As we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, we want to keep you updated on proactive measures we are making and how we will do business for the foreseeable future. These changes are being put into place in an effort to protect the health and well-being of our employees and partners and help slow the spread of this virus in the communities we serve.
-Any employee experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms is required to stay home.
-We are maintaining high hygiene and disinfecting standards and have instructed our employees in best
practices, as recommended by the Center of Disease Control and the State of New Jersey.
Our sales team has been instructed to conduct their routes as normal. However, to safely limit the amount of person to person interaction we encourage our retailer partners to engage in our Retailer Portal for making payments. We also encourage our retailer partners to increase their normal amount of days on hand of inventory.
All ride withs, in person sales meetings, and large events have been postponed.
All trucks have been equipped with disinfectant and our drivers have been instructed to thoroughly clean their trucks before and after every shift. We are requiring drivers and helpers to wear disposable gloves that are to be changed after each account visit. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries. Our drivers will enter the name of the receiver into their iPhone after the order has been counted.
Please prepare to bear with us in the event that we have delivery delays due to staffing shortages. We will do what we can, safely and within reason, to ensure continuity for your business.
