness. Medium body and a crisp finish with a lingering sweet/tart flavor. ABV: 6.0%



WINDOW SEAT: 4/6C cases

Just as cabin fever sets in, Window Seat Coconut Almond Porter airlifts you in a tropical escape. A satisfying late-winter brew that stirs thoughts of beach vacations, it’s a robust porter that’s loaded with real coconuts and almonds. Bon voyage! ABV: 6.0%

EIN STEIN: 4/6C cases

These days, our worlds move fast. As life speeds up, let time slow down with this Munich-style Helles. Classic German malts are balanced to perfect crispness with Hallertau Blanc hops and cool lager fermentation. By the liter or by the can, let the old world charm of this brilliant lager be your next great idea. ABV: 4.9%

HOP TRYST: 6/4C cases

It may be the worst kept secret in New England, but Baxter Brewing has been having a torrid love affair with hops. For Hop Tryst, we combined eight different exotic and exciting hops to let everyone know just how enamored we are. To keep the base of the beer fresh and clean, we used only lightly kilned malts while adding a touch of oats and wheat to lend some smoothness. We held off on adding almost all of the hops until the end to highlight the aromatic expressiveness of the hops, rather than their capacity for bitterness. If you feel anything like we do, you’ll crush on its crushability and savor the hop flavors. ABV: 6.4%

POST SECCO: 4/6C cases

Drawing inspiration from two of the world’s greatest fermentation traditions, German Sour Ales and Sparkling Wines, we crafted this genre crossing concoction. Kettle soured and then blended with a wheat centric ale fermented with Chardonnay grapes, peaches and pears, this one-of-a-kind beer is crisp and tart while showing beautiful depth of flavor and aromatics. This unexpected intersection of cultures opens exciting possibilities on the flavor frontier. ABV: 5.4%



HOP SHOVEL: 4/6 cases

Hop Shovel is dry, but with a soft and rounded mouthfeel achieved by using a high proportion of wheat and rye. Hop varieties Mosaic, Meridian, and Denali provide an abundance of flavor and aroma. ABV: 7.5%



WHITE OAK JAI ALAI: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs

A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character.  The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities. ABV: 7.5%

MADURO BROWN: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Maduro is a Northern English-style Brown Ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English Brown Ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable  Brown Ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars. ABV: 5.5%

A crisp and aromatic West Coast IPA made with a clean malt base that allows the grapefruit, orange and pine flavor of the hops to be showcased in both the aromatics and the taste. ABV: 7.0%



WOOD WERKS NO. 1: 24/12 cases | 1/6 kegs

WOOD WERKS BELGIAN-STYLE SOUR is our new lineup of limited edition barrel aged and sour beers. Kicking the series off in style, our Belgian-style tripel was artfully soured for 15 months in red-wine barrels and aged on plums. This rare spiced sour ale has notes of luscious stone fruit with a tart, dry finish and hint of French oak. ABV: 9.3%



DAISY CUTTER: 6/4C cases | 1/2 kegs

Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave.  It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery. At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many.  Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry. ABV: 5.2%

Proof that the entire arc of beer has been realized. We brew this beer because humans should drink clean,
lager beer without unnecessary adornment. For centuries, technically driven utility liquids have made people happy.  Its time consuming life cycle touches a special place in our quest as brewers. Bright lager aromatics, noble spiciness, botanicals, juniper, sweet pilsner malt chewiness, light bodied, really dry finish. ABV: 5.5%

GONEAWAY: 6/4C cases | 1/2 kegs

If you’ve been trailing us for a while, you know that GoneAway is a beer that’s had two other names that both succumbed to peril. This beer has classic IPA heft. Many hop forward beers of the modern are defined by omission.  GoneAway shines from raw material impact on both sides of the equatorial flavor hemispheres. Big grapefruit, green strawberry, resin, pine, dank, light honey, cracker, tropical mango/guava, assertive bitterness, pine sap, clean, dry finish. ABV: 7.0%

BIG HUGS: 1/6 kegs

Russian Imperial Coffee Stout. This beer is a thug. Available each year sometime in December, we work with Dark Matter Coffee to keep each batch as ruthless as it is tender. ABV: 10.0%

Why is the beer called Tuna?  We don’t know.  Just say it, “I’ll take a Tuna.”  It feels good.  The ocean is a magical place. The antipode to Navaja, Tuna is rife with attributes that make for ongoing pleasure without the heft.  Too much weight while exploring the ocean is dangerous. Watermelon, peach, guava. A denser body to hold up to the sweeter finish. Lemon lime citrus zest, tropical fruit juices. ABV: 4.7%

THE GRIP: 1/6 kegs

A Brett fermented ale, conditioned for 8 months. Extremely light bodies with soft mandarin orange and lemon. ABV: 6.1%

NAVAJA: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs

Navaja was the first Double IPA we brewed. It became a brewery favorite partly due to its potent and resinous attributes, but also due to its psychoactive impact. Sometimes you gently tap, sometimes you hammer. Spicy, herbal, piney, tropical, cut grass, sweet marmalade, corn bread, biscuity, boozy effect but not flavor, really dry. ABV: 10.0%

ORIN: 1/6 kegs

Orin was brewed to pound on the ceiling of lush character and opulence. Its recipe was an opportunity to introduce the richest raw materials without the confusion of elements you’d find in black beers of similar scale. An original gravity of 25º Plato begins its cellar course to a terminal 7º Plato.  Its total size and depth is amplified by 9 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels.
The sum is a 13.7% molasses colored ale that’s gigantic in impact and experience. ABV: 13.7%


