ABITA

BLUEBERRY WHEAT: 4/6 cases | 1/4 kegs

This crisp wheat beer has the aroma and flavor of fresh Louisiana blueberries. It’s brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and hopped with German Perle hops, then the juice from local blueberries is added to complement the toasty malt flavor. All of our Harvest Series brews are made with the finest Louisiana-grown ingredients keeping us Louisiana True. ABV: 4.4%

 

ALLAGASH

LIL BRETT: 6/4 | 1/6 kegs

Much of the aroma and flavor of Little Brett comes from its fermentation in stainless with our house strain of 100% Brettanomyces yeast. One malt, our 2-row barley blend, and one hop, Mosaic, add to its simple, yet balanced characteristics. Little Brett comes out a straw-colored beer featuring an aroma bursting with pineapple and notes of bread crust. Pineapple continues through the flavor with additional notes of fresh cut grass. A mild tartness in the finish is rounded out by a pleasant hoppiness. ABV: 4.8%

 

BREWDOG

LOST LAGER: 4/6C

Unicorns are the national animal of Scotland, our homeland. They are also our inspiration behind our audacious approach to alternative altruism, dubbed the unicorn fund. We brewed this very beer to celebrate the impact that the unicorn has on the world around us. ABV: 4.7%

 

BROTHERTON

JERSEY BLUE GOSE: 1/6

A tart German- style wheat ale brewed with local blueberries and Himalayan pink sea salt. Crisp, dry and refreshing with a salty and sour finish.

FRESH PICKINS: 1/6

A hoppy session ale brewed with Saccharomyces “bruxellensis” Trois yeast. Dry hopped lavishly with fresh Centennial, Chinook and Cascade harvested locally from East Coast Hops in Southampton, NJ and added to the beer immediately. 

 

CIGAR CITY

MADURO BROWN: 1/6 | 1/2

Maduro is a Northern English-style Brown Ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English Brown Ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable  Brown Ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars.

 

FINGER LAKES

MACKENZIE RYE: 6/750mL

McKenzie Rye Whiskey is made from local rye grain and is distilled using old-time techniques. We age this whiskey in new charred oak casks and finish in sherry barrels from local wineries. The sherry balances the spiciness of the rye and also gives a nod to the wine region where this whiskey is produced.

MACKENZIE BOURBON: 6/750mL

McKenzie Bourbon Whiskey is a very rich bourbon with just enough rye spice to complement the subtle sweetness. A local variety of corn makes 70% of the mash bill. 

 

FUNK

CITRUS IPA: 46CN | 1/6

A beautifully crafted, bright, and juicy IPA brewed with grapefruit, blood orange, and loads of late additions american hops.

 

HALF ACRE

GONEAWAY: 6/4C | 1/6 | 1/2

If you’ve been trailing us for a while, you know that GoneAway is a beer that’s had two other names that both succumbed to peril.  This beer has classic IPA heft. Many hop forward beers of the modern are defined by omission.  GoneAway shines from raw material impact on both sides of the equatorial flavor hemispheres. Big grapefruit, green strawberry, resin, pine, dank, light honey, cracker, tropical mango/guava, assertive bitterness, pine sap, clean, dry finish.

DAISY CUTTER: 6/4C | 1/6 | 1/2

Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave.  It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery.At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many.  Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry.

Proof that the entire arc of beer has been realized.  We brew this beer because humans should drink clean, lager beer without unnecessary adornment.  For centuries, technically driven utility liquids have made people happy.  Its time consuming life cycle touches a special place in our quest as brewers. Bright lager aromatics, noble spiciness, botanicals, juniper, sweet pilsner malt chewiness, light bodied, really dry finish. 

TUNA: 6/4C | 1/6 | 1/2

Why is the beer called Tuna?  We don’t know.  Just say it, “I’ll take a Tuna.”  It feels good.  The ocean is a magical place.  The antipode to Navaja, Tuna is rife with attributes that make for ongoing pleasure without the heft.  Too much weight while exploring the ocean is dangerous. Watermelon, peach, guava. A denser body to hold up to the sweeter finish. Lemon lime citrus zest, tropical fruit juices.

 

IRONBOUND

DEVIL’S HARVEST: 4/6C | 1/6 | 1/2

Ironbound Hard Cider brewed with sour cherries, wild cranberries from the NJ Pine Barrens, and a hint of white pepper.

 

LANCASTER

PUMPKIN PIE: 4/6 | 1/6

Have your pie and drink it too! Bold in flavor with a deep amber color, our big Baked Pumpkin Ale is sure to remind you of Grandma’s pumpkin pie. Its lasting vanilla finish will leave your taste buds craving another.

 

LAGUNITAS

MOZANGO: 12/22 | 1/4 | 1/2

We’ve got a big juicy secret for ya. Word on the street is this ale’s loaded with bunches of earth-floral Mosaic and citrusy-piney Simcoe hops AND sources tell us it’s even packing some fresh mango juice in the mix. Like a smooth and aromatic tropicalian punch, right in the kisser…Mozango!

