SHOTGUN DOUBLE IPA: 22 oz. bottles

The shotgun house is a New Orleans classic. Fire a shotgun through the front door and it will pass out the back and never touch a wall…or so the story goes. Shotgun Double IPA is wall-to-wall hops with plenty of pale malt. Hopped in the brewhouse with multiple varieties including Amarillo and Centennial, then dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Cascade. A blast of intense flavors and aromas of pine, citrus and tropical fruit. ABV: 8.5%

BLACK FANG: bottles

Sweet and smooth with a full-bodied, dark berry wine character. Reminiscent of Spanish sangria and Garnacha grape wine. The creamy and carbonated mouthfeel finishes dry with a firm clove aftertaste. ABV: 6.0%

DUDES RUG: bottles

Sweet, baked apples followed by a vivid blend of clove and cardamom. Black tea rounds out the flavor and leaves little to no tannin. Medium-bodied with a crisp, red apple skin aftertaste. ABV: 5.5%

WINTER WHITE ALE: 4/6 cases | 6/4C cases | 1/4 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Fermented with a Belgian ale yeast, this blend of barley and wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices. Deliberately brewed to retain a cloudy appearance, Winter White is a beer for embracing winter. ABV: 5.0%

ARABICADABA: 4/6 cases | 1/4 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Arabicadabra is brewed with a cold coffee extract made at the brewery using a combination of fair trade, organic Nicaraguan coffee beans and Sumatra coffee beans. Lactose is also used for creaminess (those with dairy allergies or sensitivities should take note). It was inspired by Milchkaffe, another specialty Bell’s beer. ABV: 5.5%

WHITE: 6/4/16CN

The Glutenberg White’s distinction lies in its quinoa and amaranth composition, which endows it with a noticeable grainy profile, ensuring a steady mouth-feel. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your thirst. ABV: 5.0%

STOUT: 6/4/16C

Glutenberg Stout stands out by its opaque black color, its powerful cocoa bean accents and its unique toasted cereal flavors. Powerful notes of espresso, dark chocolate and ripe fruit, provided by the dark malt, give the beer a pleasant mouthfeel that will certainly not leave Stout connoisseurs insensitive. ABV: 5.0%

Brotherton Imperial Oatmeal porter infuses exceptional smoothness and richness into a traditional Porter. Heavy-handed oat additions to the grist create velvety richness and beautiful subtle sweetness in the malt character of this beer. Smooth, deep, rich with notes of roasted chocolate, complex toasted malts, and the slightest impression of smoke. ABV: 7.2%

Moonless Night was brewed with Midnight Wheat and Rye, and cold-steeped for several days on Columbian coffee beans from our friends at How You Brewin on Long Beach Island NJ. This imparted a tremendous character of citrus and soft acidity to the beer. We then dry-hopped Moonless Night at 150% our normal rate with Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Amarillo hops. It pours black-as-midnight-on-a-moonless-night, so call it what you will— Black IPA, Cascadian Dark Ale, India Black Ale—it doesn’t matter: the explosive, layered flavors and aromas of deep tropical citrus and resinous hop character do not judge! ABV: 7.2%

SPIRIT VT COMBO: 6/2 pack cases

Contains one 375mL bottles each of Barr Hill Gin and Tom Cat Gin, and a jar of Barr Hill Honey.

75 MINUTE IPA: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Now in our latest iteration, this classic IPA is again brewed with maple syrup from Sam’s family farm in Massachusetts, while being continually hopped throughout the boil, and then dry-hopped with a slew of cascade hops. The result is a malty and earthy brew with citrusy-pine aromas, balanced by subtle maple notes. ABV: 7.5%

SIRACUSA NERA: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

Combining a roasty Imperial Stout with a jammy Syrah wine, this beer is bold and complex. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate and anise from a blend of roasted malts meld with flavors of plums, cherries and stewed fruits from Syrah grape must in this jet black stout. Aged on American oak to add some light toasty vanilla to the mix. ABV: 10.0%

K-9 CRUISER: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs

Now is the winter of our content. In the bosom of the rug of the bear, warmed by the blaze of the fire, the idle pleasures of the night speak to you. Entertain the fair well-spoken days. Then, embrace the prophecies, libels and dreams of the longer nights. ABV: 7.4%

