FIRESIDE CHAT: 4/6 cases | 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Like FDR’s Depression-era radio addresses, which were like a kick in the butt and a hug at the same time, our Fireside Chat is a subtle twist on the traditional seasonal brew. We begin with a rich, dark, English-style ale and then we improvise with spices until we know we have a beer worth sharing with the nation. Fireside Chat is our holiday seasonal available from November through December in six pack cans and on draft. Brewed like a classic, warming Strong Ale but with a subtle blend of hand-selected spices for just the right festive flair. ABV: 7.9%

CHRISTMAS ALE: 4/6 cases | 1/4 kegs

Our Christmas Ale is a brown ale that is brewed with six types of malted barley and fermented with American Ale yeast. It is brewed with pale malt as well as a combination of caramel, biscuit, Munich, and chocolate malts. It is hopped and dry hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo and has a nice piney and citrus hop flavor and aroma. The result is a flavorful brown ale that is sweet and malty with a pleasant hop aroma. ABV: 5.8%

CHRISTMAS ALE: 4/6 cases | 1/4 kegs | 1/2 kegs

WHITE: 6/4/16C cases

The Blanche is a completely unique interpretation of a classic style of Belgian inspiration. Traditionally brewed with wheat, Glutenberg renewed the style entirely to put forward a 100% gluten- and wheat-free beer, a tour de force of which only we hold the recipe. The Glutenberg White’s distinction lies in its quinoa and amaranth composition, which endows it with a noticeable grainy profile, ensuring a steady mouth-feel. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your thirst. ABV: 5.0%

STOUT: 6/4/16C cases

Glutenberg Stout stands out by its opaque black color, its powerful cocoa bean accents and its unique toasted cereal flavors. Powerful notes of espresso, dark chocolate and ripe fruit, provided by the dark malt, give the beer a pleasant mouthfeel that will certainly not leave Stout connoisseurs insensitive. ABV: 5.0%

DRIP DOWN: 1/6 kegs

Made in the same obsessively aromatic style as all of our hop-forward ales, Drip Down is named for it’s saturated hop character.  Golden, silky palate, soft bitterness, and massive indications of deep pine resin, citrus-peach juice, gooseberry, bright white grape, and tart kiwi. ABV: 6.9%

GREEN EARTH: 1/6 kegs

Green Earth is our newest American Pale Ale made in the same obsessively aromatic style as all of our hoppy ales.  Brewed with rye, oats, and Munich malt, this beer emanates the depth of our beloved American hops…Simcoe and Citra.  Massive flavors and aromas of intense fresh pine, juicy, resinous grapefruit and mango, fresh-cut grass, and deep, dank, earthy orange flesh. The Green covers the Earth, and makes us all smile. ABV: 5.6%

IPA: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

Brotherton IPA is golden hop magic in liquid form. This beer is named for its insanely juicy and intense hop flavors. As with all of our hop-driven beers, Brotherton IPA is gloriously unfiltered to retain every drop of hop goodness we’ve put so much effort into creating. Jersey Devil Double IPA is our statement of what a Double IPA can be. Made in the hazy, obsessively aromatic Northeast style, and showcasing intense aromas and flavors of classic American hops with soft, drying bitterness and gentle malt character that makes the mouth water. Jersey Devil Double IPA is soft and juicy, with intense aromas of peachy tangerine juice, pine resin, and dank earthy-green hops! ABV: 8.4%

Brotherton Imperial Oatmeal porter infuses exceptional smoothness and richness into a traditional Porter. Heavy-handed oat additions to the grist create velvety richness and beautiful subtle sweetness in the malt character of this beer. Smooth, deep, rich with notes of roasted chocolate, complex toasted malts, and the slightest impression of smoke. ABV: 7.2%

Moonless Night was brewed with Midnight Wheat and Rye, and cold-steeped for several days on Columbian coffee beans from our friends at How You Brewin on Long Beach Island NJ. This imparted a tremendous character of citrus and soft acidity to the beer. We then dry-hopped Moonless Night at 150% our normal rate with Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Amarillo hops. It pours black-as-midnight-on-a-moonless-night, so call it what you will— Black IPA, Cascadian Dark Ale, India Black Ale—it doesn’t matter: the explosive, layered flavors and aromas of deep tropical citrus and resinous hop character do not judge! ABV: 7.2%

