THE BRUERY

MISCHEIF: cases & draft

Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out. Gold Medal – 2016 Great American Beer Festival, American-Belgo-Style Ale. ABV: 8.5%

OR XATA: cases & draft

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our take on the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a litle extra creamy character. If you didn’t know better, you’d think it was carbonated horchata. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it. This limited edition variation on our seasonal release is spruced up with a bit more malt and more spice for an extra kick. ABV: 11.2%

BAKERY: cases only

Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with coconut and natural vanilla flavors added. ABV: 13.0%

WETHER: draft only

BRUERY TERREUX

ORCHARD WITcases & draft

This is how a beer from our backyard in Orange County should taste: refreshing, crisp and original. Orchard Wit is a tart wheat beer, brewed with orange zest and coriander, and aged in an oak foeder for several months. It’s designed to showcase the culture of our farmhouse-style brewery through maturation in oak and fermentation with several yeast strains, namely Bavarian Wit, Belgian Wit and French Saison yeast, and our house souring culture. It’s a combination that’s fresh with subtle complexity, balancing the classic, spiced and fruity characteristics of a Belgian-style wit with the soft – and wild – touch from oak. ABV: 5.7%