ALPHA INITIATIVE #4: 4/6 cases

Next up on the Alpha Initiative series! A Brut IPA brewed with Warrior, Sabro, and Citra hops. ABV: 7.0%

FAMILY DRAMA: 4/6 cases

Aunt ___ showing pictures of her ___ cats. Uncle ____ singing songs about his ____ divorce. Cousin ____ bragging about ____. And you can’t leave. It’s another Christmas adventure for the whole family. So, come on. One more. It’s a celebration. ABV: 8.4%

CURMUDGEON’S BETTER HALF: 25.4 oz. bottles

What tames an old ale like Curmudgeon? The tender embrace of oak and sweet maple, that’s what. The result is Curmudgeon’s Better Half, a harmonious matrimony of our deceptively smooth old ale brewed with molasses and time spent aging in bourbon barrels that have previously held maple syrup. Because all counterparts should be sweet, rich and utterly delicious. ABV: 12.7%

BRUT IPA: 1/6 kegs

Knee Deep’s 2 year Anniversary brew. The Imperial Tanilla was brewed with twice as many vanilla beans as its brother (Tanilla), which compliments this wonderfully balanced, yet full bodied brew with chocolate, vanilla and espresso flavors. ABV: 10.0%

BREAKING BUD: 6/4C cases

This is a true West Coast IPA.  A restrained malt profile of American 2-row, German wheat and a touch of English crystal give the beer its golden straw color and allows the hops to shine.  Mosaic, Simcoe and Columbus hops provide dank aromas and flavors of tropical fruit and pine leading to a refreshing dry finish. ABV: 6.5%

SPARKLING SWAN: 2/12 cases

This sparkling beer-wine hybrid is something new to toast to…brewed with red wine grapes and super bubbly like champagne, but with a gentle kiss of hops and a light malt backbone like a beer. It’s a purple people pleaser, perfect for any celebration. Share it with ‘buds this holidaze season. ABV:

Super smooth Milk Stout Nitro with aromatic spices. ABV: 5.0%

PIXAN PEPPER PORTER: 4/6C | 1/6 kegs

Dried cherry and plum flavors with subtle smoke, roasty malt sweetness and the warmth of chilis. ABV: 7.2%

25th ANNIVERSARY: 1/6 kegs

In 1993 we set out to change the world one pint at a time. For 25 years we have forged an independent path, building a stronger community and creating an employee-owned company founded on brewing the best beer we can make. Cheers for supporting us at Left hand and independent craft beer. ABV: 12.1%

PEEPER: bottles

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

LUNCH: 1/6 kegs

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

ANOTHER ONE: bottles

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration. ABV: 7.0%

WOODS & WATERS: 1/6 kegs

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us! ABV: 6.2%

ECOMIS DOUBLE IPA: 6/4C cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Ecomis DIPA is a hop monster, brewed with Apollo and Chinook for bittering, and focuses on the use of Simcoe in the middle flavor and late aroma hopping combined with Columbus for some more dankness and Calypso for some tropical and stone fruit additions. Dry hopped with 3.5 pounds of hops per barrel, a stupid amount of Simcoe and Citra hops were used over the course of two weeks and multiple dry hop additions in this small batch, very LIMITED beer. It also finishes dry as a bone and leaves you craving for more. ABV: 9.0%

BEER BARREL RYE: 6/750mL bottles

American Rye whiskey, twice-distilled and aged in new American oak barrels before finishing in Dragon’s Milk stout barrels. Aroma of vanilla and allspice lead to flavors of honey and almond, before a lingering, spicy finish. PROOF: 88

ALPENFLO: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs | 50L kegs

There’s your proof—ALPENFLO is 100% barley malt, with hops sourced directly from family farms in Bavaria, and brewed in horizontal tanks… with absolutely nothing to fizzle it out. We’re talking about the exact right conditions to create a bright, beautiful beer. ABV: 4.9%