VINIFEROUS: 1/6 kegs

Brewed with pils malt, malted wheat, flaked oats and fermented with Riesling and Viognier grape must, this beer/wine hybrid fuses the hoppiness of an IPA with the fruity complexity of a dry white wine. German hop varieties, Blanc and Huell Melon, along with Australian Galaxy hops are added to provide notes of honeydew melon, white grape and tropical fruit. ABV: 6.0%

SIXTY ONE: 1/6 kegs

Whenever Dogfish Head President Sam Calagione and his neighborhood friends gather for drinks, they give each other a big ol’ man-hug and order a round of 60 Minute IPA. A few years ago, Sam also ordered a glass of his favorite red wine and poured a little into each pint of 60 Minute. They all dug the combination of fruity complexity and pungent hoppiness, and the blend became a beloved tradition. ABV: 6.5%

‘Tis the season for family, friends and IPAs! Why IPAs, you ask? Think of the citrusy and piney characteristics this style is known to bring to the table, and then think about those foods you’ll be bringing to the table. IPAs have a tendency to pair with an assortment of holiday favorites – everything from shrimp cocktail to chicken wings, and a little ham in-between.

Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA.  At 50 IBU’s and 6.5% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic.  Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank.  A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. ABV: 6.5%

Super Cluster is a Citra-Hopped Mega Ale of intergalactic proportions. Everything we’ve learned about making hop-forward beer: Pale, cold, alcoholic, and bitter. ABV: 8.0%

PEEPER: 1/6 kegs

After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! ABV: 5.5%

LUNCH: 1/6 kegs | 12/16 cases

Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence. Keep on swimming! ABV: 7.0%

If Dave’s not in the office, he’s out on a cycling adventure. And he’s almost certainly drinking a beer afterwards. We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. We brewed this session IPA as a refreshing post ride snack with notes and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, mixed berries, and grassy pine. Cheers to every ride! ABV: 4.9%

MO: 12/16 cases

Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer. ABV: 6.0%

“Most people are on the world, not in it –  have no conscious sympathy or relationship to anything about them – undiffused, separate, and rigidly alone like marbles of polished stone, touching but separate.”  -John Muir. ABV: 5.5%

HOTBOX NITRO: 1/2 kegs

This porter (6.4% ABV, 30 IBUs) is based on massive malt flavors of roasted nuts, crème brulee, cocoa, and caramel, extracted from English and German roasted and caramel malts. Hotbox Roasters then crashes the party and infuses potent, cold brew coffee from beans sourced from South America that deals out flavors and aromas of dark plums, chocolate, and tobacco. ABV: 6.4%

TRIPLE SEC: 1L bottles

CHRISTMAS ALE: 4/6 cases

Each year, setting the festive spirit, our brewers follow the time-honored tradition by creating this winter warmer, our Christmas Ale. This nontraditional holiday tradition has sweet caramel malts and a spicy richness from an infusion of orange peel, ginger root and juniper. It’s an enticing respite to winter and has proven to be a crowd favorite all around the country. ABV: 8.0%

COFFEE STOUT: 4/6 cases

In our early beginnings, the staff of Kaldi’s Coffee would come to the Tap Room and order a shot of espresso to accompany a pint of Oatmeal Stout. It didn’t take us long to realize that combination was a match made in heaven. Using premium French Roast beans from St. Louis’ Kaldi’s Coffee, we create a cold toddy to extract the best qualities from the beans before blending it with our stout to create a smooth, slightly sweet, bold beer with earthy aromas of roasted barley, chocolate and coffee. ABV: 5.7%

MOJAY IPA: 1/6 kegs | 1/2 kegs

This year marks the 10th American Homebrewers Association Rally held at Stone and the hazy New England-style IPA has descended upon the craft beer industry. To put a familiar twist on this new trend, fiancés Corey Magers and Elizabeth Bakas went for an East-West hybrid, brewing a hazy hop bomb with more bitterness than a typical NEIPA. Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops elicit a fresh-squeezed OJ quality, in a combination of pellet hops and cryo hops for more clean flavors and less roughness. Mosaic + OJ = Mojay. Forget mimosas – this one is perfect for a lazy Sunday. ABV: 7.6%

BOOM BOOM IPA: 4/6C cases

This is one of the more explosive IPA’s we’ve ever brewed so it was no surprise when our brewers described it as the Boom Boom when it came off the line. It’s got a heavy hop aroma with a slightly tart, gentle bitter taste. The big hop aroma and 8.1% ABV makes this brew go Boom Boom. ABV: 8.1%
