ABITA
STRAWBERRY LAGER 2/12C
Abita Strawberry Harvest is a lager brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops. Real Louisiana strawberry juice is added after filtration resulting in a crisp lager with a sweet strawberry flavor, aroma and haze. It is wonderful with desserts or lighter fare such as salads and pastas. ABV: 4.2%

ALLAGASH
VICTOR 1/6 kegs
Victor Ale lets us blur the lines between brewer and vintner. The brew begins by mashing in two thousand pounds of Pilsner malt with five hundred pounds of Cabernet Franc grapes. It’s then hopped with Hallertau. The beer is fermented first with a strain of wine yeast, then finished with Belgian abbey-style yeast. Victor Ale presents a pale copper hue, medium body, a pronounced vinous character, and a spicy, tart finish. Its beer sibling is Victoria, which uses Chardonnay grapes, but is otherwise identical. ABV: 7.4%

VICTORIA 1/6 kegs
Inspiration for Victoria was found in the artwork at the Victoria Mansion where visual references to Bacchus, the Thracian god of wine, brought the idea of introducing grapes to the beer.

Brewing Victoria begins by crushing five hundred pounds of chardonnay grapes and adding them to the mash with two thousand pounds of Pilsner malt. The brew is then lightly hopped with Hallertau and finished by fermenting with a mix of wine yeast and Belgian abbey-style yeast. The result is a beer with golden highlights, a fruity nose, and a long complex finish. Its beer sibling is Victor, which uses Cabernet France grapes, but is otherwise identical. ABV: 7.4%

BAD SEED
IPC 6/4CN
Our IPC (aka India Pale Cider) is unlike anything you’ve ever tried before. A true dry cider, we’ve brewed it with American Ale yeast and added Cascade hops. For those fans of traditional IPAs and Pale Ales, this is the cider for you. Strong, crisp, dry, with a beautiful scent of hops, this cider weighs in at 6.9% Abv. And now, for the first time, it’s in cans! ABV:6.9%

BALLAST POINT
BONITO 4/6C & ½ kegs
An approachable beer, with some substance.
Our Bonito blonde ale is inspired by our perma-sunny days. This brew draws you in with its golden color and soft malt character, while the light mouthfeel and dry finish keeps you coming back. And what would set a San Diego blonde apart? A subtle hint of hops, naturally. ABV:4.5%

BAXTER
COASTAL HAZE 4/6C
A strong 7% ABV weissbier with an American twist, this cloudy beaut features complex, delicate, and subtle yeast flavors and an extra punch of hoppy aromatics that don’t disappoint. We fermented this uncommonly big – yet smooth – wheat beer by using traditional German yeast and then adding generous doses of West Coast hop varieties.

STOWAWAY 4/6C
Baxter’s flagship Stowaway India Pale Ale put Maine on the IPA map in 2011 and there’s been no looking back. Double-dry-hopped with close to 500 pounds of hops per batch, Stowaway’s bitter character is of course enticing for any veteran hop head. BUT, the solid malt backbone makes this beer approachable enough and drinkable enough for any beer drinker to tackle, even with its don’t-mess-with-me 7% ABV. To top it all off, after a long, full three weeks in the tanks, this full-bodied beer has a dry, crisp finish virtually unheard of in the style category. It’s no wonder Stowaway is the best-selling Maine Made IPA in the northeast! Pairs best with: spicy Thai or curry dishes; carrot cake; big, earthy cheeses like Stilton or aged, clothbound cheddar.

TARNATION 4/6C
Tarnation Maine Lager is brewed in a style that is truly unique to American brewing and is one of the largest-scale lagers produced in New England. Tarnation is dry and balanced beyond belief; malt-forward and drinkable; rich and complex but approachable and true-to-style. Not your Dad’s canned beer; this lager, which ferments with an authentic San Francisco lager yeast, requires several weeks of cold conditioning (“lagering”), but we think it’s worth the wait. At-home at the dinner table or in the daypack, Tarnation is arguably the most versatile beer in the Baxter portfolio (and, according to the Portland Press Herald, “one of my favorite beers in the Baxter lineup”). Pairs with: Chicken and turkey; shellfish; and lightly-browned meats, like pork chops. It’s also a great match for richer goat cheeses, like Humboldt Fog, and lighter cheddars and jack cheeses. ABV: 5.3%

VARIETY 2/12CN
Includes Tarnation, Per Diem, Stowaway, and Pamola.