 

MAINE BEER

TINY BEAUTIFUL SOMETHING: 1/6

a tiny beautiful something showcases a new hop variety, El Dorado. We started playing around with this hop last year. We brewed a pilot batch with this hop exclusively and one with it blended with some of our other favorite Northwest varieties. In the end, we decided that the El Dorado had such a unique and interesting character on its own, so we decided to brew it as a “single hop” pale ale. The aroma and flavor offer intense candied orange and citrus zest. A touch of flaked oats provide a rounded, silky mouthfeel. And like our other hoppy offerings, tiny was brewed to finish dry and clean.

WOODS & WATERS: 1/6

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us!

NESHAMINY CREEK

PUNKLESS DUNKEL: 1/6 | 1/2

You may know this beer by it’s previous name, Punkel Dunkel Pumpkin Wheat Ale.  It’s also been called a lot of other names as well: Pumpkin Dunkel, Pumpkinweizen, etc.  Whatever you’ve called it in the past, we know that regardless of what it’s called, this is one of the most popular, if not the most popular seasonal beer we make.  When we set out to create what we hoped was a unique pumpkin beer we decided to brew an imperial version of our Dunks Ferry Dunkelweizen, but in an unabashedly American way by adding pumpkin to the mash and your favorite pumpkin pie spices to the kettle. We add dark brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to the boil as well to pair with the banana esters and spicy clove imparted by the yeast during fermentation. At 8.8% ABV it’s no slouch either. Always released after Labor Day, Punkless Dunkel doesn’t last long as the crisp Autumn nights make way to Winter just around the corner.  Do the seasons even change in Texas?

 

REDSTONE MEADERY

PASSION FRUIT NECTAR: 

Tropical front, tartness in the middle of the palate, and mild, spicy, dry finish.

NECTAR OF HOPS: 

A dry hopped version of our Nectar! Intriguing blend of hoppiness, with citrus and floral flavors, and honey.

RASPBERRY NECTAR: 

Our first mead, first released in July 2001. Black Raspberry Nectar is still our most popular mead! With the mouth feel and texture of beer and the light taste of a lower alcohol mead, this nectar is the very definition of “refreshing!”

TRADITIONAL MOUNTAIN HONEY: 

Mostly orange blossom honey, this mead is medium in sweetness, slightly acidic, and warming. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Experimentation encouraged!

VANILLA BEAN HONEY: 

A Metheglin-style mead made with 2 parts alfalfa honey with 1 part wildflower honey and infused with real vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. Annual “Winter Solstice” celebration mead. Smooth, easy to drink, and tastes exactly as it sounds! Serve at room temperature, mulled, chilled, or over ice! Ages well!  

SUNSHINE NECTAR: 

Gold Medal Winner in the Hydromel category (less than 10% alcohol) at the 2003 International Mead Festival! Made with the addition of apricot puree for a dryer, tart, more traditional tasting mead.

APPLE NECTAR: 

A Cyser (honey & apples): rounded apple flavor with some acidic bite leading into delightful honey notes. Like biting into an apple (but better)!

 

ROGUE

PUMPKIN PATCH ALE: 25oz. bottles | 1/6

Formerly Chatoe Rogue Pumpkin Patch Ale. The newest addition to the Chatoe Rogue series is Pumpkin Patch Ale, a beer made using fresh pumpkins grown in a patch that borders Rogue’s 42 acre hop yard. The pumpkins are picked, loaded into Rogue’s farm truck, driven immediately 77 miles to our brewery in Newport, quickly roasted, and pitched into the brew kettle to create a batch of Pumpkin Patch Ale.

 

SAUGATUCK

THE BRUERY/BRUERY TERREUX

MISCHEIF: 6/4C | 1/6 | 1/2

Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out. Gold Medal – 2016 Great American Beer Festival, American-Belgo-Style Ale.

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it’s much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.    

ORCHARD WIT: 12/12 | 1/6 | 1/2

This is how a beer from our backyard in Orange County should taste: refreshing, crisp and original. Orchard Wit is a tart wheat beer, brewed with orange zest and coriander, and aged in an oak foeder for several months. It’s designed to showcase the culture of our farmhouse-style brewery through maturation in oak and fermentation with several yeast strains, namely Bavarian Wit, Belgian Wit and French Saison yeast, and our house souring culture. It’s a combination that’s fresh with subtle complexity, balancing the classic, spiced and fruity characteristics of a Belgian-style wit with the soft – and wild – touch from oak.

Barrel aged imperial stout blended with a pastry imperial stout with coconut and vanilla added.

WETHER: 12/25 | 1/6

This blend of barrel-aged and fresh ale presents a more quaffable version of our weizenbock.

 

THREE 3’S

BUGG JUICE: 1/6

Combining a sweet malt backbone with a massive amount of hop flavor and aroma, creating our version of the “Juicy IPA” Aggressively hopped with Citra, Azacca, Mosaic and Centennial… each mouthful explodes with notes of mango, papaya, grapefruit and pine resin.

THIS IS HOPS: 1/6

Pouring a hazy pale golden color, this India Pale Ale is distinctively dank, pungent, and juicy. Brewed in the New England style with Mosaic and Columbus, it bursts with flavors and aromas of juicy mango, passion fruit, and citrus.

 

 

WEYERBACHER

TINY: 6/4

TINY is a Belgian inspired Imperial Stout weighing in at 11.8% ABV. You’ll find big chocolate and roasted notes, balanced with the Belgian flavors from the Abbey yeast strain. This beer is very smooth and lacks the astringency you sometimes find in these Imperial Stouts.
