BREW FREE! OR DIE: 1/6 kegs

Brew Free! or Die IPA is brewed with some serious west coast attitude. This aromatic golden IPA starts with three different hops to the nose, quickly balanced by a solid malt backbone supporting the firm bitterness. Our top selling beer at the pub, this IPA starts big and finishes clean leaving you wanting more. ABV: 7.0%

Speedway Stout’s ominous, pitch-black appearance has become a hallmark of this modern-day classic. Chocolate and roasted malts dominate the flavor, supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. A healthy dose of locally-roasted coffee added to each batch brings out the beer’s dark chocolate flavors and enhances its drinkability. Despite its intensity, Speedway Stout’s fine carbonation and creamy mouthfeel make it very smooth and surprisingly easy to drink. This beer ages very well and will continue to mature for many years to come. ABV: 12.0%

DAWN SPEED: 1/6 kegs

EVIL DEAD RED: 1/6 kegs

Each Halloween we release this special concoction, Evil Dead Red Ale, to celebrate one of our favorite holidays. Deep blood-red in color, an intense aroma of pine and citrus from an abundance of American hops balances the sweetness and rich, bready flavors of this beer’s caramel malts. The result is a fiendishly smooth brew that will make your taste buds scream with delight. ABV: 6.66%

GANACHE: 6/12 cases | 1/6 kegs

The liquid equivalent of biting into a raspberry-filled dark chocolate cake. Aromas suggesting mixed berry and roasty cocoa meld with flavor notes of tart raspberry, cherry, and subtle coffee. Even without the addition of chocolate, Ganache gains its cocoa notes from a robust grain bill featuring Special B, caramel malt, raw wheat, oats, our 2-row base malt, Midnight wheat, and black malt. This dark burgundy-colored beer is fermented in stainless with both our house yeast and Brettanomyces claussenii before aging on fresh, local raspberries. No utensils necessary. ABV: 7.5%

TROOPER RED N’ BLACK: 12/16 cases

TROOPER RED ‘N’ BLACK Porter is the first dark beer in the TROOPER ranks and a modern take on a recipe dating back centuries. Named after a track from the latest Iron Maiden album ‘The Book Of Souls’, the red and black colour comes from the blend of chocolate and crystal malt which gives this full bodied beer a roasted malt and caramel backbone.  The special Robinsons’ yeast provides hints of both liquorice and honey character to create a delicious warming brew. ABV: 6.8%

GO PLAY IPA: 1/6 kegs

Go Play IPA sports juicy, tropical, and dank aromas, fueled by dry-hop additions of Vic Secret, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops. Better yet, sodium and potassium help activate this motivated, lively India Pale Ale. ABV: 5.5%

THIRD COAST OLD ALE: 4/6 cases | 1/4 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Third Coast Old Ale starts with a rich, caramel base, and finishes with a heavy hop bitterness. Sharply intense at first, it will age gracefully, adding complexity and subtlety in your cellar. Go ahead, test your patience. ABV: 10.2%

PENNSYLVANIA TUXEDO: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

A spruce-infused pale ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo pays homage to the flannel-suited hunters and gatherers who dwell deep in the backcountry of north-central PA. Brewed in collaboration with family-run outdoor clothing company Woolrich, Pennsylvania Tuxedo is a sessionable concoction with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer notes of fresh green spruce tips. We went into the forests of north-central Pennsylvania and Georgetown, Del., to pick these fresh tips ourselves. A dry yet doughy malt backbone lets the hops and spruce shine while still balancing out the bitterness, making this one an easy sipper. ABV: 8.5%

Epic’s cellar contains many curiosities and one of kind beers. These extremely limited sour releases are fruited and aged in oak for months until our brewmaster decides they’re at their peak. Each release is unique and range from light to dark with a large variety of fruit. Check the release notes for specifics. This batch is aged with cherries, blackberries, and currants. ABV: 8.5%

DRAMA JUICE: 4/6C cases

These juicy, hazy, hop bombs are packed to the brim with flavor. In fact, we’ve been downright irresponsible when it comes to hop utilization. Our brewers have been experimenting with everything from lupulin powder, to massive hop backs, exploring the flavor synergies of fermentation hopping, and literally cramming in more dry hops then our tanks can even hold. Our New England-Style IPA rotates through different recipes and hop charges as we source new and interesting hop varieties.  See the side of the can for indicators about each new recipe. ABV: 7.0%

TART & JUICY: 4/6C cases

We’ve combined the clean, puckering tartness of kettle souring with an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops to create a beer that’s the best of both worlds – Tart n’ Juicy Sour® IPA.

The essence of the fall!  This beer explodes with aromas of sweet spices giving way to chocolate and roasted malt.  Flavors are reminiscent of fresh-cut pumpkin and chocolate and complimented by hints of clove, fresh Madagascar vanilla beans, nutmeg and allspice.