DEMENTED
DOUBLE DEMENTIA 6/4C
Reserved for the most infernal of palates, Double Dementia is a sinful collection of classic west coast hops blended with malts the color of hellfire. Just the right amount of bitter, followed by an explosion of juicy citrus flavor blended with bright floral aromas. Drinking easier than any Imperial IPA should, this beer is evil… that’s what we love about it. ABV: 8.5%

FUNK BREWING
TUMBLEWEED 4/6C, 1/2 , and 1/6 kegs
An aromatic dank and juicy east coast pale ale exhibiting pungent pine, citrus, and a hint of earthy spice balanced by a slight malty character. ABV: 5.5%

LEFT HAND
TRAVELIN LIGHT 4/6C
Golden, crisp, dry and refreshing with herbal hops.

EXTROVERT AMERICAN IPA 4/6C
A hoppy attitude and a mouthful of dynamic flavors give this IPA a big personality. Assertive, fruit-forward hops with aromas of orange blossom and pineapple mingle with flavors of wet pine and sweet malt with a dry finish. ABV: 7.1%

MAINE BEER
PEEPER 12/16 & 1/6 kegs
We wanted to find a better way. We wanted to do things right. We wanted a delicious beer you could drink all day. And the frigid Maine winter wasn’t going to keep us out of our garage until we had all three. We first had the idea for Peeper in 2006, and officially released it in 2009. This American ale is dry, clean and well balanced with a generous dose of American hops. While we love all our beers, Peeper will always be our firstborn. ABV:5.5%

ZOE 1/6 kegs
David’s daughter, Zoe, is the happy soul who inspired this American amber ale. Zoe was born in the Year of the Monkey, and likewise her namesake beer does not sit still on your palate with its complex malt blend that delivers hints of dark raisin, chocolate and biscuit, plus pine and citrus notes that come from copious amounts of American hops. It’s a happy, hoppy beer! ABV:7.2%

MEAN OLD TOM 12/16
This American stout is named for David and Dan’s Uncle Tom, who — when the boys were young and impressionable — showed them what it meant to be a tough guy growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the 1970s, driving his Trans Am fast, rocking out to Kiss and scavenging empty beer cans in ditches. Aged on vanilla beans, it also delivers notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The silky mouth feel comes from flaked oats. Even Tom’s gotta smile at this one. ABV: 6.5%

NESHAMINY CREEK
SHAPE OF HOPS TO COME 6/4/16C, 1/2, & 1/6 kegs
“Can I scream….” for more hops? You sure can. Two row American barley jammed packed with as much Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops we could get our hands on, The Shape of Hops to Come is an 8.5% ABV American-styled imperial IPA hopped with Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz, and Citra hops that’s got a ton of bitterness, along with juicy, dank resiny pine-like, and citrus forward hop character that is worthy of it’s name. Dry hopped for two weeks this hop bomb has as much hop power we can muster! ABV: 8.5%

HIGHWATER HEFEWEIZEN 4/6C
Our version of an authentic Bavarian wheat beer. Brewed with nearly 60% white wheat, Pilsen malt, and a touch of Munich for color and flavor, we ferment this beer with an authentic German Hefeweizen yeast that gives it a distinctive fruity banana flavor and aroma matched with a light spicy clove finish. German Hallertau and Tettnanger hops are used exclusively in this brew making this beer as truly German and authentic as possible for a beer brewed outside of Munich. ABV: 5.2%

TRIBUTE TRIPEL 4/6C
“This is the greatest and best song (beer) in the world… Tribute.” Not only are we huge Tenacious D fans, but we’re also huge Belgian Tripel fans, so this is our “Tribute”. Brewed with a whole lot of Pilsen malt, Hallertau and Saaz hops, as well a pinch of coriander and bitter orange peel, Tribute has a soft malt backbone that’s paired with a fruity, citrusy flavor, and spicy, yet not over done phenolic character imparted from our use of an authentic Belgian yeast strain. At 9.3% ABV the alcohol is well hidden and very deceptive, and the dry finish will leave you eager for more. ABV: 9.3%

NEW HOLLAND
WHITE HATTER 4/6 packs
Flavorfully blends the soft malt, fruity esters and delicate spicing of a Belgian White with hoppy citrus notes of an IPA. Pleasant hints of orange are framed with chamomile, coriander and grains of paradise. ABV: 5.5%

OSKAR BLUES
GUBNA 1/6 kegs
Each year GUBNA is reinvented with a new hop bill. Concurrent hop selection panels at each of the Colorado, North Carolina, and Texas breweries picked some of the season’s highest quality and most exciting hops to load up this formidable and complex Imperial IPA. Brewed with whole-leaf Galena hops, our brewers then add Columbus and Sorachi Ace to GUBNA 5.0, which spikes the beer with spicy, blackcurrant notes and subtle citrus overtones. GUBNA is dry-hopped with prodigious amounts of El Dorado, Comet, and Chinook hops, creating a dank, dense, pineapple & lemon zest nose and unique blend of grapefruit, apricot, and herbs, while finishing clean and bitter. The GUB sits on a base of Rye, North American Pale, and Munich malts, which offers a smooth and flavorful backbone to support the gargantuan load of hops. ABV: 10.0%

