PEACH BARREL WHEAT ALE: 6/4 cases |  1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Images of your real (or fanciful) old Kentucky home in bourbon country are conjured up with every sip, thanks to the brew’s six-week aging period in fresh Kentucky bourbon barrels. Our barrel-aging process balances hints of caramel and vanilla and subtle cereal notes with the juiciness of a fresh ripe peach, creating a golden color. Enjoy this light-bodied, refreshing offering before the bright rays of summer fade into fall. ABV: 8.0%

Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of six weeks. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale’s medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event. ABV: 5.5%

FESTINA PECHE: 4/6 cases

In addition to fermentation with an ale yeast, Berliner Weisse is traditionally fermented with lactic cultures to produce its acidic (or green apple-like) character. Served as an apertif or summertime quencher, Festina is delicately hopped and has a pale straw color. To soften the intense sourness, Berliner Weisse is traditionally served with a dash of essence of woodruff or raspberry syrup. ABV: 4.5%

Subtly sour and a little sweet, this ale is a refreshing take on a nearly extinct German style, gose. Watermelon is the highlight of this lightly-hopped treat and gives it a hint of satisfying juiciness. The soft mouthfeel and dry finish comes courtesy of the addition of sea salt, a traditional gose ingredient. ABV: 4.6%

A crisp and aromatic West Coast IPA made with a clean malt base that allows the grapefruit, orange and pine flavor of the hops to be showcased in both the aromatics and the taste. ABV: 7.0%

The big sister of the Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale. Lots of wheat for a curious malt complexity and leaving it light in color, but huge in flavor and satisfaction. It’s 50% malted barley and 50% wheatly-esque-ish-ness. It’s bigger, badder, and bolder. Cheers! ABV: 8.7%

I’M PEACH: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Who wants to kick fruit out of beer? Not us. When done right, adding orange or grapefruit or tangerine can contribute a deeper level of delicious complexity to the beer. In this case, peach was the perfect complement to enhance the substantial bill of hops in this double IPA. May its reign last more than a few terms. ABV: 8.8%

BUILT FOR THIS: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

A cloudy, juicy IPA with lots of tropical fruit flavor. One thing the Bronx isn’t short on is toughness. Its strong work ethic and no-nonsense attitude is why we chose to brew our beer here. And in the spirit of the character of the Bronx, we created this tough as nails, Northeast IPA. Full bodied, hazy with tastes of orange, mango, and pineapple, it’s a brew made big & bold like the borough that inspired it. ABV: 7.0%

A refreshingly sour and cloudy ale brewed with cucumber. We’re firm believers that it’s not about where you’re from, but where you stand. Character makes you who you are, wherever you go. That’s the philosophy we had in mind when making this Berliner Weisse. A classic German-style ale, brewed in The Bronx, using a heavy supply of cucumbers and a small dose of basil giving it a character all of its own. Enjoy it no matter Where You Stand. ABV: 4.5%

TROEGENATOR: 2/12C cases

Monks had fasting figured out. No food? No problem. Just drink a Double Bock. Thick and chewy with intense notes of caramel, chocolate and dried stone fruit, ‘Nator (as we call him) serves as a tribute to this liquid bread style. ABV: 8.2%

From the windswept hills of PA comes Handsome Bull,a bold and full bodied farm-crafted Double India Pale Ale. Our brewmaster took the bulls by the horns and corralled some of the rarest and most sought after hops -Mosaic, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria,Waimea, and Calypso. These hops create the layers of the ale’s intense tropical flavors. Oats and wheat are added to tame Handsome Bull allowing his hops to shine through. Pound for pound, the most full bodied flavor on our farm. Handsome Bull is brewed and named in the spirit of Earl Groff, Grandfather and life-long cattle breeder! ABV: 8.3%
