GUAYABERA: 1/6 kegs

Traditional throughout Latin America, the guayabera shirt combines style, functionality, form and tradition in it’s four-pocketed design.  We at Cigar City feel the same reverence and appreciation for the guayabera that we do for the Citra hop varietal, an ingredient that imparts notes of tangerine, lime and berries to this traditional American Pale Ale.  The exclusive use of Citra hops in this beer creates a flavor that’s at once unique and recognizable, while it’s dry, crisp character and moderate alcohol make it as refreshing and functional as a crisp linen guayabera. ABV: 5.5%

A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character.  The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities. ABV: 7.5%

NITRO MADURO: 1/2 kegs

Being the first beer we had ever brewed, Maduro English-style Brown Ale is truly Cigar City Brewing’s classic recipe. The classics, however, need occasional reconsideration. What better way to update our own classic than through nitrogen dispense to add a fuller body and temper some roastiness in Maduro’s complex chocolate and toffee malt character. Just when you thought Maduro English-style Brown Ale couldn’t get any better, it did. ABV: 5.5%

PUDDIN’ WINE: 1/6 kegs

This English-style Barleywine delivers an infusion of flavors through the addition of sultanas, cherries, black currants, plums, dark brown sugar and hazelnuts. Brewed with a blend of Maris Otter, Pils and dark crystal malts alongside a bit of toasted wheat, Puddin’ Wine is then rounded out by aging on Terra d’Oro Zinfandel Port barrels for a full 6 months. The result is a full-bodied beer brimming with notes of dark pit fruit, smooth caramel and toffee. ABV: 10.5%

SINGLE HOP IDAHO 7: 4/6 packs

Like the name states, this is a variety that originated on a small test plot in Idaho. Hop ‘test plots’ start out small, and expand each year as more plants can be planted from the original stock. This process can take up to 7 years. This has nothing to do with the 7 in the name Idaho 7, just a coincidence. As with the entire roster of our Single Hop Imperial IPA releases, this bad boy uses the same grain bill and yeast profile you are accustomed to coming in at the 8.0% ABV you’ve come to love. So what does the Idaho 7 hop bring to the table? How about a combination of tropical and citrus fruit notes (notably apricot, orange, papaya, grapefruit), complimented by big notes of resiny pine. Totally worth the wait. ABV: 8.0%

SESSION LAGER: 1/15C packs

This is the Session that started it all, with that retro-cool red label and rock-paper-scissors under the caps. Session Premium Lager is a beer that truly crosses boundaries, from blue collar to white, red state to blue, cocktail bar to bar-be-que. Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. ABV: 5.1%

SUCKS: 2/12 packs

This beer is a ‘cereal medley’ of barley, rye, wheat, and oats. Full of complexishness from the 4 grains, then joyously dry-hopped for that big aroma and resinous flavor. ABV: 8.0%

EROICA: 1/4 kegs

This is a Lagunitas-ified version of a traditional Flemish Farmouse ale, aged in red wine oak barrels and funkied up with Brettanomyces yeast. It’s a golden saison-sour with a nice tartness that leaves your buds quenched and wanting more. Proost! ABV: 7.4%

TROPICAL & JUICY: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 22 oz. bottles

Aromas of floral citrus and mango dominate this release. While the flavor leads with a burst of bright papaya, pineapple and tangerine, and finishes with hints of spice from the hops and a clean, sweet malt undertone. ABV: 8.5%

BOARD MEETING: 22 oz. bottles

Added in 2013 to the Port Brewing year-round lineup, Board Meeting is an amplified Brown Ale, brewed with liberal additions of coffee from local San Diego roasters, Ryan Brothers and cocoa nibs sourced from famed San Francisco chocolate maker TCHO. Deep coffee flavor gives way to layers of bitter dark chocolate and a creamy vanilla body. ABV: 8.0%

NEAPOLITAN MILK STOUT: 1/6 kegs | 6/4 packs

A creamy Milk Stout with all the brilliant flavors of Neapolitan Ice Cream in one glass. Taste the rich flavors of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry in this unique beer. ABV: 6.0%

The Saugatuck Stout Variety Pack includes Beam Me Up Stouty, Darker Than Your Soul Stout, Blueberry Maple Stout, and Neapolitan Milk Stout. ABV: 4.7% – 6.5%

Somersby Apple is refreshing cider made from fermented apple juice and natural apple flavouring. No artificial sweeteners, flavours or colourings. Its uniquely juicy apple taste makes it a tasty and natural choice for the relaxed moments with your friends. Best served over ice for maximum happiness… Enjoy! ABV: 4.5%

TANGERINE EXPRESS: 22 oz. bottles

Imagine the tropical haze of a lazy afternoon- into-evening. Your official duties for the day have been to maybe take a hike to a secluded waterfall, perhaps grill something, definitely chill with plenty of sand between your toes…and crack a phenomenal beer to complete the experience. Check, check, check again and…pfffft…check.  ABV: 6.7%

ZUPER MAGIK W00TSTOUT: 1/1.5L bottles

Since its inception in 2013, w00tstout has been the most awesomely colossal release we brew. For this special version, we knew we needed to make it unique, but we knew regular unique wouldn’t be enough…the challenge was how to make it extra fantastically w00ty unique. Thusly the conundrum: How do you brew a BIGGER, BOLDER version of the biggest thing you make? Our trio was ready to take on this very very real struggle. For humanity. For you. For the sheer weightiness of it all. That’s what heroes do. Collective brainpower produced the idea to go nuts and add almonds and halzelnuts in addition to pecans and use German whiskey barrels. ABV: 10%

MAD ELF: 4/6 packs

The holidays at Tröegs start with our inner Mad Elf momentarily taking over the brew deck. So blame “him” for this cheerful ruby red creation reminiscent of ripened cherries, raw honey and cocoa with notes of cinnamon, clove and allspice. ABV: 11%

TWO JUICY: 1/6 kegs | 6/4C packs

Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop. ABV: 8.2%

RIVAL IPA: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs | 4/6 packs

Contrary to its name, Rival’s ingredients work in perfect harmony for a bold, balanced IPA. The recipe starts with a base of pale crystal and rye malts, and Bravo and Nugget bittering hops. Then whole flower Chinook hops go into the hopback, extracting that signature pine character. Finally, Rival is dry hopped with Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Columbus hops, giving this amber-colored IPA a complex citrus profile. ABV: 6.2%