SCHLAFLY
WHITE LAGER 50L
Lagers are usually bright and clear with a clean maltiness and slight hoppiness, yet our White Lager takes the focus away from those qualities by retaining its yeast and emphasizing the hazy hue hint pf orange zest, and even, silky finish. Because it’s unfiltered, it’s noticeably fresh with a slight tartness and sweetness. ABV: 5.5%

HOPPY WHEAT 4/6 packs
Inspired by our trips to the United States premium hop growing region, this unfiltered wheat combines two distinctly aromatic hops sourced from the Yakima River Valley: Challenger for its fruity, floral profile and Mosiac for its earthy notes of pine and citrus. The blend of wheat and barley lends a touch of toffee sweetness. Together they create a refreshing ale with a crisp, clean finish and a hoppy bite. ABV:5.0%

SUMMER LAGER 4/6
Our Helles-Style Summer Lager is a bright, golden beer, perfect for summertime. The malts we use impart a wonderful, fresh grain character, reminiscent of European lagers. The German Noble hop, Mittelfrüh, lends a mild lemony, spicy flavor.
The German word “Helles” translates as “light” and “Lager” means “to store”. This beer style emerged in Germany through the Spaten Brewery’s marriage of British, Bohemian and German brewing techniques. This style is an integral part of brewing history and a predecessor of the straw-colored, light-bodied beers which are the most widely consumed beers in the world today. The lager yeast ferments the beer more slowly and at lower temperatures; it is then stored for maturation. This results in a beer which is more smooth and drinkable. Today, many American craft brewers offer this style as a maltier and hoppier alternative to American light lagers. ABV: 4.5%

RYE IPA 4/6 packs
Rye is known to be used mostly in baked goods, but also has been historically used in distilling gins and whiskey, and now, brewing beer. The addition of this nutritious flaked grain is most noticeable at the finish, providing an overall complexity to the beer that’s refreshing, spicy, and crisp. We use the Simcoe and Galaxy hops at the beginning of the boil, and then Galaxy and Simcoe a second time at the dry-hopping stage to draw out their distinct aromas. ABV: 7.2%

STONE
ROYALE IMPERIAL STOUT SAISON DU BUFF 6/1.5L
Brewing comrades who met since in the early 2000s, Sam Calagione (Dogfish Head), Bill Covaleski (Victory) and Greg Koch (Stone) have had their fair share of stories over the years. Many worth sharing over a beer. Most involving beer. Some even worth sharing on a beer label. The original story finds these three forming an ad hoc craft beer revolution coalition in 2003 called Brewers United for Freedom of Flavor (BUFF), in 2003which, that eventually leads to the first release of this hellaciously herbaceous beer back in 2010. The breweries are still taking turns brewing it, but this Berlin-brewed version is different. While we wouldn’t abandon our standards of using locally sourced herbs, and a dry-hop Citra addition dry-hopping the beer with Citra hops to compliment complement those botanical flavors and aromas, this time we imperialized the recipe to make it even more worthy of an epic, fine feast. While this farmhouse style ale might sound rustic, it’s not lacking in anything, especially not refinement! ABV: 10.0%

TROEGS
SUNSHINE PILS 4/6 packs, 2/12C, ½, & 1/6 kegs
Like the rising sun, Sunshine Pils delivers winter, spring, summer and fall. This deceptively complex pilsner is all about the tightrope walk of two-row barley, zesty Saaz hops and lager yeast. It’s a go-to when the sun is shining, and it makes us happy when skies are gray. ABV: 4.5%

TWO ROADS
HONEYSPOT ROAD 4/6 packs
The Two Roads version of this traditional beer style takes a road less traveled. It’s unfiltered and uses wheat as the dominant malt backbone. The result is a slightly cloudy, pale IPA with a softer mouthfeel that accentuates the citrusy Pacific Northwest hop character. ABV: 6.0%

YARDS
NITRO COFFEE BRAWLER ½ kegs
We are excitied to partner with our good friends at La Columbe Coffee to bring you a Nitro/Coffee version of one our house favorites, Brawler. Nitro Coffee Brawler uses the La Colombe bean, Brazil, to enhance the malt forward and delicately hopped character in the beer by adding notes of sage, cocoa and roasted peanut. We then nitrogenize this beer for a creamy mouthfeel. This beer is the result of what happens when two iconic Philly institutions join forces. Enjoy! ABV: 4.2%