A weightier tilt to the original Big Hugs recipe aged in bourbon barrels. A more dense, darker, and deeper experience. ABV: 12.0%

DAISY CAPRA: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

With an eternal grist, Capra pursues a totally new hop blend, based around the grigio-esque, raspberry and cantaloupe of Enigma. Citra, Equinot, Centennial and CTZ cut the rest of its tones, a dense and tropical edible arrangement. Daisy Capra will be released at our brewery locations on Friday, March 2nd in 4packs of 16oz cans. It will see full distribution the following week, hitting trusted beer vendors throughout Illinois, New York City, Philadelphia, and portions of Wisconsin. ABV: 7.5%




IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE 2005 ST. PATRICK’S DAY MASSACRE and in commemoration of the 20-day suspension that followed, Lagunitas brewed this especially bitter ale. See, the ABC conducted an undercover investigation of our brewery, finding us guilty of operating a “Disorderly House.” We did the crime. We did the time. We got the bragging rights. ABV: 9.6%




Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. Milk Stout Nitro is also good to go from the can with widget inside technology, or like a pro in a glass. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness. ABV: 6.0%

Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer. ABV: 6.0%

PEEPER: 12/16 cases

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

LUNCH: 12/16 cases

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

ANOTHER ONE: 12/16 cases

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. ABV: 7.0%




Mostly orange blossom honey, this mead is medium in sweetness, slightly acidic, and warming. ABV: 12.0%


A sweet subtle start with a spicy woody finish. One of the Meadery staff’s top picks. ABV: 12.0%



PARADISE PUCKER: 22oz. bottles

Paradise Pucker is inspired by the classic Hawaiian juice, infused with passion fruit, orange peels, and guava to create a delightful and refreshing sour ale. ABV: 6.0%

COLD BREW 2.0: 4/6C cases

Rogue Cold Brew 2.0 continues the exploration of our two favorite things, this time with a blonde ale. Brewed with Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ famous Cold Brew Coffee, this brew opens with a big hit of coffee aroma and flavor. As the nuances of the hops and malts come through the initial coffee blast, you’ll find yourself in awe of this flavor combination. ABV: 5.6%



ARLO: 20L kegs

Aromatic, grapefruit, lightly sparkling, and dry. Complex and assertive with a vibrant acidity. ABV: 6.2%



SCORPION BOWL: 12/22 cases | 1/6 kegs

To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire. ABV: 7.5%

IPA MADNESS BUZZER BEATER: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Our jumpshot isn’t pretty. And we’re no good when it comes to rebounding. In fact, you don’t want us anywhere near a basketball court. But when it comes to the perfect beer for taking it all in, we’ve got you covered. This beer has hops – a roster of 5, to be exact – added to the dry hop. Mandarina Bavaria & Mosaic provide the juicy orange flavors; Motueka, Citra & Helga assist the dank & piney aroma. Our brewers are known for drawing up big plays on big beers, and this one is no exception. Drink this fresh and go home a champion. ABV: 9.4%

FAHRT DIE ZIEGE: 1/1.5L bottles

A few years back, The Bruery released a delightful barrel-aged weizenbock called Ride That Goat, which served as the initial spark of inspiration for what you’re holding in your hand. In German, Ride That Goat loosely (with a dose of creative license) translates to “Fahrt die Ziege.” We’ll get back to that in a second. Our friends from up the Interstate 5 Freeway in Southern California took the slightly longer trip (even longer by goat, presumably) to Berlin to help us with this collaboration. Aged in barrels for four months, then brewed again, this time with fresh blueberries sourced in a moment of Gestalt, through pure Zeitgeist, from neighboring local Dörrwerk, The final blend is 2/3 aged and 1/3 fresh brewed, yet 100% full of San Diego bravado, Orange County creativity, and old-school-meets-neue-schule German brewing in Berlin. Phew. Admittedly “Reite Die Ziege” would be more accurate, but hey, Fahrt Die Ziege made us laugh. So we stuck with it. ABV: 11.5%



BANNER: 1/6 kegs

We call this Kolsch, our Golden Easy Ale because it says what it means and it means what is says. Inspired by a borough with a fierce work ethic, this Kolsch is the perfect brew for those who embrace the grind. Wheat and pilsner malts are balanced by German hops, giving this easy-drinker, a slight lemongrass bitterness. This is our beer for those who make stuff happen. ABV: 4.8%



OR XATA 2017: 12/25 cases | 1/6 kegs

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it’s much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it. ABV: 7.1%

GIRL GREY: 12/25 cases | 1/6 kegs

Top chef Brooke Williamson is a leader in redefining flavors and roles in the culinary world. We teamed with her to extend those contributions to the beer world with Girl Grey. This beer features the cool character of a Belgian-style ale, with sweet ribbons of almond flavors balanced by the piquant qualities of Earl Grey tea. It’s a creation for a new generation of beer lovers. Cheers! ABV: 8.5%



HANDSOME BULL: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs

From the windswept hills of PA comes Handsome Bull,a bold and full bodied farm-crafted Double India Pale Ale. Our brewmaster took the bulls by the horns and corralled some of the rarest and most sought after hops -Mosaic, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria,Waimea, and Calypso. These hops create the layers of the ale’s intense tropical flavors. Oats   and wheat are added to tame Handsome Bull allowing his hops to shine through. Pound for pound, the most full bodied flavor on our farm.  Handsome Bull is brewed and named in the spirit of Earl Groff, Grandfather and life-long cattle breeder! ABV: 8.3%