BIG BAD BAPTIST: 22 oz. bottles

One Big Bad Imperial Stout with Cocoa nibs and Coffee beans. Each season’s release uses a different dark roasted coffee.

LUNCH: 12/16 cases | 1/6 kegs

TINY BEAUTIFUL SOMETHING: 12/19 cases | 1/6 kegs

“Most people are on the world, not in it –  have no conscious sympathy or relationship to anything about them – undiffused, separate, and rigidly alone like marbles of polished stone, touching but separate.” ABV: 5.5%

MO: 12/16 cases

Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer. ABV: 6.0%

DEATH BY COCONUT: 6/4 cases | 1/6 kegs

Intense pure liquid cacao flavors swirl with popping coconut aromas, all supported by a semi-sweet porter made from loads of our dark chocolate and extra dark caramel malt. This limited release specialty comes around once a year to satisfy that sweet tooth, so get ’em while you can before they disappear. At 6.5% ABV and 25 IBUs, this choconut goodness will have you yellin’ “Pass. Dash. Hit.” all winter long. ABV: 6.5%

MAMA’S LITTLE YELLA: 12/19 cases

Yaya raised a rebel who grew up to have dirt on his face, sweat on his brow, and beer in his blood. That’s why Mama’s Little Yella Pils is an uncompromising, hand crafted version of the great Pilsner beers of Bavaria and Bohemia.  Unlike mass market pilsners diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built on pilsner and honey malt then hopped with Saaz and Aramis hops. While it’s rich with flavor, its 33 IBUs and 4.7% ABV make it a luxurious but low-dose (by Oskar Blues standards) refresher. It’s damn good, crushable beer. Take two and call us in the morning. ABV: 4.7%

PINNER: 1/6 kegs

Our PINNER Throwback IPA is as close as you’re ever gonna get to tasting some twisted up calm in the Oskar Blues chaos. We crammed so much damn aroma—and boatloads of hop & malt flavor—into this beer, but we kept it crushable too. At 4.9% ABV and 35 IBUs, this edgy-yet-easygoing, drinkable IPA uses an array of hops to target its ever-evolving flavor. With tropical fruits, citrus juices, pineapple and spice berry up front in the aroma and flavor, the biscuit & toasted bread at the back balance out all the hops and make for a great finish just in time to blaze on to your next can of PINNER. ABV: 4.9%

FUGLI: 1/2 kegs

Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan. ABV: 5.8%

Our citrusy and refreshing Berliner Weisse is a modern take on a true Berlin classic. Brewed using the same traditional lactic acid cultures as the Berlin brewers of the 1920’s, our Berliner Weisse is a bright and sparkling thirst-quencher. The beer embodies the liveliness of summer with the fruity tang of lemon and melon and the tartness of rhubarb and gooseberries. To ensure a properly Stone (and therefore iconoclastic) Berliner Weisse, we upped the ABV to a healthy 4.7% and hopped the beer with new German varieties, Huell Melon and Callista. ABV: 4.7%

ParaXtranormal: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

It’s no secret that at Stone Brewing we love hops. We also love using other REAL ingredients. This special draft-only release combines real mandarin orange and pineapple with a more-than-generous addition of hops. Using London Ale III yeast gives this beer some added body that serves as a jumping-off point for the fruit and hops. It’s juicy, ultra-refreshing and of course….hoppy! ABV: 7.7%

An English Style Porter brewed with UK malts and hops and conditioned on local “La Columbe” coffee. Velvety smooth with distinct coffee and chocolate notes. ABV: 6.4%

DEVIL IN I: 1/6 kegs

Make amends. At 6.66% abv, the Devil is not for the superstitious. Hazy and brown in appearance, with a sweet hint of roastiness, Devil is like nothing we’ve brewed before. Crawling with tons of Simcoe and Amarillo, and tickled with Mosaic and Citra, Devil is sneakily complex. So sip inside, and taste the Devil in I! ABV: 6.66%

HOPPY MARZEN: 6/4C | 1/6 kegs

This Amber Lager is dry-hopped with copious amounts of Hüll Melon hops, Mandarina Bavaria hops notes of melon and citrus give this marzen a beautiful aroma while not being overly bitter. ABV: 6.4%

RIVAL: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

When it comes to full-bodied IPAs, Rival’s complex yet drinkable flavor profile is in a league of its own. Rival recipe starts with a base of Pale Crystal and rye malts, and Bravo and Nugget bittering hops. Then whole flower Chinook hops go into the hopback, extracting that signature pine character. Finally, Rival is dry hopped with Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Columbus hops, giving this amber-colored IPA a complex citrus profile. Rival IPA’s new look pays homage to old school Philly team colors, including a subtle reference to Veteran’s Stadium—the former battleground of so many of our city’s historic sports rivalries. ABV: 6.2%
