Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

TITLE: Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

SUPERVISOR: Accounting Manager

OBJECTIVE: To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR responsibilities.


  • Process weekly payroll to include sending garnishment checks
  • Maintain employee personnel files in the HRIS database and office filing system
  • Process and provide payroll reports on authorized requests
  • Assist with monthly general ledger payroll liability account reconciliations
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment and process documentation
  • Provide recruiting, onboarding and ongoing human resource services
  • Maintain labor compliance with State and Federal filings and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR-related discipline
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer experience helpful
  • High degree of personal discretion
