We couldn't be more excited to share the news that Southeastern Pennsylvania's Separatist Beer Project is hopping the river and hitting the market here in New Jersey! Joe Fay, Owner and Brewer of Separatist, has more than a decade of experience in brewing and has learned most of what he knows from other well-known brewers around the world. His inspiration allows him to create many different styles of beer each year, but what intrigues him most is focusing on three things: hops, lagerbier, and spontaneous fermentation.

Separatist operates out of three locations - their flagship bar is rooted in South Philly, and located in Easton, PA is both the Bar+Bottle Shop and a place they call The Blendery. Joe Fay has long had strong aspirations for a certain complex style of brewing, so he made sure The Blendery is equipped for exactly that. The 8,000 square-foot shrine to spontaneous fermentation houses hundreds of oak barrels and six 1,000gal foudres that make the magic happen.

We're kicking off the launch of Separatist with the release of three beers - Good Good is a hazy Double IPA, Hipster Blood is a cherry Farmhouse Ale, and Fruity Dabs is a tropical Double IPA. All styles will be available in 16oz 4-pack cans starting in April, and draft will be released at a later date. Find it in stores now!