MELTDOWN: 4/6C cases | 1/6 kegs | 50L kegs

Finally, a MELTDOWN that isn’t global. We’re talking about what’s going on in the hop cone – tons of Mosaic and Mandarina hops heated until the solid lupulin sap is diffused into a solution, As that liquid sap dissolves in gets more intense, but you can’t even see it happen. It changes stated of matter to change your state of mind. Finally, you reach saturation and haze starts to show. Your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you…that’s seriously pure hop juice oozing out of the can. Enough to melt you face! ABV: 7.8%

Stone Ruination IPA was the first full-time brewed and bottled West Coast Double IPA on the planet. As craft beer has evolved over the years, so too have techniques for maximizing hop flavors and aromas. When we updated this incarnation in 2015, we employed dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical, punk, metal & hard rock essence from the hops that give this beer its hugely assertive character. Now we’ve arrived at its newest evolutionary form by shoving it into the bottle unfiltered (aka sans filtre) and bringing it to you in its most excellently raw form. This beer has always been unbridled. Now it’s unfiltered. ABV: 8.5%

XOCOVEZA: 22 oz. bottles

There’s nothing like making a beer so beloved that people feel compelled to campaign for its return. So, in the spirit of the holiday season, we are very pleased to give our fans the number one item on their wish lists. As illustrated by the avalanche of social media requests, that is Stone Xocoveza, an insanely delicious take on Mexican hot chocolate brewed with cocoa, coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. First brewed in 2014 with San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker after his recipe won our annual homebrew competition, this imperial stout is layered with smooth roastiness, semisweet chocolate and a touch of spice. Thanks entirely to you, this creamy, mocha stout has gone from initially being a one-time offering to a yearly tradition. Happy holidays from all of us to all of you…and feel free to continue enjoying it long into the spring and summer, as this gem will age beautifully and is definitely not exclusive to the winter season! ABV: 8.1%

Doesn’t a beer taste best after a hard day’s work? We sure think so. And that’s why nothing makes us happier than seeing guests fill our taproom after the whistle blows. This crisp, refreshing pilsner brings a little extra with hops that add subtle spicy and citrus flavors we think you deserve. Crack this one open. You’ve earned it. ABV: 5.4%

STEEP ASIDE: 1/2 kegs

A pale ale brewed to perfect balance with a blend of teas. New York City can be tough to navigate. Congested sidewalks. Crowded subway platforms. City traffic. But when you step into the right lane in life, all that noise just moves aside. With that in mind, we brewed this pale ale with a blend of 3 different teas, giving it a ligthly balanced, earthy herbal taste that’s just right on the palate. So whatever’s in your way should just Steep Aside. ABV: 5.7%

LUCID DREAMS: 1/6 kegs

American session DIPA brewed with heavy additions of oats, wheat, and Vienna. Hopped aggressively with Citra, Calypso, and Columbus for a dank, citrusy explosion. ABV: 7.5%

DRENCHED: 1/6 kegs

Straw colored India Pale Ale bursting with juicy American (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic) hops is filled with flavors and aroma of Peach, Mango, and Citrus juices. Smooth and balanced with a soft bitterness. Insanely drinkable! ABV: 6.3%

KAOS IPA: 1/6 kegs

A chaotic collision of styles brings us Kaos! A Bold India Pale Ale that combines classic West Coast hop bittering with east coast focus on flavor and aroma, creating a uniquely crafter IPA with astonishing balance. ABV: 6.5%

BONS VOEUX: 25.4 oz. bottles | 1/6 kegs

This Bons Vœux is coppery blond, has very fine hoparomas and tastes bitter, fruity and mild. Our selection of yeasts, in combination with a longduring riping process, on a “dry hopping” base, are creating a typical and complex aroma and taste. ABV: 9.5%

Our Roadsmary’s Baby is made using hand selected, fresh-from-the-distillery Caribbean rum barrels. We took these barrels and aged it even longer to create this frightfully good Roadsmary’s Other Baby. The extra aging results in an OTHER-wordly brew with even more wood and rum character. ABV: 9.7%

TWO JUICY: 1/6 kegs

Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop. ABV: 8.2%

BLASPHEMY: 12/25 cases

Blasphemy, 11.8% ABV, is our QUAD aged in bourbon barrels which gives it gentle vanilla notes that complement rather than supersede the complex qualities that already make QUAD such an incredible beer. ABV: 11.8%
