Weekly Spotlight — 16 January 2017

An uplifting ale from our friends in Philly hits the market this week. This light-bodied IPA soars with the tropical notes of tangerine, mango and grapefruit from Mosaic and Amarillo hops and bright floral and citrus undertones from Cascade in the hopback.

Those melon flavors pair well with acidic, tomato-based foods like bruschetta or lasagna alla Bolognese! You can pick it up in 6 packs or enjoy a pint at your favorite bar.

You can always hit the brewery’s tasting room for fun events and a great tap list!  There’s always a food truck hanging out on the weekends in addition to the tasty menu offered.  Open daily noon-7pm.
